对插型阵列微带电极的制作及其电化学特性研究

用微电子光刻方法制作了对插型阵微带电极（ＩＤＡ），并通过ＳＥＭ对ＩＤＡ电极进行了表征，将微Ａｇ／ＡｇＣｌ参比电极和微铂丝对电极固定在ＩＤＡ电极附近，构成了微电解池，考察了该电极的循环伏安及计时电流特性，并用微带电极的扩散理论和Ｃｏｔｔｒｅｌｌ 公式对ＩＤＡ电极的准稳太电流进行了处理，指出了它们之间产生偏差的原因，研究了ＩＤＡ电极的“发生－收集”效应，测定了该电极的屏蔽因子、反馈因子和收集效率。     

一种新型无冲突访问存贮系统的分析

本文叙述了一种新型存贮系统的特点,分析了交叉访问存贮系统无冲突成组访问的过程,讨论了影响存贮器带宽和访问速度的因素。计算确定了AP-601计算机存贮器所采用的素数模块的个数,导出了地址变换公式并设计了相应的逻辑网络。     

Zn离子注入和退火对ZnO薄膜光学性能的影响

 利用溶胶凝胶方法在石英玻璃衬底上制备了ZnO薄膜，将能量56 keV、剂量1×10¹⁷ cm^-2的Zn离子注入到薄膜中。离子注入后，薄膜在500~900 ℃的氩气中退火，利用X射线衍射谱、光致发光谱和光吸收谱研究了离子注入和退火对ZnO薄膜结构和光学性质的影响。结果显示：衍射峰在约700 ℃退火后得到恢复；当退火温度小于600 ℃时，吸收边随着退火温度的提高发生蓝移，超过600 ℃时，吸收边随着退火温度的提高发生红移；近带边激子发光和深能级缺陷发光都随退火温度的提高而增强。     

Ti-50.8at%Ni马氏体相变中的电磁特性

研究Ti-50.8at%Ni合金在马氏体-奥氏体相变温度附近的电磁性质.由M-H曲线分析了传导电子的顺磁性以及少量局域电子引起的铁磁性.在M-T曲线中，降温曲线在180K附近有突降，升温曲线在230K附近有突升.在电阻率测量中，降温和升温的ρ-T曲线也有类似的突变.升温过程的质量热容c_p曲线在230K附近出现了由奥氏体相变引起的跳跃.这些实验结果表明，样品的马氏体相变温度约 关键词： TiNi合金 电磁性质 马氏体-奥氏体相变 质量热容     

Determination of Thermal Conductivity of Liquids by a Multi-Point Laser Pump Method

As an advanced optical method, a multi-point pump method is presented for measurements of thermo-physical properties of liquids. Meanwhile, based on the laser-induced thermal grating method, a new theory model is presented and used to analyse the thermal effects caused by the multi-point laser pump, by which the thermal conductivity of liquids can be obtained. The results of some typical liquids, such as water, ethanol and acetone, are presented and are consistent with those of acknowledged values, demonstrating that the multi-point method is simple and useful for characterizing thermal properties of liquids.     

HIRFL-CSR重离子束内散射效应

电子冷却本质上是电子冷却作用与重离子束内散射作用的动态平衡过程. 在Bjorken和Mtingwa束内散射理论的基础上, 应用对称椭圆积分的方法做束内散射增长率的数值模拟, 并应用于HIRFL-CSR的磁铁聚焦结构. 计算结果表明, 束内散射不会成为CSR磁聚焦结构设计的障碍, 并且CSR可以达到冷却设计指标.     

Structural Stability of CaCuMn6O12 under High Pressure and Low Temperature

In situ high pressure energy-dispersive x-ray synchrotron radiation diffraction and resistance experiments are carried out on CaCuMn6O12. Its crystal structure is stable in the measured pressure range. The equation of state of CaCuMn6O12 is obtained from the V/Vo - P relationship （V and Vo are the volumes at pressure P and at atmosphere）. The bulk modulus Bo is calculated based on the Birch-Murnaghan equation. Low temperature x-ray diffraction shows no phase transition occurring down to 160K.     

A 2.048μm Tm,Ho:GdVO4 Laser Pumped Doubly Resonant Optical Parametric Oscillator Based on Periodically Poled Lithium LiNbO3

A multi-grating periodically poled LiNb03 （PPLN） doubly resonant optical parametric oscillator （DROPO） pumped by a 2-ttm laser is demonstrated experimentally. Employing acousto-optically Q-switched Tm,Ho：GdV04 laser with pump pulse of 25ns and repetition rate of lOkHz as pump sources firstly, the noncritically quasi- phase-matched （QPM） tunable mid-IR output in 3.87-4.43 μm is produced. Wavelength tuning is achieved with crystal temperature tuning from 50-180^o C. When the incident average pump power is 3 W at 2.048μm, the total OPO output power of 195mW at wavelength 3.88μm is obtained, corresponding to optical-to-optical conversion efficiency up to 6.5%.     

近场头相关传输函数的测量与分析

设计了测量距离可调整的头相关传输函数的实验测量方法，并采用人工头进行近场头相关传输函数的测量，建立了高空间分辨率的近场头相关传输函数数据库，为进一步开展双耳听觉的研究和虚拟听觉的应用提供了数据基础。根据实验数据，初步分析了远、近场情况下，距离、仰角、方位角等参量对头相关传输函数的影响规律。
