双波长薄层紫外可见光谱电化学测定多巴胺

多巴胺 (DA)和抗坏血酸 (AA)的吸收光谱在 2 0 0～ 30 0nm内重叠严重 ,但在电化学氧化状态下 ,DA的氧化产物在 2 10 ,30 0和 4 80nm有强吸收峰 ,AA的氧化产物在 2 0 0～ 4 0 0nm范围内吸收较弱且呈光滑平缓的斜坡。在此基础上 ,利用自行设计的长光程薄层光谱电化学池建立了一种双波长光谱电化学法测定DA。测定条件为 pH 6 .2的磷酸盐缓冲液 (PBS) ,0 .6V (vs.Ag/AgCl)电极电位 ,双波长 318/ 2 93nm ,线性范围为 4 .0× 10 - 6 ～ 2 .0× 10 - 4mol·L- 1,检出限为 2 .0×10 - 6 mol·L- 1。对 6 .2 0× 10 - 5mol·L- 1DA进行 11次平行测定 ,平均相对偏差为 2 .6 %。与文献报道的吸光光度法相比 ,该法具有较高的灵敏度和选择性 ,较为有效地消除了AA的干扰 ,回收率在 91.8%～ 10 0 .8%之间 ,结果满意     

层状LiMnO2的固相合成及电化学性能

以Mn₂O₃和氢氧化锂为原料，通过焙烧合成出o-LiMnO₂。用X射线衍射和扫描电镜对不同温度下合成的粉末样品进行了表征，并研究了材料的电化学性能。通过对不同温度条件下烧结样品的晶胞参数、布拉格(110)晶面峰半高宽及电化学性能研究发现：600 ℃下合成样品的半高宽最大，堆垛层错率高，同时电化学性能也最好，首次放电容量达到156 mAh·g^-1，20次循环后仍保持在140 mAh·g^-1以上。中高温固相合成的o-LiMnO₂材料，在晶粒范围大小相近时，材料电化学性能与材料堆垛层错率相关。     

MORPHOLOGY OF A THERMOTROPIC AROMATIC POLYESTER

The crystalline morphology of a thermotropic aromatic polyester has been studied by microscopy techniques. Spherulites with ringed structure under polarizing micioscope were observed for solution cast specimens, They were composed of radially growing crystalline lamellae of thickness around 100. It was found that the molecules were packed in the thickness direction. Banded texture was observed in randomly packed domains for melt cast specimens. The bands have the same width and internal structure as those usually observed in oriented specimens of these polymers obtained by shearing their mesomorphic melt.     

中药一枝黄花、黄连、天麻、蛇床子中8种微量元素的测定

采用原子吸收光谱仪对一枝黄花、黄连、天麻、蛇床子中Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cr、Cu、Zn、Pb八种无机元素的含量进行了测定,为进一步研究其药理和用途提供基础。     

二溴羧基偶氮胂催化光度法测定痕量钴

研究了在硼砂 -氢氧化钠缓冲介质中 ,痕量钴 (Ⅱ )与三乙醇胺协同催化H2 O2 氧化二溴羧基偶氮胂褪色的最佳条件。λmax=5 70nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 3 7× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,线性范围 1 5～ 4 0 μg/2 5mL。方法已用于茶叶中痕量钴的测定。     

拟合粘度曲线法研究高聚物的长链支化

本文介绍了用计算机试误法拟合粘度曲线,讨论支化参数的方法,本法可以同时确定支化临界分子量和支化程度,在此基础上可以同时得到支化参数及平均分子量、分子量分布.以聚乙烯标准参考物:SRM 1475(线型)、1476(支化物)及镍催化顺式聚丁二烯为对象介绍了上述方法.     

PURIFICATION AND PARTIAL CHARACTERIZATION OF POLYSACCHARIDES FROM THE POLLEN OF TYPHA ANGUSTIFILIA L

Three polysaccharides TAA, TAB and TAC were purified from the pollen of Typha An-gustifilia L..TAA is mainly composed of α-L-arabinofuranose, β-D-galactose and α-D-galac-turonic acid.TAB and TAC contain the backbone mainly composed of (1→5)-linked-L-arabi-nosyl residue.     

辅酶Q10的合成

以2,3,4,5-四甲氧基甲苯为原料, 经溴化、生成格氏试剂后在碘化亚铜存在下与(E)-4-氯-2-甲基-1-苯磺酰基-2-丁烯缩合得到合成辅酶Q10的关键中间体6-(E-3'-甲基-4'-苯磺酰基-2'-丁烯基)-2,3,4,5-四甲氧基甲苯. 此中间体与茄尼基溴缩合、脱砜基化反应和氧化三步反应, 最终制得标题化合物辅酶Q10, 以2,3,4,5-四甲氧基甲苯计总收率达31.3%.     

聚邻苯二胺修饰电极抗坏血酸氧化酶生物传感器的研究

本文报道了聚邻苯二胺／抗坏血酸氧化酶生物传感器，用这种传感器测定人体血清中的抗坏血酸，线性范围在１．０×１０＾－４～２．５×１０＾－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ之间，响应时间为７ｓ，检测限为１．０×１０＾－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。该传感器具有选择性好、灵敏度高和响应时间短等特点。     

THE STRUCTURAL BASIS OF THE POOR FIBRIN SPECIFICITY OF UROKINASE(Ⅰ)——KNOWLEDGE-BASED PREDICTION OF KRINGLE STRUCTURES OF UROKINASE AND ITS RELATED PROTEINS

The Kringle-1 structure of plasminogen (PGK-1), the Kringle-2 structure of tissue plasminogen activator (PAK-2) and the Kringle structure of prourokinase (UKK) has been modeled on the basis of the three-dimensional structure of Kringle-1 of prothrombin (PTK-1) at 2.8 resolution. The predicted three-dimensional structure of these Kringles shows that the binding site of PGK-1 is characterized by an apparent dipolar site, the polar parts of which are separated by a hydrophobic region. PAK-2 possesses the anionic center but has not a cationic binding center which might be provided by a guanidinium group from Arg-69 located adjacent to the Arg-71 position. UKK possesses neither the anionic binding center nor the cationic center which are probably the main reason for the poor fibrin specificity of urokinase.
