甲苯胺蓝动力学分光光度法测定药品中的抗坏血酸

基于在磷酸介质中,抗坏血酸可学原甲苯胺蓝并使其退色反应,建立了一和睦这分光光度法测定了抗坏血酸的新方法。该方法线性范围０－１２０μｇ／ｍＬ,检出限２５μｇ／ｍＬ。用于药品中抗坏血酸的测定,并进行回收试验,回收率在８７－９８％。     

GROWTH MODEL OF TEXTURED DIAMOND (111) FILM IN CH4/O2/H2 ATMOSPHERE

Partially oriented and highly textured diamond films on Si( 111 ) substrates were achieved by hot-filament chemical vapor deposition(HFCVD). High nucleation density greater than 5×10⁸cm^-2 was realiged in 3 min by near-surface glow discharge. The os-grown films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Raman spectroscopy. It was found that by adding a small amount of oxygen to the mixture of CH₄/H₂, the appearance of facet(111) was well controlled, and the secondary nucleation on the facet(111) was suppressed greatly. Growth feature of homoepitaxy on diamond (111) surface was demonstrated to be in Stranski-Krastanov model by SEM.     

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A NOVEL STYRYLTHIOPHENE MONOMER AND CORRESPONDING POLYURETHANE FOR NLO MATERIALS

A novel monomer, (trans)-7-[4-N,N-(di-β-hydroxyethyl) amino-benzene]-ethenyl-3,5-dinitro-thiophene (HBDT), was synthesized and characterized. The details of synthesizing the monomer andprepolymer, polyurethane with the monomer covalently incorporated are presented. The prepolymer andpolyurethane exhibited good solubility in common organic solvents. Molecular nonlinear optical properties ofthe monomer (HBDT) substituted thiophene based stilbenes is presented.

Crystal Structure of[PrAl(CF3COO)2(CF3CHOO)(C2H5)2(C4H8O)2]2

[PrAl(CF3COO)2(CF3CHOO)(C2H5)2(C4H8O)2]2 Mr=1420.56, monoclinic, P21/n, a=10.651(6), b=24.276(9), c=11.110(5)(), β=107.650(4)°, V=2737.4(1)()3, Z=2, Dc=3.45 g/cm3, F(000)=2816, T=233K, MoKα radiation (λ=0.71069()), μ(MoKα)=38.017 cm-1, R=0.048 for 2847 observed reflections (I≥3σ(I)). It is isostructural with [LnAl(CF3COO)2(CF3CHOO)-R2(C4H8O)2]2 (Ln=Ho, R=Et; Ln=Nd, Y, R=iBu). Pr3+ is coordinated by eight oxygen atoms from five bridging ligands and two THF forming a distorted bicap-prism.

一个取代的1, 5-苯并二氮杂卓的晶体结构及构象研究

用X射线衍射方法测定了4-苯甲酰基-3-(邻氯苯基)-1-乙酸乙酯基-1a-苯基-1,1a,2,3-四氢化-4H-环丙胺-[1,2-a][1,5]-苯并二氯杂卓化合物的晶体结构,晶体结构测定结果表明分子核心骨架二氮杂卓为类船式构象。用动力学模拟退火(SimulatedAnnealing)方法对分子进行了构象分析,结果表明分子中的二氮杂卓七元环具有三种较稳定的构象,其中以船式构象为最稳定,并存在着明显的芳环堆积作用。分子中七元环同时并接苯环和三元环,且环中的N(2)-C(12)-C(11)-N(1)有π键成分,大大限制了七元环构象的相互转换。     

模板剂在分子筛合成过程中的作用机理

启用分子模拟途径,通过Lennard-Jones势对模板剂分子与分子筛骨架间非成键作用的能学分析,论证n=5、6的双季铵盐［(CH₃)₃N(CH₂)_nN(CH₃)₃］Br₂在ZSM-50分子筛骨架合成过程中所起的模板作用。     

铜取代Dawson结构杂多钨磷酸电荷转移配合物的合成与性质研究

Two new charge-transfer complexes, (DMAH)₁₀［CuP₂W₁₇O₆₂］·DMF·2H₂O and (DMAH)₁₄［Cu₂P₂W₁₆O₆₂］ have been prepared in aqueous solution from N,N′-dimethylaniline(DMA) and copper substituted polyoxotungstates with Dawson Structure, and characterized by elemental analysis, ICP, TG, IR, diffusion reflectance electronic spectra, polarography, and CV. The results indicate that the structure of anion has little change after the charge-transfer complexes are formed, but the characteristic vibrational bands have some red shift or blue shift. The charge transfer takes place under sunlight. There is a new absorption band at 625 nm in the solid reflectance electronic spectra of the complexes, it is ascribed to the IVCT (W(V)→W(Ⅵ) band of the reduced anion ［CuP₂W₁₇O₆₂］^10-. The conductivities at room temperature of title complexes are 3.6×10^-9 S·cm^-1 and 5.4×10^-9 S·cm^-1, respectively. Both of them are weak semiconductors.
