左氧氟沙星-Al~(3+)-十二烷基硫酸钠体系胶束体系分光光度法测定左氧氟沙星

在B-R缓冲介质中,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对左氧氟沙星(LVFX)-Al3+体系有显著的增敏作用,以此为基础建立了利用SDS增敏分光光度法测定LVFX的新方法。研究表明,体系吸光度与LVFX浓度在0.2~10μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9993,检出限为0.096μg/mL。将该方法用于盐酸左氧氟沙星片剂的测定,结果满意。     

原子吸收光谱法测定磷酸酯化梨渣吸附的Cr（Ⅵ）离子

通过原子吸收光谱法研究了在不同pH值、吸附剂量、吸附质浓度和吸附时间条件下磷酸酯化改性梨渣吸附Cr（Ⅵ）离子的效果。溶液初始pH 4.5时,Cr（Ⅵ）离子的吸附达到最大值;酯化梨渣≥10g.L-1能除去Cr（Ⅵ）为100μg.L-1溶液中的86.5%的Cr（Ⅵ）离子。酯化梨渣对Cr（Ⅵ）离子的吸附符合Langmuir等温模型,其最大吸附能力为67.56μg.g-1。Cr（Ⅵ）离子达到吸附平衡的时间为90min,准一级反应动力学方程可描述酯化梨渣对Cr（Ⅵ）离子的吸附过程。     

超高效液相色谱法检测植物源性食品中花青素

建立了检测植物源性食品中6种花青素的超高效液相色谱法分析方法,并分析比较了不同植物源性食品中花青素物质的种类和含量差异.结果 表明:酸化温度95℃和酸化时间60 min,提取效果最佳;分离时间12 min,能有效检测飞燕草色素、矢车菊色素、天竺葵色素、矮牵牛色素、芍药素、锦葵色素6种组分.在两个添加水平下,上述6种组分...     

一类非线性的偏微分方程的解

给出了一类带有时滞的偏微分方程.该方程描述得是含有非局部和时滞边界条件的分布参数系统.运用泛函分析和积分方程的理论,证明了方程解的存在唯一性,得到解的解析表达式.     

火焰原子吸收光谱法测定陕西秦岭不同地域野菊花中的微量元素

湿法消解样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定了6种不同地域野菊花中的Cu、Fe、Zn、Mg、Mn、Se、Co、Sr、Ni、Pb等10种微量元素的含量.各元素校准曲线的相关系数在0.9975-0.9999之间,加标回收率在97.5％-104.5％之间,相对标准偏差在1.64％-3.74％之间.     

强磁场中的逆Compton散射和Crab Pulsar的光学辐射

本文在非相对论极限下(B/B_q≤1,(?)_ω/mc^≤1),给出了强磁场中逆Compton散射的截面、偏振特性和散射光子能量的一般表达式,并在此基础上讨论了脉冲星外gap附近的次级高能粒子与gap脉动的低频光子的逆Compton散射产生Crab Pulsar光学辐射的可能性,这种机制可以较好地解释Crab Pulsar光学观测的主要特征。

Atomic Tunneling Effect in Two-Component Bose-Einstein Condensates with a Coupling Drive

In this paper, we have studied the atomic population difference and the atomic tunneling current of twocomponent Bose-Einstein condensates with a coupling drive. It is found that when the two-component Bose-Einstein condensates are initially in the coherent states, the atomic population difference may exhibit the step structure, in which the numbers of the step increase with the decrease of the Rabi frequency and with the increment of the initial phase difference. The atomic population difference may exhibit collapses, and revivals, in which their periods are affected dramatically by the Rabi frequency and the initial phase difference. The atomic tunneling current may exhibit damping oscillation behaviors, and exist the step structure for the time range of 10-10 ～ 10-9 second.
