人力资源的预测方法

人力资源规划是必不可少的管理环节．科学的人力资源规划，必须建立在对人员供、需的准确预测的基础上．本文讨论人力资源预测的问题和转移矩阵等方法的使用．     

Four-wave mixing based 10-Gb/s tunable wavelength conversion in dispersion-flattened microstructure fibers

All-optical wavelength conversion of 10-Gb/s signal based on four-wave mixing is experimentally demonstrated in a 30-m-long dispersion-flattened microstructure fiber with small positive dispersion. For an average pump power of 26 dBm, the conversion efficiency was around -19.5 dB with the fluctuation less than ±1.4 dB, covering a conversion bandwidth of 20 nm. The eye diagram of the converted signal shows good eye opening.

17N+197Au反应中碎片与中子的符合测量

在3?3?.4MeV/u ¹⁷N束轰击¹⁹⁷Au靶产生的反应中,利用放置于不同角度组合的17个中子探测器(4°—83°)和14个半导体望远镜(2.3°—9.0°)对反应产物碎片与中子进行了符合测量.经对所得实验角分布积分得到Z=3—6元素的同位素产额分布.在参加者-旁观者模型框架下,采用¹⁷N原子核内部的不同密度分布计算了同位素产额分布并与实验数据做比较.     

正定矩阵标准型的复合矩阵的一般形式

实对称正定矩阵的复合矩阵正定性的研究已有结论,但对于一般意义下的正定矩阵的复合矩阵是否仍然是正定的研究需要利用一般的正定矩阵的标准形的复合矩阵进行讨论,给出了一般公式及具体算法,为讨论其复合矩阵的正定性提供了基础条件.     

相关系数与相关性度量

研究了度量相关性的两个主要工具:线性相关系数和尾部相关系数.线性相关系数反映了变量间的线性相关性,这对于一般的椭圆型分布是合适的.但如果随机变量具有不对称的尾部变化特征时,要用尾部相关系数描述它们之间的相关性.通过相关函数C opu la,对沪深股市的尾部相关系数进行了定量分析.结果表明:沪深股市具有较强的相关性.

Excitation Properties of the Biological Neurons with Side-Inhibition Mechanism in Small-World Networks

We have studied the excitation properties of biophysical Hodgkin-Huxley neurons with the side-inhibition mechanism in small-world networks. The result shows that the excitation properties in the networks are preferably consistent with the characteristic properties of a brain neural system under external constant stimuli, such as fatigue effect, extreme excitation principle, and the brain neural excitation response induced by different in- tensity of noise and coupling. The results of the study might shed some light on the study of the brain nerve electrophysiology and epistemological science.     

我国低温等离子体研究进展(Ⅰ)

低温等离子体物理与技术的研究在国内受到了越来越多的重视．在等离子体中发现的一些有趣的物理现象，如磁场重联、尘埃等离子体等，使人们对等离子体物理的研究掀起了新的热潮．在应用方面，几乎所有理工类实验室都有涉及低温等离子体技术的实验装置，这使得在我国低温等离子体应用方面的研究非常普及，包括微电子工业中的等离子体工艺，各种坚硬、耐腐蚀、耐摩擦材料的制备，纳米材料的制备，聚合物以及生物材料的表面改性，等等．随着低温等离子体技术的发展，低温等离子体的诊断技术也随之发展起来．文章简要地介绍了近几年来低温等离子体研究在我国的发展，介绍了一些有关低温等离子体的热点研究课题．
