高感度辐射变色薄膜电子剂量计

 以聚乙烯醇缩聚物为基质,以类丁二炔化合物为有机染色材料,研制了一种高灵敏度新型辐射变色膜。采用JJ-2型范格拉夫静电加速器对变色薄膜进行剂量范围为15～90 Gy的电子束辐照,结果显示:变色薄膜颜色由粉红渐变为蓝色,并随着辐照剂量的增加而逐渐加深;分光光度计测试其吸收光谱,发现主吸收峰值出现在675 nm附近,且吸收峰处的响应吸光度与电子注量具有较好的线性关系;对变色层厚度为20～80 μm的变色膜,吸收峰处的响应吸光度与其变色层厚度也成线性关系;添加不同比例的协同剂,能提高变色薄膜的响应灵敏度;变色膜辐照后续效应微弱,辐照后可以立即测量,且对测量环境变化不敏感。     

A study of time over threshold (TOT) technique for plastic scintillator counter

A new charge measurement method, time over threshold (TOT), has been used in some gas detectors lately. Here TOT is studied for TOF system, made of plastic scintillator counter, which can simplify the electronics of the system. The signal characteristics are measured and analyzed with a high quality oscilloscope, including noise, pedestal, signal amplitude, total charge, rise time and the correlation between them. The TOT and charge are related and can be fitted by some empirical formula. The charge measurement resolution by TOT is given and this will help the design of TOF electronics.     

载脂蛋白免疫复合物微粒的共振散射光谱研究及分析应用

在pH 6.8的Na₂HPO₄-NaH₂PO₄缓冲溶液中和聚乙二醇存在下,载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)与相应的抗体发生特异性结合,分别形成粒径约为180,140 nm的抗体抗原免疫复合物微粒,导致体系在340,470 nm处的共振散射峰增强。分别研究了pH、抗血清、聚乙二醇浓度、温育时间和共存物质的影响。在最佳条件下,APOA1浓度在8.4～430.0 ng·mL-1, APOB浓度在14.8～590.0 ng·mL-1范围内与其共振散射强度成良好线性关系,方法的检出限分别为6.2和7.0 ng·mL-1,用于定量分析血清中的APOA1与APOB, 获得满意结果。     

External Electric Field Effect on Hydrogenic Donor Impurity in Zinc-Blende InGaN Quantum Dot

The binding energy of a hydrogenic donor impurity in zinc-blende (ZB) InGaN quantum dot (QD) is calculated in the framework of effective-mass envelope-function theory using the plane wave basis. It is shown that the donor binding energy is highly dependent on the impurity position, QD size and the external electric field. The symmetry of the electron probability distribution is broken and the maximum of the donor binding energy is shifted from the centre of QD in the presence of the external electric field. The degenerating energy levels for symmetrical positions with respect to the centre of QD are split. The splitting increases with the increase of QD height while the splitting increases up to a maximum value and then decreases with the increase of QD radius.     

上海光源储存环横向反馈系统模拟计算

在同步辐射光源中, 阻抗壁不稳定性是一个很严重的问题. 要保证储存环在高流强下正常运行, 就需要安装一套横向反馈系统. 为了了解在横向反馈作用下束流的动力学性质,建立了一套横向反馈模拟计算程序. 并用该程序模拟计算了上海光源储存环横向反馈系统在闭轨误差(COD)、束流位置探测器读数误差以及梳状滤波等条件改变下的反馈效果.     

Nonlinear Characteristics of an Intense Laser Pulse Propagating in Partially Stripped Plasmas

The nonlinear optic characteristics of an intense laser pulse propagating in partially stripped plasmas are investigated analytically. The phase and group velocity of the laser pulse propagation as well as the three general expressions governing the nonlinear optic behavior, based on the photon number conservation, are obtained by considering the partially stripped plasma as a nonlinear optic medium. The numerical result shows that the presence of the bound electrons in partially stripped plasma can significantly change the propagating property of the intense laser pulse.     

水中有限长弹性圆柱的目标强度研究

本文将有限长钢圆柱当作弹性体处理,用有限元素法计算了频率为27kHz的声波从不同方向入射时的目标强度值,从中得到目标强度随方位变化的曲线。同时对该圆柱的目标强度进行实验测量,并将测量结果与上述计算结果和已知的刚性结果进行比较。结果表明弹性结果与实测结果更为接近。     

EAST装置中70m双绞线对信号衰减的研究

为了分析EAST装置电磁测量系统中70m双绞线给测量信号带来的影响,建立了电磁线圈和双绞线的等效电路模型。设计了有双绞线模型和没有双绞线模型的两种电路模型,并对这两种模型在simolorer6.0软件中进行了仿真,通过分析这两种模型的传递函数和仿真输出的电压峰峰值,证明了70m双绞线对EAST中电磁测量系统的影响是可以忽略的。     

密度比和吹风比对透平静叶气膜冷却的影响

燃气轮机中冷却空气和高温燃气的密度比和吹风比是影响透平叶片气膜冷却性能重要因素。本文采用压力敏感漆技术,对燃气轮机第一级静叶栅气膜冷却的冷却性能进行了实验研究。实验中测量了静叶栅在不同密度比（1．5／1．0）和不同吹风比条件下的冷却效率。密度比的改变射流的出口动量,造成射流出口的流动特征发生变化,从而影响冷却效率,影响...
