磺化酞菁铜分子膜／SiO2／Si界面电荷转移机制的研究

在具有不同氧化层厚度的p型硅基片上修饰2层磺化酞菁铜分子膜.利用时间分辨表面光电压谱技术,对该膜系的界面电荷转移机制的光电开关特性进行了研究。结果表明,用时间分辨表面光电压谱技术研究界面电荷转移过程具有明显优越性.

室温下SmI2-THF-HMPA-t-BuOH体系可顺利地将二硫代氨基甲酸酯还原断裂得到二硫醚和硫代甲酰胺; 同样条件下, 硫代氨基甲酸酯还原断裂得到二硫醚篅34The reductive cleavage of dithiocarbamic esters are promoted by the SmI2-HMPA-THF-t-BuOH System successfully to give disulfides and thiocarboxamides at room temperature in good yields; The reduction of thiocarbamic esters are also promoted by the same system to give disulfides and carboxamides.     

Dawson型磷钨酸催化合成乳酸月桂醇酯

用Dawson型磷钨酸催化合成乳酸月桂醇酯。实验结果表明:Dawson型磷钨酸有较高的催化活性,反应时间短,酯收率高,工艺简单。最佳工艺条件为:醇/酸摩尔比为1.5:1,催化剂用量为0.3%,带水剂甲苯体积(mL)与反应物质量(g)之比为0.4:1~0.5:1,反应温度为115~140℃,反应时间30~50min。在此条件下,酯收率可超过93% 。     

重油催化裂化汽油中含氮化合物的分析

利用酸萃取技术浓缩分离重油催化裂化（RFCC）汽油中的氮化物，比较了两种萃取剂和两种油剂比对分离效果的影响，结果发现选用10％（体积分数）HCl作萃取剂，油剂比为10：1（体积比）时，碱性氮化物的提取率较高；浓缩分离出的氮化物用色谱－质谱联用方法对其进行了检测，结果表明RFCC汽油中的氮化物主要是C0－C2苯胺及少量吡啶类、喹啉类碱性氮化物。     

含红外发散的低温玻璃超声吸收理论

本文采用红外发散理论和二能级体系模型,讨论玻璃超声吸收在2K温度以下的行为,与现有的隧道二能级模型不同,我们把Bloch方程看作“磁化强度”所满足的宏观方程,方程中所有的物理量都是系综平均值。并且把缺陷态看作处在局域涨落场中的赝自旋,提出了在低温下赝自旋角扩散与温度的关系。我们不但得到与实验符合较好的理论吸收曲线,并且解释了弱照射共振吸收正比于T^-0.7和饱和吸收正比于ω²的实验规律。 关键词：

本文利用含氢有机硅化合物与含双键的氨基酸酯的加成反应,合成了5种新的有机硅氨基酸衍生物。介绍了一种合成N-烷基取代氨基酸酯的新方法。对新化合物进行了元素和光谱分析鉴定。

Three important characters of the suspended load of the Yellow (Huanghe) River are discussed, i.e. its temporal fluctuation as a function of solar activity, its uneven spatial distribution along the main course and the inevitability of these phenomena as a natural earth process rather than a result of disturbed ecological system caused by human activity.
