Synthesis and Structural Characterization of a New Hydrogen-bonded Polyrotaxane of [Co(H2O)6]2+ with 1,1''-(Propane-1,3-diyl)dipyridinium-4-carboxylate

A new double betaine 1,1 '-(propane-1,3-diyl)dipyridinium-4-carboxylate L has been synthesized. Reaction of 1,1'-(propane-1,3-diyl)dipyridinium-4-carboxylate tetrahydrate 1 With Co(ClO4)2·6H2O leads to the formation of a new Co(Ⅱ) coordination compound,namely [Co(H2O)6]·2H2O·2L·2ClO4 2.The crystal structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a =18.945(4), b = 7.700(2), c = 11.888(2) (A), β = 101.67(3)°, V = 1698.3(6) (A)3, Z = 4, F(000) =760.0, Dc = 1.402 g/cm3, the final R = 0.0607 and wR = 0.1607 for 950 observed reflections (I ＞2σ(I)); and those for 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 17.982(1), b = 15.879 (1), c = 7.0716(5) (A), β = 100.675(1)°, V = 1984.3(3) (A)3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1010.0, Dc = 1.631 g/cm3, the final R = 0.0316 and wR = 0.0896 for 3784 observed reflections (I ＞2σ(I)). Crystal structure analysis indicates that in 1, molecules of L in a "V-shaped" conformation are linked to chains sustained by O-H…O hydrogen bonds between carboxylate groups and solvent water molecules.The chains are joined by O-H…O and C-H…O hydrogen bonds to further expand into a three-dimensional structure. For 2, molecules of L in a "Z-shaped" conformation are linked by hydrogen bonds between carboxylate groups and aqua ligands to form a chain of loops running down the b axis. The (2D→2D) polythreading in compound 2 represents the mode of parallel interpenetration of 2D sheets, having polyrotaxane character.

本文给出时空流形的一种简化的旋量描述形式。特别是证明了在Newman-Penrose方程中有六个多余的方程。作为对杨振宁引力场方程的应用,求得全部O型和一部分N型“纯粹空间”。     

OUH体系的结构和分析势能函数

采用密度泛涵B3LYP方法优化出了OUH分子的各种结构，确定了最稳定构型和离解能，以及它们的谐性力常数，并导出双原子分子UH,UO的Murrell-Sorbie势能函数及其光谱数据。采用多体项展式方法，导出OUH(X^4A')基态分子的分析势能函数，获得OUH(X^4A')体系的势能面，考察了这个势能函数的基本性质，正确地复现出OUH分子的平衡结构特征，结果表明：U+OH,O+UH,H+UO的反应均为无阈能的放热能反应。为进一步探讨OUH体系的反应动力学过程打下了基础。

DYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF MAIN SOUNDER IN BLACK CICADA (C. atrata Fabricius)~*

In this paper, the dynamic properties of the main sounder (the sounding muscle (SMc) and the sounding membrane (SM)) and the generating mechanism of amplitude-modulation pulse train (AMPT) are given. The acting process of SMc is a quasi-simple harmonic contraction vibration. The amplitudes of soundless and sounding contracting motion are about 17.2 /μm and 29.4/μm, respectively, and the efficiency of dynamic sounding is about 17％, The unsounded motion of SM is a quasi-simple harmonic vibration, and the amplitude is about 7.81/μm. The sounding motion of SM is a complex vibration, and the amplitude is about 12.66 μm. In each syllable of the song, AMPT_(1,2,3) are separately produced by driving vibrations (V_1,2,3)) of three long ribs in the upper half of SM, and the peaks of V_(1,2,3) lead the first pulse of high amplitude in AMPT_(1,2,3) by 0.156 ms, respectively. The membrane structure in the lower half of SM is mainly to transmit contracting movement of SMc.

Polyamide thin film composite membrane prepared from m-phenylenediamine and m-phenylenediamine-5-sulfonic acid

Thin film composite (TFC) membranes based polyamide were prepared with m-phenylenediamine (MPD), m-phenylenediamine-5-sulfonic acid (SMPD) and trimesoyl chloride (TMC) through interfacial polymerization technique on the polysulphone supporting film. The membranes were characterized using permeation experiments with salt water, attenuated total reflectance infrared (ATR-IR) and X-ray photoelectronic spectroscopy (XPS) as well as scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). This study has shown that the active layer of TFC membrane is aromatic polyamide, including sulfuric acid function group (-SO₃H) according to the result of ATR-IR and XPS. The NaCl rejection of RO membranes decreased and the flux increased when W_SMPD/W_MPD increased from 0 to 1, and the linear part with pendant -COOH in membrane barrier layer increased with the increase of SMPD content, but the surface of membrane becoming smoother and smoother with the increase of SMPD content. So the membranes performance mainly was determined by chemical structure in their barrier layer.

柱后衍生-荧光检测高效液相色谱法快速测定鲜牛奶中链霉素残留量

牛奶样品经磷酸溶液提取，提取液用苯磺酸阳离子交换柱和C18固相萃取柱净化，链霉素残留液用甲醇从C18固相萃取柱上洗脱，经旋转蒸发器减压蒸干，残渣用0．01mol／L庚烷磺酸钠溶液溶解，用柱后衍生-高效液相色谱荧光检测器在激发波长263nm和发射波长435nm测定．方法线性范围为0.01～0．10mg／kg；在0．01～0．10mg／kg范围，三个添加水平的回收率为78．3％～80．2％，变异系数(CV)为7．4％～12．4％，方法检出限为0．005mg／kg．
