<正>We review the dark decay of the electronic holographic phase grating before thermal fixing,and deduce the general analytic expression of the lifetime of thermal-fixed ionic holograms in the photorefractive crystal,by means of analogizing.Because the ions are optically inactive,the lifetime of thermal-fixed ionic holograms is only closely relate to the ionic decay rate which is determined by the conductivity of ionic species at a given temperature.We theoretically analyze and numerically simulate the influences on the lifetime of ionic grating from the crucial factors in the experiment and application.The results reveal that low temperature,low ion-concentration,and large grating spacing are advantages for extending the life of the thermal-fixed volume holographic phase grating in photorefractive crystal.  相似文献

Electrical post-compensation of intrachannel nonlinearities in 10GBaud coherent QPSK transmission systems is proposed. The channel inversion method is implemented with a coarse split-step Fourier algorithm through digital signal processing at the receiver side. Simulation results show that simultaneous compensation of intrachannel nonlinearities and chromatic dispersion can be achieved with much simplified signal processing structure. The required optical signal-to-noise ratio at certain bit error ratio is remarkably reduced when the intrachannel nonlinearities induced impairments are dominant.  相似文献

提出了一种基于视觉熵的模拟生物视觉信息处理的视觉沣意计算模型,在使用图像的低层特征的基础上,充分考虑了视觉熵中人眼对图像信息的主观量度.该模型首先将图像分成4×4的图像块,分别计算每个图像块的均值、方差、幅度和亮度变化率;采用中央邻域差算子得到各图像的特征图,合并成一个显著图;计算该图中每个显著区域的视觉熵,将最显著Ⅸ域作为视觉注意的焦点,利用人类视觉注意的抑制返回机制,实现视觉注意焦点的转移,从而完成模拟人类视觉注意的整个过程.实验结果表明,该模型基本上能够模拟视觉注意的过程,而且复杂度较低,具有较高的实用价值.  相似文献

研究一种测量污染气体(如SO2,NO2)二维分布的光学遥感方法,即采用超光谱成像差分吸收光谱(DOAS)系统在扫描转台上对污染源排放烟羽进行扫描测量,利用被动差分吸收光谱处理方法对采集到太阳散射光谱进行处理获得柱浓度,结合转台扫描,最终实现污染气体的二维成像解析.着重描述了基于成像差分吸收光谱仪、紫外镜头及扫描转台的超光谱成像差分吸收系统,并利用该系统对热电厂烟羽排放进行了外场测量,该技术为污染源实时成像测量提供了一种简便的方法.  相似文献

Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is one of the most malignant subtypes of breast cancer. Here, we report the construction of graphene nanoribbon (GNR)-based supramolecular ensembles with dual-receptor (mannose and αvβ3 integrin receptors) targeting function, denoted as GNR-Man/PRGD, for targeted photothermal treatment (PTT) of TNBC. The GNR-Man/PRGD ensembles were constructed through the solution-based self-assembly of mannose-grafted GNRs (GNR-Man) with a pyrene-tagged αvβ3 integrin ligand (PRGD). Enhanced PTT efficacies were achieved both in vitro and in vivo compared to that of the non-targeting equivalents. Tumor-bearing live mice were administered (tail vein) with GNR-Man/PRGD and then each mice group was subjected to PTT. Remarkably, GNR-Man/PRGD induced complete ablation of the solid tumors, and no tumor regrowth was observed over a period of 15 days. This study demonstrates a new and promising platform for the development of photothermal nanomaterials for targeted tumor therapy.

Dual receptor-targeting supramolecular glycomaterials are constructed based on graphene nanoribbons for the targeted photothermal therapy of triple-negative breast cancer in vivo.  相似文献

A comparison of the Rayleigh range between the two types of definitions (defined by the mean-squared beam width and the effective radius of curvature) is studied analytically and numerically, where the propagation of partially coherent beams both in free space and in atmospheric turbulence are considered. It is shown that the two types of the Rayleigh range definitions are consistent in free space. However, in turbulence the Rayleigh range defined by the mean-squared beam width is smaller than that defined by the effective radius of curvature. The main results obtained in this paper are illustrated by numerical calculation examples, where partially coherent Hermite–Gaussian (PCH–G) beams are considered.  相似文献

We report results of electrical spin injection at the high-mobility quasi-two-dimensional electron system (2-DES) that forms at the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface. In a nonlocal, three-terminal measurement geometry, we analyze the voltage variation associated with the precession of the injected spin accumulation driven by perpendicular or transverse magnetic fields (Hanle and inverted Hanle effect). The influence of bias and back-gate voltages reveals that the spin accumulation signal is amplified by resonant tunneling through localized states in the LaAlO3 strongly coupled to the 2-DES by tunneling transfer.  相似文献

Lidamycin (LDM), a promising enediyne antitumor antibiotic, was quantified by detecting lidamycin enediyne chromophore (LDC) using liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) for the first time. A simple, rapid and reliable method was developed and validated to determine LDC and its aromatized derivative (LDCA) simultaneously in plasma. Puerarin was used as an internal standard (IS), and plasma samples were pretreated with one‐step precipitation by acetonitrile. Separation was achieved on a reverse‐phase C18 column with a mobile phase composed of methanol and water containing 5 mm ammonium acetate at pH 3.5 in gradient elution mode. Detection was performed on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer using electrospray ionization (ESI) by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) in the negative ion mode. Good linearity was obtained over the concentration range of 0.2–100 µg/mL for LDM. Precision and accuracy were validated by RSD% values in the range of 2.6–13.0% and RE% values between ?4.6 and 3.8%, respectively. In addition, no specificity and matrix effects were observed. The recovery was found to be 99.2–111.0% and stability in various conditions was found to be acceptable.
