With the aim of studying the structure-physicochemical properties-biological activity relation, we have synthesized a series of organosilicon neutral oxorhenium(V) complexes with mixed ligands and we have determined their lipophilicity. X-ray diffraction has been used to establish the molecular structure of (3-triphenylsiloxypropanethiolato)(3-thiapentane-1,5-dithiolato)oxorhenium(V), (2-trimethylsiloxy- and 2-hydroxyethanethiolato)[3-(N-methyl)azapentane-1,5-dithiolato]oxorhenium(V). We have studied the neurotropic properties and acute toxicity of the synthesized complexes in vivo and their dependence on the nature of the monodentate and tridentate ligands. We have established that all the studied compounds have pronounced sedative action (they prolong the life of mice under hypoxia conditions, they are phenamine antagonists, they exhibit anticonvulsive action and prevent retrograde amnesia). 相似文献

In this paper we show that given a \(p\) -convex set \(K \subset \mathbb{R }^n\) , there exist \(5n\) Steiner symmetrizations that transform it into an isomorphic Euclidean ball. An improved version of the Coats-Redfern method of evaluating non-isothermal kinetic parameters is presented. The Coats-Redfern approximation of the temperature integral is replaced by a third-degree rational approximation, which is much more accurate. The kinetic parameters are evaluated iteratively by linear regression and, besides the correlation coefficient, the F test is suggested as a supplementary statistical criterion for selecting the most probable mechanism function. For applications, both non-isothermal data obtained by theoretical simulation and experimental data taken from the literature for the non-isothermal dehydration of Mg(OH)2 have been processed.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date. 相似文献

Active antimicrobial packaging is a promising form of active packaging that can kill or inhibit microorganism growth in order to maintain product quality and safety. One of the most common approaches is based on the release of volatile antimicrobial agents from the packaging material such as essential oils. Due to their highly volatile nature, the challenge is to preserve the essential oils during the high‐temperature melt processing of the polymer, while maintaining high antimicrobial activity for a desired shelf life. This study suggests a new approach in order to achieve this goal. Antimicrobial active films are developed based on low‐density polyethylene (LDPE), organo‐modified montmorillonite clays (MMT) and carvacrol (used as an essential oil model). In order to minimize carvacrol loss throughout the polymer compounding, a pre‐compounding step is developed in which clay/carvacrol hybrids are produced. The hybrids exhibit a significant increase in the d‐spacing of clay and enhanced thermal stability. The resulting LDPE/(clay/carvacrol) films exhibit superior and prolonged antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Listeria innocua, while polymer compounded with pure carvacrol loses the antibacterial properties within days. The films also present an excellent antifungal activity against Alternaria alternata, used as a model plant pathogenic fungus. Furthermore, infrared spectroscopy analysis of the LDPE/(clay/carvacrol) system displayed significantly higher carvacrol content in the film as well as a slower out‐diffusion of the carvacrol molecules in comparison to LDPE/carvacrol films. Thus, these new films have a high potential for antimicrobial food packaging applications due to their long‐lasting and broad‐spectrum antimicrobial efficacy. The hydrodynamic stability of the steady spherical front of a reaction accompanied by a strong increase in viscosity taking place in a radial, centrally symmetric flow of condensed reaction medium is considered. The flow is assumed to be bounded by two permeable concentric spherical surfaces. The stability is investigated in the linear approximation with respect to small perturbations. A relation is obtained for the dependence of the perturbation growth rate on the parameters of the problem: the viscosity ratio of the medium at the front, the ratio of the boundary surface radii to the radius of the front, and the dimensionless hydrodynamic resistances of the boundary surfaces.
