The structure of buried Si(1 1 1)-5 × 2-Au capped with amorphous Si was investigated using surface X-ray diffraction. It was found that the 5 × 2 structural periodicity is kept under the amorphous Si from the in-plane measurement. Furthermore, the intensity variation along the fractional-order rod indicates that Au atoms are located almost on the same plane. 相似文献

Highly regio-selective cyanation of vicinal (Z)-dibromoalkenyl silanes was achieved by a vinylic Rosenmund-von Braun reaction, significantly suppressing side-production of alkyne. The alkyne was generated by a halogen elimination side-reaction that is an intrinsic problem in metal-activation of vicinal dihaloalkenes. We have studied to overcome the problem, and finally found the combination of CuCN and O = PPh3 in toluene solvent effectively controlled the production of byproducts. The resultant single isomer has significance in potentially application as a multi-tunable synthetic scaffold. 相似文献

We studied the methanol adsorption behavior of Pt nanoparticles that were vacuum-deposited on a TiO(2)(110) surface at room temperature by using an ultrahigh vacuum (UHV) scanning tunneling microscope (STM). A large number of bright spots were observed on fivefold-coordinated Ti (Ti(5c)) rows of the TiO(2)(110) surface after exposure of the Pt/TiO(2)(110) to methanol vapor. We assigned the bright spots to methoxy species. These were mobile and were found to hop along the Ti(5c) rows. In situ time-resolved STM observations of the formation and migration of the bright spots on the Pt/TiO(2)(110) were carried out in the presence of methanol. The bright spots were produced at the periphery of the Pt nanoparticles and migrated to the substrate Ti(5c) rows. We discuss the spillover process and behavior of the methoxy species on the Pt/TiO(2)(110). 相似文献

Total synthesis of the proposed structure of yuremamine has been achieved for the first time based on the intermolecular [3+2]‐cycloaddition reaction of the platinum‐containing azomethine ylide. All the possible diastereomers of yuremamine were also synthesized via the common intermediate. A straightforward route to unsymmetrically functionalized pyrene derivatives is described involving the synthesis of key precursor (6-bromo-3,8-dibutylpyren-1-yl)trimethylsilane 1. In a first step bromide 1 was successful in Suzuki-Miyaura, Sonogashira, and Buchwald-Hartwig cross-coupling reactions. The efficient synthesis of various diborylalkenes such as 1,1-, trans-1,2-, and cyclic 1,2-diborylalkenes from alkenes and diboron was achieved for the first time. Selective preparation of di- and monoborylalkenes was also realized by the appropriate choice of reaction conditions. The reaction was found to proceed via a new mechanism of dehydrogenative borylation through a monoborylpalladium complex bearing an anionic PSiP-pincer ligand as a key intermediate, which realized the efficient borylation without sacrificial hydroboration or hydrogenation of the alkene. 相似文献

Pt(II)-catalyzed generation of unsaturated carbene complex intermediates from various propargyl ether derivatives based on electrophilic activation of alkynes was realized. Intermolecular carbon-carbon bond formation between acylsilanes and organoboronic esters was achieved by photoirradiation under almost neutral, transition metal-free conditions. In this reaction, siloxycarbenes generated by photoisomerization of acylsilanes reacted with boronic esters to give the formal B-C bond insertion intermediates, which underwent unique rearrangement to afford the cyclic α-alkoxyboronic esters.
