The combination of the near infrared (NIR) and Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) absorbance spectra (1100-2500 nm and 4000-600 cm−1) of 100 cocoa powder samples was used to build calibration models for the determination of the content of fat, nitrogen, and moisture. The samples that comprised the dataset had an average composition of 13.51% of fat, 3.77% nitrogen, and 3.98% moisture. The fat content ranged from 2.42 to 22.00%, the nitrogen from 0.88 to 4.48%, and moisture from 1.60 to 7.80%. For NIR, the relative root mean square error of cross-validation (RMSECV) was 7.0% (R2 = 0.96) for fat, 1.7% (R2 = 0.98) for nitrogen, and 5.2% (R2 = 0.94) for moisture. For FTIR, the relative RMSECV was 10.4% (R2 = 0.94) for fat and 3.9% (R2 = 0.95) for nitrogen. However, for moisture, it was not possible to build a calibration model with suitable predictability. The combination of the NIR and FTIR domains (data fusion) by outer product analysis PLS1 allowed to predict these parameters and to characterise frequencies in one domain based on the information of the other domain. This work allows to conclude that the second derivative of NIR is the recommended procedure to quantify fat, nitrogen, and moisture content in cocoa powders by infrared spectroscopy.  相似文献

Sulfoglycolipids, isolated from different phototrophic organisms, particularly plants and algae, have already been identified as bioactive compounds. In addition to their antiviral activity their influence on the immune response in mammalian cells is the focus of many studies. For the first time it has been possible to investigate purified sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerols (SQDGs) from the microalga Porphyridium purpureum by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionisation (MALDI) in the negative ion reflectron mode. Thereby, different solid and ionic liquid matrices have been tested to improve signal intensity during the laser ionisation. By using the MALDI Trap time-of-flight (ToF) multiple-stage (MS(n)) hybrid mass spectrometer the fatty acid compositions of the SQDGs were analysed by MS, and confirmed by MS(2) and MS(3) experiments. Thereby, hexadecanoic acid (C16:0), octadecadienoic acid (C18:2), eicosatetraenoic acid (C20:4), and eicosapentaenoic acid (C20:5) were detected in the purified fraction of SQDGs. The localisation of hexadecanoic acid (C16:0) at the sn-2 position, and unsaturated fatty acids at the sn-1 position of the SQDGs, determined by specific enzymatic hydrolysis, marks a procaryotic biosynthesis of SQDGs in the eucaryotic alga cells.  相似文献

The establishment of the monoterpenoid profile of Vitis vinifera L. cv. 'Fern?o-Pires' white grape was achieved by headspace solid-phase microextraction coupled with comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography with time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GCxGC-ToF-MS). The plot of the first dimension versus the second dimension retention times using the m/z 93, 121, and 136 was used. The grapes were found to contain 56 monoterpenoids identified by GCxGC-ToF-MS. From these, 20 were reported for the first time in grapes. According to their chemical structure, the compounds were organized in different groups: monoterpene hydrocarbons and monoterpene oxygen-containing compounds, this later divided in oxides, alcohols (monoterpenols and monoterpendiols), aldehydes, esters, and ketones. A database composed by the retention indices of monoterpenoids calculated in the bi-dimensional column set was created, representing a developmental step in monoterpenoid analysis using a GCxGC system. Remarkable results were also obtained in terms of compound classification based on the organized structure of the peaks of structurally related compounds in the GCxGC contour plot. This information represents a valuable approach for future studies, as the ordered-structure principle can considerably help the establishment of the composition of samples. This study proposes a methodology and provides data that can be applied to determine the monoterpenoid profile of grapes, and its extension to the analysis of musts, and wines. As monoterpenoids are secondary metabolites whose synthesis is encoded by variety-related genes, the terpenoid profile may be used as a way to trace its varietal origin.  相似文献

A new methodology capable of performing the simultaneous analysis of the main surfactants--linear alkylbenzene sulfonates (LAS), alkyl ethoxysulfates (AES), alkyl sulfates (AS), nonylphenol polyethoxylates (NPEOs) and alcohol polyethoxylates (AEOs)--and their carboxylated metabolites--sulfophenyl carboxylic acids (SPCs) and alkylphenol ethoxycarboxylates (APECs)--in environmental samples has been developed for the first time. Extraction is carried out by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) from water and sediment, respectively. Identification and quantification of the target compounds is performed using a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) system equipped with an electrospray interface (ESI) operating in mixed-mode. Optimization of parameters such as pH, ionic strength, temperature and solvents has been carried out in order to obtain recoveries in the range from 70 to 107% for most homologs, while the limits of detection are 0.05-0.5 ng mL(-1) in water and 1-10 ng g(-1) in sediment. The proposed methodology has been applied for the simultaneous determination of all the target compounds in samples taken from aquatic ecosystems in the SW of Spain. Values for LAS, AS, AES, NPEOs and AEOs are up to 38.7, 3.0, 2.9, 5.0 and 1.2 microg L(-1) in waters, and in the ranges of 1.73-12.80, 0.11-0.24, 0.02-0.59, 1.94-2.70 and 0.64-3.64 mg kg(-1) in sediments, respectively. The highest concentrations of metabolites found in water are 149.6 microg L(-1) of SPCs and 3.9 microg L(-1) of APECs.  相似文献

In this paper we study the numerical approximation of Turing patterns corresponding to steady state solutions of a PDE system of reaction–diffusion equations modeling an electrodeposition process. We apply the Method of Lines (MOL) and describe the semi-discretization by high order finite differences in space given by the Extended Central Difference Formulas (ECDFs) that approximate Neumann boundary conditions (BCs) with the same accuracy. We introduce a test equation to describe the interplay between the diffusion and the reaction time scales. We present a stability analysis of a selection of time-integrators (IMEX 2-SBDF method, Crank–Nicolson (CN), Alternating Direction Implicit (ADI) method) for the test equation as well as for the Schnakenberg model, prototype of nonlinear reaction–diffusion systems with Turing patterns. Eventually, we apply the ADI-ECDF schemes to solve the electrodeposition model until the stationary patterns (spots & worms and only spots) are reached. We validate the model by comparison with experiments on Cu film growth by electrodeposition.  相似文献

The cork from Quercus suber L. is the premium raw material used to produce wine-bottling stoppers; however, being a natural product, cork can be contaminated and attacked in different ways that could promote differences in its proprieties. A specific contamination is the defect known in the industry as “Mancha Amarela—Yellow spot” (MA). This cork shows modifications in its mechanical, structural and optical properties and is potentially able to cause off-flavours in wine. In this study, a new analytical approach is proposed for the rapid screening of cork-wine model interactions in order to determine if the cork were able to contaminate a wine. Cork samples classified as standard (S) and cork MA were put in contact with a wine model matrix. The model matrix was analysed by cyclic voltammetry and square wave voltammetry in function of different contact times. Considering that matrices in contact with cork S and MA exhibited different pH, the influence of this parameter on the distinction power was also evaluated. The data sets obtained from the different techniques were treated by principal component analysis (PCA) and PLS_Cluster. The major difference between samples S and MA is the occurrence of an important peak at ca. 580 mV in the MA voltammograms. This more positive peak may be assigned to lignin related phenolics; therefore, it can be proposed as a possible marker to follow lignin degradation.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(NO3)2(C4H4N2)2]n, crystallizes as a linear polymeric compound with one pyrimidine ligand bridging between two CuII atoms and a second pyrimidine ligand coordinated in a monodentate manner. The distorted octahedral geometry around the CuII atom consists of two pyrimidine N atoms at distances of 2.033 (4) and 2.025 (4) Å, and two nitrate O atoms at distances at 1.987 (3) and 1.973 (3) Å. The apical positions are occupied by an N atom of a bridging pyrimidine ligand [2.291 (4) Å] and a nitrate O atom at a long distance of 2.781 (3) Å. The basal plane is almost planar, with trans angles of 176.23 (14) and 165.34 (15)°.  相似文献

In this work, we report the synthesis of a novel carbohydrate-lithocholic acid conjugate linked through of 1,2,3-triazole rings and its derivatives in good to excellent yields. The conjugate was synthesized via copper-catalyzed azide?alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) from methyl 4,6-O-benzylidene-2,3-di-O-propargyl-α-d-glucopyranoside and methyl 3-azidolithocholate. The structures of all new compounds were properly characterized by infrared (IR), high-resolution mass spectroscopy (HRMS) and one- and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).  相似文献

The pharmacological activity of several 16-bromosubstituted trienediones 4 and 5, 16-methyl substituted dienediones 6 and 7 and the 16-methyl substituted trienedione 8 was determined on gonadectomized hamster seminal vesicles by measuring the in vitro conversion of testosterone (T) to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) as 5alpha-reductase inhibitors and also the ability of these steroids to bind to the androgen receptor. Steroids 6 and 7 when injected together with T decreased the weight of the seminal vesicles thus showing an antiandrogenic effect. Compounds 5 and 6 reduced substantially the conversion of T to DHT and therefore can be considered good inhibitors for the enzyme 5alpha-reductase; however both steroids failed to form a complex with the androgen receptor. On the other hand compound 7 which showed a very small inhibitory activity for the enzyme 5alpha-reductase, exhibited a very high affinity for the androgen receptor and thus can be considered an effective antiandrogen. This compound also reduced substantially the weight of the seminal vesicles. Steroids 4 and 8 did not reduce the weight of the seminal vesicles and exhibited a low affinity for the androgen receptor; 8 showed a weak 5alpha-reductase inhibitory activity, whereas 4 exhibited a weak androgenic effect.  相似文献
