Proper determination of tissues is one of the challenging problems in modern medicine and histology. Currently, interpretation of the results mainly depends on the experience of a histologist, leading to high percentage of results misinterpretation. Bearing in mind potential application, we proposed the set of procedures that allow us to obtain precise, mathematically determined parameters for tissue discrimination. First, the method was tested on simulated set of images and compared with several other algorithms. As the set of experimentally obtained input data, auto‐fluorescence images of needle cross sections (Picea omorika) and stamens of common centaury (Centaurium erythraea) were used. Determination of cell types is based on inherent features of plant cells – auto‐fluorescence. As each cell type consists of various fluorescent components in different quantities for each type of tissue, its integral emission spectrum can be used as the fingerprint for identification. Cross sections were imaged using four sets of filters for detection of fluorescence (both excitation and emission). Such filter set is standard equipment for most fluorescence microscopes. One additional image was transmission image using the same optics. By applying 0‐norm‐constrained nonnegative matrix factorization in a space induced by explicit feature maps, it is possible to identify up to 11 tissues in needles and five in stamens (actual number of tissues). In comparison to other image analysis methods, the greatest advantage is the fact that the number of extracted components significantly exceeds the number of initial images while most other techniques can extract only as much components as the number of initial images. At the Mainz Microtron MAMI exploratory experiments on the spectroscopy of mesonic weak decays (MWD) of electroproduced Λ-hypernuclei were performed. A unique setup was realized to use the broad momentum-band kaon spectrometer Kaos at zero degree angle with respect to the high-intensity electron beam direction to tag strangeness producing processes. A sample of order 103 MWD from a beryllium target was collected by the coincidence technique with the high-resolution multi-spectrometer facility of the A1 Collaboration. It is conjectured that this sample contains monochromatic two-body decays from stopped hyperfragment decays as well as a wide momentum distribution of quasi-free produced Λ- and Σ-hyperon decays and three-body decays from hyperfragments. Stopped hyperfragments will be identified as monochromatic peaks in the π ? momentum spectrum from which their masses can be extracted with a precision of 50 keV/c 2.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to compare the essential oil profiles of four Croatian Teucrium species (Lamiaceae), as determined by GC and GC/MS, with their antiphytoviral efficiency. A phytochemical analysis showed that T. polium, T. flavum, T. montanum and T. chamaedrys are characterized by similar essential oil compositions. The investigated oils are characterized by a high proportion of the sesquiterpene hydrocarbons β-caryophyllene (7.1-52.0%) and germacrene D (8.7-17.0%). Other important components were β-pinene from T. montanum and α-pinene from T. flavum. The investigated essential oils were proved to reduce lesion number in the local host Chenopodium quinoa Willd. infected with Cucumber Mosaic Virus (CMV), with reductions of 41.4%, 22.9%, 44.3% and 25.7%, respectively.  相似文献

The effects of copper addition, from various adsorbents, on the accumulation ability and glucosinolate content of cultivated rocket were studied. Different adsorbents (zeolite NaX, egg shells, substrate, fly ash) were treated with copper(II) solution with an adsorption efficiency of 98.36, 96.67, 51.82 and 39.13%, respectively. The lowest copper content and the highest total glucosinolate content (44.37 μg/g DW and 4269.31 µg/g DW, respectively) were detected in the rocket grown in the substrate with the addition of a substrate spiked with copper(II) ions. Rocket grown in the fly ash-substrate mixture showed an increase in copper content (84.98 μg/g DW) and the lowest total glucosinolate content (2545.71 µg/g DW). On the other hand, when using the egg shells-substrate mixture, the rocket copper content increased (113.34 μg/g DW) along with the total GSLs content (3780.03 µg/g DW), indicating the influence of an adsorbent type in addition to the copper uptake. The highest copper content of 498.56 μg/g DW was detected in the rocket watered with copper(II) solution with a notable decrease in the glucosinolate content, i.e., 2699.29 µg/g DW. According to these results rocket can be considered as a copper accumulator plant.  相似文献

Scanning electron microscopy was employed to investigate the effect of peroxide‐initiated crosslinking on behaviour of composites of low‐density polyethylene filled with wood flour. The improved wetting of the filler by the matrix and/or the increase in the matrix/filler adhesion was shown to be the main consequence of crosslinking, with the obvious influence on the physical, especially mechanical properties.  相似文献

Thorium redox chemistry is extremely scarce due to the high stability of ThIV. Here we report two unique examples of thorium arenide complexes prepared by reduction of a ThIV-siloxide complex in presence of naphthalene, the mononuclear arenide complex [K(OSi(OtBu)3)3Th(η6-C10H8)] ( 1 ) and the inverse-sandwich complex [K(OSi(OtBu)3)3Th]2(μ-η66-C10H8)] ( 2 ). The electrons stored in these complexes allow the reduction of a broad range of substrates (N2O, AdN3, CO2, HBBN). Higher reactivity was found for the complex 1 which reacts with the diazoolefin IDipp=CN2 to yield the unexpected ThIV amidoalkynyl complex 5 via a terminal N-heterocyclic vinylidene intermediate. This work showed that arenides can act as convenient redox-active ligands for implementing thorium-ligand cooperative multielectron transfer and that the reactivity can be tuned by the arenide binding mode.  相似文献

The effect of crosslinking on the properties of low density polyethylene / polypropylene blends was investigated. It was found that crosslinking results in much higher deformability of the blends compared to uncrosslinked materials. A decrease in crystalline portion determined by DSC leads to lower modulus in crosslinked samples. High drawability of crosslinked samples is mainly attributed to peculiar behaviour of PE part of the crosslinked blend where thicker lamellae are formed during drawing.  相似文献
