The optimization of the field distribution of the analyzing magnet installed in the axial injection beam line of the cyclotron DC-280 is carried out. This optimization is done on the basis of a three-dimensional calculation of the magnet field. The mechanism of formation of ?U centers in high-T c superconductors (HTSCs) is considered. It is shown that the transition from the insulator to the metallic state on doping passes through a certain range of dopant concentrations in which it becomes possible for local transitions of singlet electron pairs to occur from oxygen ions to two neighboring cations (a ?U center), while single-electron transitions are still forbidden. Conduction arises in such systems at a concentration of ?U centers exceeding the percolation threshold for the orbitals of singlet hole pairs. A phase diagram constructed on the basis of the proposed model for the HTSC compounds of the Ln-214 class is in complete agreement with experiment. The mechanisms of formation and relaxation of free hole carriers are considered. It is shown that a distinctive feature of the normal state of HTSCs is the dominant contribution of electron-electron scattering to the charge carrier relaxation processes. It is concluded from the analysis presented that HTSCs comprise a special class of solids in which a nonstandard mechanism of superconductivity, different from the BCS mechanism, is realized. 相似文献

Infrared absorption spectra of a Nd0.5Ho0.5Fe3(BO3)4 crystal in the spectral range of 30–1700 cm–1 have been measured at temperatures from 6 to 300 K. The experimental spectra have been analyzed based on the semiempirical calculation of the lattice dynamics and the analysis of correlation diagrams of borate complexes. No changes associated with structural phase transitions have been detected in the temperature range of measurements; the effect of magnetic ordering on the infrared absorption spectra has not been observed. 相似文献

The difference between the phase diagrams of La2?x(Ba,Sr)xCuO4 and Nd2?xCexCuO4 is discussed. It is proposed that the discrepancy of x-values corresponding to the transition from antiferromagnetic dielectric state to conducting one (respectively, x≈0.06 in La2?x(Ba,Sr)xCuO4 and x≈0.125 in Nd2?xCexCuO4) results from non-homogeneous doping of La2?x(Ba,Sr)xCuO4 over the range 0.06<x<0.125, when localized holes are added to each second CuO2 layer. Therefore the actual phase diagram of the “holedoped” superconductor La2?x(Ba,Sr)xCuO4 coincides with one for the “electron-doped” superconductor Nd2?xCexCuO4. Industrial production of nuclear filters has been implemented at the IC-100 cyclotron complex of the Laboratory of Nuclear Reactions at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. After the complete upgrade, the cyclotron was equipped with the superconducting ECR ion source and the system of external axial beam injection. The implantation complex was equipped with the special transportation channel with the beam scanning system and the setup for irradiation of polymer films. Intense beams of heavy ions Ne, Ar, Fe, Kr, Xe, I, and W with an energy of ~1 MeV/nucleon were obtained. the properties of irradiated crystals were studied, different polymer films were irradiated, and several thousands of square meters of track membranes with pore densities varying in a wide range were produced. The special features of the phase diagrams of La2?xSrxCuO4 are considered in terms of the high-temperature superconductivity model according to which the mechanism responsible for the anomalous properties of these compounds is the interaction of electrons with diatomic negative U-centers. A microstructural model that assumes the coexistence of domains with different types of dopant ion ordering is suggested for La2?xSrxCuO4. According to this model, the main characteristics of the experimental phase diagrams of La2?xSrxCuO4 only reflect square lattice geometric relations and competition between different dopant ordering types. Close agreement between the calculated and experimental “superconducting” and “magnetic” phase diagrams is an important argument in favor of the suggested high-temperature superconductivity model. 相似文献
