An efficient tandem reaction for the asymmetric synthesis of six‐membered spirocyclic oxindoles has been successfully developed through a formal [2+2+2] annulation strategy. The amine‐catalysed stereoselective Michael addition of aliphatic aldehydes to electron‐deficient olefinic oxindole motifs gave chiral C3 components, which were further combined with diverse electrophiles (activated olefins or imines) to afford spirocyclic oxindoles with versatile molecular complexity (up to six contiguous stereogenic centres, high diastereo‐ and enantioselectivities). 相似文献

Site‐directed spin labeling and EPR spectroscopy offer accurate, sensitive tools for the characterization of structure and function of macromolecules and their assemblies. A new rigid spin label, spirocyclohexyl nitroxide α‐amino acid and its N‐(9‐fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl) derivative, have been synthesized, which exhibit slow enough spin‐echo dephasing to permit accurate distance measurements by pulsed EPR spectroscopy at temperatures up to 125 K in 1:1 water/glycerol and at higher temperatures in matrices with higher glass transition temperatures. Distance measurements in the liquid nitrogen temperature range are less expensive than those that require liquid helium, which will greatly facilitate applications of pulsed EPR spectroscopy to the study of structure and conformation of peptides and proteins. 相似文献

The novel heterospin complex [Ni2(PhCOO)4(NITpPy)2]·2CH3CN ( 1 ) was synthesized by the reaction of nickel benzoate and 2‐(4‐pyridyl)‐4,4,5,5‐tetramethylimidazoline‐1‐oxyl‐3‐oxide (NITpPy) in acetonitrile and dichloromethane solutions. The X‐ray structure determination shows that complex 1 consists of a symmetrical dimeric NiII benzoate paddle‐wheel core and pyridyl nitrogen atoms of radical ligands at the apical position, in addition, the temperature (2–300K) dependent magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that 1 has antiferromagnetic behavior. 相似文献

The absorption spectra of nine compounds structurally related to phenytoin (5,5-diphenylhydantoin) were recorded in twelve
solvents over the range of 200 to 400 nm. The effects of solvent dipolarity/polarizability and solvent/solute hydrogen bonding
interactions were analyzed by means of the linear solvation energy relationship (LSER) concept proposed by Kamlet and Taft.
The lipophilic activity of the investigated hydantoins was estimated by calculation of their log 10
P values. The calculated values of log 10
P were correlated with the ratio of the contributions of specific and non-specific solute/solvent interactions. The correlation
equations were combined with the corresponding ED50 values to generate new equations that demonstrate exact relationship between solute/solvent interactions and the structure-activity

Control of ionic transport through nanoporous systems is a topic of scientific interest for the ability to create new devices
that are applicable for ions and molecules in water solutions. We show the preparation of an ionic transistor based on single
conical nanopores in polymer films with an insulated gold thin film “gate.” By changing the electric potential applied to
the “gate,” the current through the device can be changed from the rectifying behavior of a typical conical nanopore to the
almost linear behavior seen in cylindrical nanopores. The mechanism for this change in transport behavior is thought to be
the enhancement of concentration polarization induced by the gate.

DTA was used to study thermal properties and thermal stability of (50-x)Li2O-xTiO2-50P2O5 (x=0–10 mol%) and 45Li2Ot-yTiO2-(55-y)P2O5 (y=5–20 mol%) glasses. The addition of TiO2 to lithium phosphate glasses results in a non-linear increase of glass transition temperature. All prepared glasses crystallize
under heating within the temperature range of 400–540°C. The lowest tendency towards crystallization have the glasses with
x=7.5 and y=10 mol% TiO2. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that major compounds formed by annealing of the glasses were LiPO3, Li4 P2O7, TiP2O7 and NASICON-type LiTi2(PO4)3. DTA results also indicated that the maximum of nucleation rate for 45Li2O-5TiO2-50P2O5 glass is close to the glass transition temperature. 相似文献

The ground state ab initio CCSD(T) potential curves using various basis sets (aug-cc-pVXZ-PP (X = D, T, Q, 5)) is obtained for the dimers of helium with IIb group metals. The effect of the position of the (mid) bond-functions on the interaction energy is discussed. A Symmetry Adapted Perturbation Theory decomposition of the interaction energy is provided and the trends in the dimer stabilizing and destabilizing contributions are depicted. The spline fitted potential curves are applied together with rigorous statistical formulae in order to obtain the transport coefficients (viscosity coefficients, diffusion coefficients) and the second virial coefficient both for pure constituents and mixtures. The obtained theoretical results are compared with available experimental data. Molecular dynamics is used to obtain reliable values of the diffusion coefficients for all the systems under study. 相似文献

The donor-functionalised alkoxides {Me(3-x)N(CH(2)CH(2)O)(x)} (L(x); x = 1, 2) have been used to form gallium hydride complexes [{GaH(2)(L(1))}(2)] and [{GaH(L(2))}(2)] that are stable and isolable at room temperature. Along with a heteroleptic gallium tris(alkoxide) complex [Ga(L(1))(3)] and the dimeric complex [{GaMe(L(2))}(2)], these compounds have been used as single-source precursors for the deposition of Ga(2)O(3) by aerosol-assisted chemical vapour deposition (AACVD) with toluene as solvent. The resulting films were mostly transparent, indicating low levels of carbon contamination, and they were also mainly amorphous. However, [Ga(L(1))(3)] did contain visibly crystalline material deposited at a substrate temperature of 450?°C, by far the lowest ever observed for the CVD of gallium oxide. 相似文献

Malted and un-malted sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) flour was gamma irradiated with a dose of 10 kGy and then re-irradiated with 25 kGy. The effects of irradiation on microbial decontamination, amylase activity, fermentability (using an amylolytic L. plantarum MNC 21 strain), starch granule structure and viscosity were determined. Standard methods were used during determinations. The 10 kGy dose had no effect on microbial load of un-malted flour but reduced that of malted flour by 3 log cycles. Re-irradiation resulted in complete decontamination. Irradiation of malt caused a significant (p<0.05) reduction in alpha and beta amylase activity (22% and 32%, respectively). Irradiation of un-malted flour increased the rates of utilization of glucose and maltose by 53% and 100%, respectively, during fermentation. However, microbial growth, rate of lactic acid production, final lactic acid concentration and pH were not affected. Starch granules appeared normal externally even after re-irradiation, however, granules ruptured and dissolved easily after hydration and gelatinization. Production of high dry matter density porridge (200 g dry matter/L) with a viscosity of 3500 cP was achieved by irradiation of un-malted flout at 10 kGy. Gamma irradiation can be used to decontaminate flours and could be utilized to produce weaning porridge from sorghum. 相似文献

Compounds 1-3, composed of two guanidiniocarbonylpyrrole moieties linked by oligoamide bridges and differing in number and type of basic groups, were prepared. The sites and degree of protonation of 1-3 depend strongly on the pH value. The interactions of these compounds with several double-stranded (ds) DNA and dsRNA were investigated by means of UV/Vis and CD spectroscopy as well as isothermal titration microcalorimetry (ITC). These studies revealed that the binding of 1-3 to the polynucleotides is driven by three factors, the presence of aliphatic amino groups, the protonation state of the compounds, and the steric properties of the polynucleotide binding site, that is, the shape and structure of their grooves. The results obtained by all applied methods consistently indicated that receptors 1-3 bind to the minor groove of DNA, but, by contrast, to the major groove of RNA. Additionally, it was shown by atomic force microscopy (AFM) imaging that upon interaction of compound 2 with calf thymus (ct) DNA induced aggregation of the DNA occurs, leading to pronounced changes in its secondary structure. 相似文献
