A quantum mechanical photodesorption model, valid for metallic substrates and sub-picosecond laser pulses, is presented. It takes into consideration the photodesorption coordinate and models the metal hot-electron mediated desorption by a three electronic states: an ionic state of the adsorbate and two effective states representing the continuum of the metal. This multiple-state picture allows the sharing of the flow of energy injected by the laser between the adsorbate and the substrate. For the first time, the present modeling introduces the hot electrons of the metal through an optical potential based on the kinetic model developed earlier by the authors. This potential, and the resulting desorption yield, depend on the laser fluence. For CO on Cu(1 0 0) or Cu(1 1 1), the results are in fair agreement with the experimental findings.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

We theoretically investigated the influences of the magnetic field and light polarisation on the electronic and optical properties of a GaAs/GaAlAs pseudo-elliptic quantum ring, modelled by an outer ellipsis and an inner circle, in the presence of the Rashba and Dresselhaus spin–orbit interactions and Zeeman effect. We show that Aharonov-Bohm oscillations of the energy spectrum are not affected by the presence of the Zeeman effect alone but, in the presence of Rashba and Dresselhaus spin–orbit couplings, the periodicity of certain levels becomes hardly definite. The Zeeman effect generally enhances/diminishes the separation levels produced by Rashba/Dresselhaus interactions (SOI) and when both types of SOI are considered, the effect depends on their relative strength. The magnetic field can trigger spin-flip for each type of spin–orbit interaction and Zeeman effect or their combination through anticrossings in the energy spectra. Our results reveal that the absorption spectra are very sensitive to the magnetic field and light polarisation. For all polarisations considered, the magnetic field increment leads to the redshift or blueshift of some particular peaks (an effect of this ring geometry) and a better separation of the peaks. The x-polarised light determines spectra with many small, but separated peaks while the circular polarised light leads to spectra with large peaks of high amplitude.  相似文献

Attempted diazo transfer to 1-O-(2-phenylacetyl)-2,3;5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-d-mannofuranose using p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl azide (p-ABSA) and DBU as base affords 1-O-(2-diazo-2-phenylacetyl)-2,3;5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-d-mannofuranose in low yield along with 2,3;5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-d-mannofuranose, 1-azido-2,3;5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-β-d-mannofuranose, as well as the unreacted starting material. The azido sugar likely arises from α-mannofuranosyl sulfonate ester formation, through displacement of azide from p-ABSA by the sugar lactol, followed by stereospecific displacement by azide anion on the furanosyl sulfonate ester. This outcome has been studied further with the conditions being applied to several common monosaccharide derivatives. Accessible substrates afford the azido sugar in an overall one-pot alcohol-to-azide conversion, while hindered substrates yield the sulfonate esters.  相似文献

A route to efficient generation of C6H4+*, potentially the benzyne radical cation, is presented. Laser vaporization of Mg+* and supersonic expansion in helium doped with o-, m-, or p-C6H4F2 yields, among other ions, o-, m-, p-C6H4F2Mg+* complexes, but no C6H4+*. Collision-induced dissociation experiments show that the o-C6H4F2Mg+* complex can be converted into C6H4+* in a mildly energetic collision, with a center-of-mass energy around 1-2 eV. These conditions can also be reached in the ion source when argon is used as a carrier gas. In this way, mass spectra containing the desired m/z 76 peak, i.e. C6H4+*, are obtained.  相似文献

The recovery of humoral immune response has been comparatively studied by a radioimmunoanalysis (RIA) method and by Mancini single immunoradial diffusion method in an experiment consisting in chronic contamination with low doses of tritiated water (HTO) and oral administration of high doses of ascorbic acid on rats as radioprotector. The radioprotective effect of ascorbic acid was found to be dependent both on the radiation dose and the amount of ascorbic acid administered.  相似文献

The unconventional methodology for the non-epimerizable cycloacetalization of optically active (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)propane-1,3-diol (p-nitrophenylserinol) (condensed H2SO4 96% as solvent and catalyst, i.e., sulfuric transacetalization) producing (2R,4S,5S) diamino-1,3-dioxanes was enlarged by the use of N-protected forms of 2,2-dimethoxyethylamine (DMEA, aminoacetaldehyde dimethylacetal). Conversely, N-protected derivatives of p-nitrophenylserinol were successfully cyclocondensed with DMEA in the same sulfuric conditions. N-Functionalization of DMEA upon treatment with trimesic acid trichloride and cyanuric chloride yielded the corresponding triple amide and melamine, respectively. Their adapted sulfuric transacetalization in triplicate in reaction with arylserinols (aryl: phenyl, p-nitrophenyl) afforded a new series of optically active tripodands.  相似文献

Summary The energies of combustion of crystalline L-α-glutamic and 6-aminohexanoic acids were measured in a static bomb adiabatic calorimeter, in pure oxygen at 3040 kPa. Corrections were made for the heats due to the ignition of sample and for the nitric acid formation. The derived enthalpies of formation for L-α -glutamic and 6-aminohexanoic acids are ΔfHcr0= -1002.6±1.1 kJ mol-1and ΔfHcr0= -641.6±1.2 kJ mol-1, respectively. The data of enthalpy of formation are compared with literature values and with estimated values by means of group additivity, using parameters recommended by Domalski and Hearing.  相似文献

A series of neutral mononuclear lanthanide complexes [Ln(HL)2(NO3)3] (Ln = La, Ce, Nd, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho) with rigid bidentate ligand, HL (4′-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)biphenyl-4-carboxylic acid) were synthesized under solvothermal conditions. The coordination compounds have been characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetry, powder X-ray diffraction and elemental analysis. According to X-ray diffraction, all the complexes are a series of isostructural compounds crystallized in the P2/n monoclinic space group. Additionally, solid-state luminescence measurements of all complexes show that [Eu(HL)2(NO3)3] complex displays the characteristic emission peaks of Eu(III) ion at 593, 597, 615, and 651 nm.  相似文献
