Reactions of the complex [MoCl(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (1) (phen=1,10-phenanthroline) with potassium arylamides were used to synthesize the amido complexes [Mo(N(R)Ar)(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (R=H, Ar=Ph, 2 a; R=H, Ar=p-tolyl, 2 b; R=Me, Ar=Ph; 2 c). For 2 b the Mo-N(amido) bond length (2.105(4) A) is consistent with it being a single bond, with which the metal attains an 18-electron configuration. The reaction of 2 b with HOTf affords the amino complex [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(NH(2)(p-tol))(CO)(2)(phen)]OTf (3-OTf). Treatment of 3-OTf with nBuLi or KN(SiMe(3))(2) regenerates 2 b. The new amido complexes react with CS(2), arylisothiocyanates and maleic anhydride. A single product corresponding to the formal insertion of the electrophile into the Mo-N(amido) bond is obtained in each case. For maleic anhydride, ring opening accompanied the formation of the insertion product. The reaction of 2 b with maleimide affords [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[NC(O)CH=CHC(O)](CO)(2)(phen)] (7), which results from simple acid-base metathesis. The reaction of 2 b with (p-tol)NCO affords [[Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)](2)(eta(2)-MoO(4))] (8), which corresponds to oxidation of one third of the metal atoms to Mo(VI). Complex 8 was also obtained in the reactions of 2 b with CO(2) or the lactide 3,6-dimethyl-1,4-dioxane-2,5-dione. The structures of the compounds 2 b, 3-OTf, [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[SC(S)(N(H)Ph)](CO)(2)(phen)] (4), [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[SC(N(p-tol))(NH(p-tol))](CO)(2)(phen)] (5 a), and [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[OC(O)CH=CHC(O)(NH(p-tol))](CO)(2)(phen)] (6), 7, and 8 (both the free complex and its N,N'-di(p-tolyl)urea adduct) were determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The ligand N,N'-bis[(6-carboxy-2-pyridylmethyl]ethylenediamine-N,N'-diacetic acid (H(4)bpeda) was synthesised using an improved procedure which requires a reduced number of steps and leads to a higher yield with respect to the published procedure. It was obtained in three steps from diethylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate and commercially available ethylenediamine-N,N[prime or minute]-diacetic acid with a total yield of approximately 20%. The crystal structure of the hexa-protonated form of the ligand which was determined by X-ray diffraction shows that the four carboxylates and the two amines are protonated. The crystal structure of the polynuclear complex [Gd(bpeda)(H(2)O)(2)](3)[Gd(H(2)O)(6)](2)Cl(3)(2), isolated by slow evaporation of a 1:1 mixture of GdCl(3) and H(4)bpeda at pH approximately 1, was determined by X-ray diffraction. In complex three [Gd(bpeda)(H(2)O)(2)] units, containing a Gd(III) ion ten-coordinated by the octadentate bpeda and two water molecules, are connected in a pentametallic structure by two hexa-aquo Gd(3+) cations through four carboxylato bridges. The protonation constants (pK(a1)= 2.9(1), pK(a2)= 3.5(1), pK(a3)= 5.2(2), and pK(a4)= 8.5(1)) and the stability constants of the complexes formed between Gd(III) and Ca(II) ions and H(4)bpeda (log beta(GdL)= 15.1(3); log beta(CaL)= 9.4(1)) were determined by potentiometric titration. The unexpected decrease in the stability of the gadolinium complex and of the calcium complex of the octadentate ligand bpeda(4-) with respect to the hexadentate ligand edta(4-) has been interpreted in terms of an overall lower contribution to stability of the metal-nitrogen interactions. The EPR spectra display very broad lines (apparent DeltaH(pp) approximately 800-1200 G at X-band and 90-110 G at Q-band depending on the temperature), indicating a rapid transverse electron spin relaxation. At X-band, Gd(bpeda) is among the fastest relaxing Gd(3+) complexes to date suggesting that the presence of pyridinecarboxylate chelating groups in itself does not lead to slow electron relaxation.  相似文献

The surface properties of bimetallic Ni-Pt/SiO2 catalysts with variable Ni/Ni + Pt atomic ratio (0.75, 0.50, and 0.25) were studied using N2O decomposition and N2O reduction by hydrogen reactions as probes. Catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation of the silica support with aqueous solutions of the metal precursors to a total metal loading of 2 wt %. For both model reactions, Pt/SiO2 catalyst was substantially more active than Ni/SiO2 catalyst. Mean particle size by TEM was about the same (in the range 6-8 nm) for all catalysts and truly bimetallic particles (more than 95%) were evidenced by EDS in the Ni-Pt/SiO2 catalysts. CO adsorption on the bimetallic catalysts showed differences in the linear CO absorption band as a function of the Ni/Pt atomic ratio. Bimetallic Ni-Pt/SiO2 catalysts showed, for the N2O decomposition, a catalytic behavior that points out an ensemble-size sensitive behavior for Ni-rich compositions. For the N2O + H2 reaction, the bimetallic catalysts were very active at low temperature. The following activity order at 300 K was observed: Ni75Pt25 > Ni25Pt75 approximately Ni50Pt50 > Pt. TOF values for these catalysts increased 2-5 times compared to the most active reference catalyst (Pt/SiO2). The enhancement of the activity in the Ni75Pt25 bimetallic catalysts is explained in terms of the presence of mixed Ni-Pt ensembles.  相似文献

A CZE method was developed and validated for the analysis of Olmesartan medoxomil (OLMD) in tablets. The influences of pH, buffer concentration, applied voltage and capillary temperature on the migration time of OLMD were investigated. About 50 mM pH 6.5 phosphate buffer were used as background electrolyte. The optimum instrument parameters were found to be 30 °C temperature with 30 kV applied voltage and diode array detection was carried out at 210 nm. OLMD was hydrodynamically injected (P inj  = 50 mbar, t inj  = 3 s) and an internal standard, diflunisal (IS), was used to improve the precision and repeatability. Under these conditions, the migration time of OLMD was 2.32 min and the total analysis time was shorter than 5 min. Linearity range for the developed method was found to be 2.0–50.0 μg mL?1 and the limit of detection was 0.5 μg mL?1. The developed method was applied for the analysis of OLMD in pharmaceutical tablet formulations.  相似文献

A method for the preconcentration and speciation of chromium was developed. After formation of an anionic compound with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (CrY(-)), Cr (VI) and Cr (III) are retained on a strong anionic phase (SAX) and controlled elution with 0.5 M NaCl permits their speciation. The retention and elution conditions were optimised, and interferences due to the presence of other ions such as Mg(II), Mn(II), Sn(II), Fe(III), Ba(II), Al(III), Ca(II), chloride, iodine, bromide, fluoride, sulphate, phosphate, bicarbonate and nitrate were studied. The detection limits were 0.4 mug l(-1) and 1.1 mug l(-1) for Cr(III) and Cr(VI), respectively, and reproducibility was 9%. The results obtained for speciation of chromium by the proposed method in wastewaters are in agreement with the values obtained by a reference method for a 95% confidence level.  相似文献

DNA triplex and quadruplex structures have been successfully detected by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). Circular dichroism and UV-melting experiments show that these structures are stable in 150 mM ammonium acetate at pH 7 for the quadruplexes and pH 5.5 for the triplexes. The studied quadruplexes were the tetramer [d(TGGGGT)](4), the dimer [d(GGGGTTTTGGGG)](2), and the intramolecular folded strand dGGG(TTAGGG)(3), which is an analog of the human telomeric sequence. The absence of sodium contamination allowed demonstration of the specific inclusion of n - 1 ammonium cations in the quadruplex structures, where n is the number of consecutive G-tetrads. We also detected the complexes between the quadruplexes and the quadruplex-specific drug mesoporphyrin IX. MS/MS spectra of [d(TGGGGT)](4) and the complex with the drug are also reported. As the drug does not displace the ammonium cations, one can conclude that the drug binds at the exterior of the tetrads, and not between them. For the triplex structure the ESI-MS spectra show the detection of the specific triplex, at m/z values typically higher than those typically observed for duplex species. Upon MS/MS the antigene strand, which is bound into the major groove of the duplex, separates from the triplex. This is the same dissociation pathway as in solution. To our knowledge this is the first report of a triplex DNA structure by electrospray mass spectrometry.  相似文献

Reactions of Mn(II)(PF(6))(2) and Mn(II)(O(2)CCH(3))(2).4H(2)O with the tridentate facially capping ligand N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)ethylamine (bpea) in ethanol solutions afforded the mononuclear [Mn(II)(bpea)](PF(6))(2) (1) and the new binuclear [Mn(2)(II,II)(mu-O(2)CCH(3))(3)(bpea)(2)](PF(6)) (2) manganese(II) compounds, respectively. Both 1 and 2 were characterized by X-ray crystallographic studies. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/n, with a = 11.9288(7) A, b = 22.5424(13) A, c =13.0773(7) A, alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 100.5780(10 degrees ), gamma = 90 degrees, and Z = 4. Crystals of complex 2 are orthorhombic, space group C222(1), with a = 12.5686(16) A, b = 14.4059(16) A, c = 22.515(3) A, alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 90 degrees, gamma = 90 degrees, and Z = 4. The three acetates bridge the two Mn(II) centers in a mu(1,3) syn-syn mode, with a Mn-Mn separation of 3.915 A. A detailed study of the electrochemical behavior of 1 and 2 in CH(3)CN medium has been made. Successive controlled potential oxidations at 0.6 and 0.9 V vs Ag/Ag(+) for a 10 mM solution of 2 allowed the selective and nearly quantitative formation of [Mn(III)(2)(mu-O)(mu-O(2)CCH(3))(2)(bpea)(2)](2+) (3) and [Mn(IV)(2)(mu-O)(2)(mu-O(2)CCH(3))(bpea)(2)](3+) (4), respectively. These results have shown that each substitution of an acetate group by an oxo group is induced by a two-electron oxidation of the corresponding dimanganese complexes. Similar transformations have been obtained if 2 is formed in situ either by direct mixing of Mn(2+) cations, bpea ligand, and CH(3)COO(-) anions with a 1:1:3 stoichiometry or by mixing of 1 and CH(3)COO(-) with a 1:1.5 stoichiometry. Associated electrochemical back-transformations were investigated. 2, 3, and the dimanganese [Mn(III)Mn(IV)(mu-O)(2)(mu-O(2)CCH(3))(bpea)(2)](2+) analogue (5) were also studied for their ability to disproportionate hydrogen peroxide. 2 is far more active compared to 3 and 5. The EPR monitoring of the catalase-like activity has shown that the same species are present in the reaction mixture albeit in slightly different proportions. 2 operates probably along a mechanism different from that of 3 and 5, and the formation of 3 competes with the disproportionation reaction catalyzed by 2. Indeed a solution of 2 exhibits the same activity as 3 for the disproportionation reaction of a second batch of H(2)O(2) indicating that 3 is formed in the course of the reaction.  相似文献

The structural stability of hen egg white lysozyme in solution and adsorbed to small colloidal silica particles at various surface concentrations was investigated using hydrogen-deuterium (H/D) exchange in combination with mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The combination of HDX-MS and DSC allows a full thermodynamic analysis of the lysozyme structure as both the enthalpy and the Gibbs free energy can be derived from the various measurements. Moreover, both HDX-MS and DSC provide information on the relative structural heterogeneity of lysozyme in the adsorbed state compared to that in solution. Results demonstrated that at high surface coverage, the structural stability of lysozyme was only marginally affected by adsorption to silica particles whereas the unfolding enthalpy decreased by more than 10%, meaning that the entropy of lysozyme increased with a similar value upon adsorption. Furthermore, the structural heterogeneity increased considerably. At lower surface concentrations, the structural heterogeneity increased further whereas the enthalpy of unfolding decreased. Further analyses of the HDX-MS experiments clearly indicated that folding/unfolding of lysozyme occurs through a two-domain process. These two domains had a similar amount of structural elements and a difference in stabilization energy of 8 kJ/mol, regardless if lysozyme was in solution or adsorbed to silica.  相似文献

A specific and sensitive liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of ibogaine and noribogaine in human urine. The work-up procedure involved a solid phase extraction of the compounds and the internal standard (fluorescein) using Oasis HLB columns. The system used a Zorbax eclipse XDB C8 analytical column packed with 5µm diameter particles as the stationary phase. The mobile phase consisted of a 20-min gradient (mobile phase A: 0.02% (v/v) trimethylamine in acetonitrile, mobile phase B: 2 mM ammonium formate buffer (pH 3)). Mass spectrometric data were acquired in single ion monitoring mode at m/z 311.1, 297.2 and 333 for ibogaine, noribogaine and fluorescein, respectively. The drug/internal standard peak area ratios were linked via a quadratic relationship to concentrations (1.78?358 μg L?1 for ibogaine; 2?400 μg L?1 for noribogaine). Precision ranged from 5.8 to 14.8% and accuracy was between 93.2 and 112.9%. Mean extraction recoveries of ibogaine, noribogaine and fluorescein were 70.0, 81.7 and 94.8%, respectively. The extraction efficiency was independent of concentration over the range studied. The lower limits of quantitation were 1.78 μg L?1 for ibogaine and 2 μg L?1 for noribogaine. In this paper, extensive stability testing was undertaken using a wide range of storage conditions. This method was found suitable for urine analysis of a poisoning involving ingestion of drink made from powdered root of shrub Tabernanthe iboga.  相似文献

The reaction of 2 equiv of LiSeCC-n-C(5)H(11) (1) with cis-PtCl(2)(Ph(3)P)(2) (2) gives a mixture of the cis and trans isomers of Pt(Ph(3)P)(2)(SeCC-n-C(5)H(11))(2) (3), which slowly isomerizes in CH(2)Cl(2) to the preferred trans form trans-3. The closely related cis-[Pt(dppf)(2)(SeCC-n-C(5)H(11))(2)] (4) (dppf = bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene) was prepared by a similar metathetical reaction using the platinum chloride complex of the chelating dppf to impose the cis geometry. The structures of the cis and trans complexes have been investigated in solution by heteronuclear NMR ((31)P, (77)Se, and (195)Pt) and, in the cases of trans-3 and 4, characterized in the solid state by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Changing the coordination geometry from cis to trans induces significant changes in the structural and spectroscopic parameters, which do not comply with the previously anticipated donor-acceptor properties of selenolate ligands.  相似文献
