A novel 1,3,4-oxadiazole-substituted benzo[b]triphenylene was synthesized by three-step synthetic procedure and OFET device design was successfully designed after theoretical calculations made using Gaussian software. For investigating the field-effect properties of designed organic electronic device, a SiO2 (300 nm) was thermally grown on p-Si wafer at 1000 °C as a dielectric layer and gate, source and drain contacts have been deposited using Au metal with physical vapour deposition. 1,3,4-Oxadiazole-substituted benzo[b]triphenylene was spin coated on the source and drain electrodes of our device, forming organic/inorganic interfaced field-effect transistors. Surface morphology and thin film properties were investigated using AFM. All electrical measurements were done in air ambient. The device showed a typical p-type channel behaviour with increasing negative gate bias voltage values. Our results have surprisingly shown that the saturation regime of this device has high mobility (μFET), excellent on/off ratio (Ion/Ioff), high transconductance (gm) and a small threshold voltage (VTh). The values of μFET, Ion/Ioff, gm and VTh were found as 5.02 cm2/Vs, 0.7 × 103, 5.64 μS/mm and 1.37 V, respectively. These values show that our novel organic material could be a potential candidate for organic electronic device applications in the future.  相似文献

A strong influence of Ni content on the diffusion-controlled growth of the (Cu,Ni)3Sn and (Cu,Ni)6Sn5 phases by coupling different Cu(Ni) alloys with Sn in the solid state is reported. The continuous increase in the thickness ratio of (Cu,Ni)6Sn5 to (Cu,Ni)3Sn with the Ni content is explained by combined kinetic and thermodynamic arguments as follows: (i) The integrated interdiffusion coefficient does not change for the (Cu,Ni)3Sn phase up to 2.5 at.% Ni and decreases drastically for 5 at.% Ni. On the other hand, there is a continuous increase in the integrated interdiffusion coefficient for (Cu,Ni)6Sn5 as a function of increasing Ni content. (ii) With the increase in Ni content, driving forces for the diffusion of components increase for both components in both phases but at different rates. However, the magnitude of these changes alone is not large enough to explain the high difference in the observed growth rate of the product phases because of Ni addition. (iv) Kirkendall marker experiments indicate that the Cu6Sn5 phase grows by diffusion of both Cu and Sn in the binary case. However, when Ni is added, the growth is by diffusion of Sn only. (v) Also, the observed grain refinement in the Cu6Sn5 phase with the addition of Ni suggests that the grain boundary diffusion of Sn may have an important role in the observed changes in the growth rate.  相似文献

A new concept of charge stabilization via delocalization of the pi-cation radical species over the donor macrocycle substituents in a relatively simple donor-acceptor bearing multimodular conjugates is reported. The newly synthesized multimodular systems were composed of three covalently linked triphenylamine entities at the meso position of the porphyrin ring and one fulleropyrrolidine at the fourth meso position. The triphenylamine entities were expected to act as energy transferring antenna units and to enhance the electron donating ability of both free-base and zinc(II) porphyrin derivatives of these pentads. Appreciable electronic interactions between the meso-substituted triphenylamine entities and the porphyrin pi-system were observed, and as a consequence, these moieties acted together as an electron-donor while the fullerene moiety acted as an electron-acceptor in the multimodular conjugates. In agreement with the spectral and electrochemical results, the computational studies performed by the DFT B3LYP/3-21G(*) method revealed delocalization of the frontier highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) over the triphenylamine entities in addition to the porphyrin macrocycle. Free-energy calculations suggested that the light-induced processes from the singlet excited state of porphyrins are exothermic in the investigated multimodular conjugates. The occurrence of photoinduced charge-separation and charge-recombination processes was confirmed by the combination of time-resolved fluorescence and nanosecond transient absorption spectral measurements. Charge-separated states, on the order of a few microseconds, were observed as a result of the delocalization of the pi-cation radical species over the porphyrin macrocycle and the meso-substituted triphenylamine entities. The present study successfully demonstrates a novel approach of charge-stabilization in donor-acceptor multimodular conjugates.  相似文献

Two new triads based on N-methylfulleropyrolidine, oligothienylenevinylenes (nTV) and ferrocene (Fc), namely C(60)-nTV-Fc (n=2, 4) have been synthesized. A HOMO-LUMO gap as low as 1.09-1.11 eV was experimentally determined by cyclic voltammetry. In both polar and nonpolar solvents, photoinduced charge-separation (CS) processes in C(60)-nTV-Fc predominantly take place from the singlet excited states of C(60) and nTV; this result was indicated by steady and time-resolved emission spectroscopy. In the case of C(60)-4TV-Fc, the CS state was indicated by the nanosecond transient absorption spectra. In C(60)-2TV-Fc, although the CS process was also confirmed by the fluorescence quenching in nonpolar and polar solvents, the lifetimes of the CS states were shorter than those of C(60)-4TV-Fc. It was revealed that the introduction of Fc donor moiety at the end of the longer nTV chain in the C(60)-nTV dyad systems effectively increases the CS efficiency and the lifetimes of CS states.  相似文献

Microbial genome sequencing has uncovered a myriad of natural products (NPs) that have yet to be explored. Bacteria in the genus Pseudomonas serve as pathogens, plant growth promoters, and therapeutically, industrially, and environmentally important microorganisms. Though most species of Pseudomonas have a large number of NP biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) in their genomes, it is difficult to link many of these BGCs with products under current laboratory conditions. In order to gain new insights into the diversity, distribution, and evolution of these BGCs in Pseudomonas for the discovery of unexplored NPs, we applied several bioinformatic programming approaches to characterize BGCs from Pseudomonas reference genome sequences available in public databases along with phylogenetic and genomic comparison. Our research revealed that most BGCs in the genomes of Pseudomonas species have a high diversity for NPs at the species and subspecies levels and built the correlation of species with BGC taxonomic ranges. These data will pave the way for the algorithmic detection of species- and subspecies-specific pathways for NP development.  相似文献

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) images coupled with many learning techniques have been developed to diagnose retinal disorders. This work aims to develop a novel framework for extracting deep features from 18 pre-trained convolutional neural networks (CNN) and to attain high performance using OCT images. In this work, we have developed a new framework for automated detection of retinal disorders using transfer learning. This model consists of three phases: deep fused and multilevel feature extraction, using 18 pre-trained networks and tent maximal pooling, feature selection with ReliefF, and classification using the optimized classifier. The novelty of this proposed framework is the feature generation using widely used CNNs and to select the most suitable features for classification. The extracted features using our proposed intelligent feature extractor are fed to iterative ReliefF (IRF) to automatically select the best feature vector. The quadratic support vector machine (QSVM) is utilized as a classifier in this work. We have developed our model using two public OCT image datasets, and they are named database 1 (DB1) and database 2 (DB2). The proposed framework can attain 97.40% and 100% classification accuracies using the two OCT datasets, DB1 and DB2, respectively. These results illustrate the success of our model.  相似文献

Five new C2-symmetric chiral ligands of 2,5-bis(imidazolinyl)thiophene (L1–L3) and 2,5-bis(oxazolinyl)thiophene (L4 and L5) were synthesized from thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylic acid (1) with enantiopure amino alcohols (4a–c) in excellent optical purity and chemical yield. The utility of these new chiral ligands for Friedel–Crafts asymmetric alkylation was explored. Subsequently, the optimized tridentate ligand L5 and Cu(OTf)2 catalyst (15 mol%) in toluene for 48 h promoted Friedel–Crafts asymmetric alkylation in moderate to good yields (up to 76%) and with good enantioselectivity (up to 81% ee). The bis(oxazolinyl)thiophene ligands were more potent than bis(imidazolinyl)thiophene analogues for the asymmetric induction of the Friedel–Crafts asymmetric alkylation.  相似文献
