Active hydrogen compounds such as hydroquinone (HQ), cyclohexanone (CH), acetophenone (AP), and 4,4′-methylene bis-N-methylaniline (MNA) polymerized with formaldehyde (F) and secondary diamines to produce Mannich base polyamine polymers. The HQ-containing polymers were oxidized to benzoquinone (BQ)-containing polymers and their redox properties were investigated in the desulfurization of hydrogen sulfide.  相似文献

The reaction of N-aryl-substituted ketenimines with N,N-disubstituted cyanamides or (MeS)2C=N-CN under high pressure afforded 4-(N,N-disubstituted amino) or 4-(MeS)2C=N-substituted quinazoline derivatives, respectively. These products were formed by [4+2] cycloaddition between the aza-diene moieties of the N-arylsubstituted ketenimines and cyano groups. A 4-(unsubstituted amino)quinazoline derivative was synthesized by hydrolysis of the latter product.  相似文献

Excited states of free-base porphyrin isomers, porphycene (Pc), corrphycene (Cor), and hemiporphycene (hPc), were studied by the Symmetry-Adapted Cluster (SAC)/SAC-Configuration Interaction (CI) method. The absorption peaks of the porphyrin isomers were assigned on the basis of the SAC-CI spectra. The X, Y, X', and Y' bands of the porphyrin isomers, which have weak intensities, are identified. The differences in the Q-band absorptions among the isomers were clearly explained by the four-orbital model. In Cor and hPc, the wave function of the B-band corresponds to the mixture of the four-orbital excitations and the optically forbidden excitation of free-base porphin (P), due to the molecular symmetry lowering in the isomers. The B-band character is described by the five-orbital model in Pc and the six-orbital model in Cor and hPc. Two tetrazaporphycenes and two ring-extended (dibenzo) porphycenes were designed, and the Q-band transition moment was successfully controlled. These examples show that the control of the four-orbital energy levels is the guiding principle for pigment design in porphyrin compounds.  相似文献

Emission from high-energy-electron-irradiated golden hamster embryo (GHE) cells has been studied over the temperature range 12–300 K both by a one-shot-single-photon-counting method and by photocurrent measurements with an oscilloscope. Emission from the irradiated phosphate buffered saline (PBS) also has been studied. The emission spectra from PBS at 12 and 77 K show a maximum around 330 and 380 nm, respectively, which are the same spectra as those from irradiated pure H2O. The emission from irradiated GHE consists of the new band at 480 nm in addition to the emission from H2O. The 480 nm emission is observed at the temperature range of 12–300 K, though the emission at 300 K is much lower than that at low temperature. The 480 nm emission is ascribed to the transition from excited organic substances in GHE cells. The intensity of 480 nm emission at 300 K increases linearly with increasing irradiation-dose in the range of 11–600 Gy.  相似文献

The dielectric solvent effect on HCCH, HCNH and HCNC spin coupling constants in ethane, tetrachloroethane and trans N-methylformamide has been calculated by finite perturbation theory based on the INDO and CNDO/2 approximations incorporating solvaton theory. The available experimental data are interpreted using the calculated variations of spin coupling constants. The effect of dielectric constant on the general form of the Karplus relation is included in the finite perturbation calculations.  相似文献

A change in an infrared intensity in dielectric media is treated by an electrostatic model. The basic model is originally formalized for a dipolar liquid. The model is satisfactorily applied to the infrared intensity of the C-H stretching of chloroform, which changes 22 times large in the liquid state at -43 degrees C as in the gaseous state. A change in the infrared intensity in lithium ammonium tartrate, where a ferroelectric phase transition takes place, is analyzed on the basis of a local polarization above T(c) or a spontaneous polarization below T(c), deducing important quantities on a phase transition. A difference in the infrared intensity of the C-Br stretching of 1,10-dibromodecane between the urea clathrate and the crystalline state is analyzed by evaluating electric fields due to bond moments and oscillating dipoles. These analyses confirm the mechanism of the change in the absolute infrared intensity, which originates from an electrostatic interaction with an electric field applied to a molecule or a functional group closely related to a normal mode.  相似文献

A multielectrode enzyme sensor for the simultaneous determination of adenosine-5′-phosphate (AMP), inosine-5′-phosphate (IMP), inosine (HXR) and hypoxanthine (HX)in fish meat was developed by assembling four enzyme sensors for AMP, IMP, HXR and HX in a flow cell. These compounds were determined from oxygen consumption according to the following reactions: AMP AD IMP NT HXR NP, PO3?4 HX XO, O2 Uric acid where AD is AMP deaminase, NT is 5′-nucleotidase, NP is nucleoside phosphorylase and XO is xanthine oxidase. Enzymes were covalently bound to a membrane prepared from cellulose triacetate, 1,8-diamino-4-aminomethyloctane and glutaraldehyde. Sensors for HX, HXR, IMP and AMP were prepared by attaching membranes of XO, XONP, XO NPNT, and of XONPNT and AD, respectively, to four oxygen electrodes. Samples extracted from sea bass, bream, flounder, abalone and arkshell were analyzed within 5 min, from the simultaneous response curves of the four electrodes. Results obtained by the multisensor system were in good agreement with those determined by each single electrode.  相似文献

The homogeneity of blends of poly((R)-3-hydroxybutyrate) (PHB) and poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) was evaluated by the near infrared chemical imaging (NIRCI) technique. NIRCI can nondestructively investigate a sample over a wide field of view within a few minutes to acquire a large number of spatially resolved NIR spectral data. NIRCI may be combined with multivariate analysis not only for qualitative analysis but also for statistically based quantitative analysis. The score images derived from the partial least squares regression (PLSR) analysis directly show that PHB/PLLA blends are highly homogeneous. The standard deviations (STD) of the histograms, indicating the distribution of the score values, show small values for the blends. These results qualitatively and quantitatively show the high level of homogeneity of PHB/PLLA blends. The predictions of the spatially averaged concentrations of the blend components obtained from PLSR results show values similar to the actual contents for the blends. The small errors of the predictions are also explained by STD values.  相似文献

Molecular alignment is an important step in three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship (3D-QSAR) such as comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA). A reasonable molecular alignment is necessary for building a 3D-QSAR model. In this paper, a novel method for molecular alignment using the Hopfield Neural Network (HNN) is introduced. Four kinds of chemical properties are assigned to each atom of a molecule. Then, those properties between two molecules correspond to each other using HNN. To validate our method, HNN was applied to 12 pairs of enzyme inhibitors cited from the Protein Data Bank (PDB). As a result, our method could successfully reproduce the real molecular alignments obtained from X-ray crystallography.  相似文献
