The potential of the commercially available dye sypro orange for in-capillary derivatization was evaluated for the detection of insulin and one gastrointestinal peptide (Arg-Arg-gastrin) by capillary electrophoresis with laser induced fluorescence (CE-LIF). The fluorescent emission intensity (lambda(ex) = 488 nm, lambda(em) = 610 nm) of this probe is very low in aqueous medium, and increases strongly in less polar solvent, e.g. methanol. The hydrophobic character of the two analyzed peptides is too low to induce sufficient interaction with the fluorescent probe for good sensitivity when the latter is alone in the background electrolyte. Thus, the potential of several neutral, zwitterionic, cationic and anionic surfactants to favor probe/peptide interactions has been evaluated. It was demonstrated that a borate buffer (pH 8.5) containing tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide (TTAB) in sub-micellar conditions can be considered as the most suitable buffer for insulin CE-LIF analysis. In addition, the method showed a good linearity between insulin concentration and the peak area of the labeled insulin, allowing quantitative measurements. The sensitivity achieved so far is comparable with that achieved with UV absorption detection, but even at this level it is interesting for microchip analysis, in which fluorescence detection is much more commonly available than UV absorption detection.  相似文献

A series of triarylmethanol derivatives containing combinations of phenyl, 1-naphthyl, 4-dimethylamino-4′-stilbenyl, ferrocenyl or 4-[2-ferrocenylethenyl]phenyl groups have been prepared by reaction of 4-[4-Me2NC6H4CC]C6H4Li or 4-[FcCC]C6H4Li (Fc = ferrocenyl) with ferrocenecarboxaldehyde, ferrocenyl phenyl ketone, methyl ferrocenecarboxylate, 1-naphthyl phenyl ketone, ethyl benzoate or diethyl carbonate. The carbinols readily form the corresponding intensely coloured carbenium ions in acid solution which have significant electronic absorption in the near infrared. Initial studies indicate that they also possess substantial first hyperpolarisabilities.  相似文献

Morphine-6-glucuronide (M6G) is the primarily active metabolite of morphine, produced endogenously by the UGT enzyme, which displays analgesic activity. For this reason, M6G is a promising drug candidate for the treatment of severe pain. We described herein a new, efficient and scalable synthesis of M6G using dimorphinic derivatives. This preparation of M6G could be performed on multigram scale with good yield and high purity.  相似文献

One‐pot reactions to produce 2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine (tpy) under mild conditions are described under both solventless and solvent‐assisted conditions. Tpy can be obtained in 32% yield in a simple one‐pot reaction, which can readily be scaled‐up to give large quantities of tpy. These new approaches are superior to those previously described because of the fast and efficient synthesis and purification of tpy.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the linearized Vlasov–Poisson equation around an homogeneous Maxwellian equilibrium in a weakly collisional regime: there is a parameter \({\varepsilon }\) in front of the collision operator which will tend to 0. Moreover, we study two cases of collision operators, linear Boltzmann and Fokker–Planck. We prove a result of Landau damping for those equations in Sobolev spaces uniformly with respect to the collision parameter \({\varepsilon }\) as it goes to 0.  相似文献

Small-angle neutron scattering and surface tension have been used to characterize a class of surfactants (SURFs), including surfactant ionic liquids (SAILs). These SURFs and SAILs are based on organic surfactant anions (single-tail dodecyl sulfate, DS, double-chain aerosol-OT, AOT, and the trichain, TC) with substituted quaternary ammonium cations. This class of surfactants can be obtained by straightforward chemistry, being cheaper and more environmentally benign than standard cationic SAILs. A surprising aspect of the results is that, broadly speaking, the physicochemical properties of these SURFs and SAILs are dominated by the nature of the surfactant anion and that the chemical structure of the added cation plays only a secondary role.  相似文献

Dense micro-cermets made of nickel ferrites and copper micrometric particles were obtained from partial reduction under hydrogenated atmosphere at 350 °C of mixed copper nickel ferrites, and sintering in nitrogen at 980 °C. The small copper particles are homogeneous in size and well dispersed in the spinel oxide matrix. No exudation of copper metal was observed after sintering. The micro-cermets prepared are semi-conducting materials with electrical conductivity lying from 44 to 130 S/cm at 980 °C. Their overall characteristics make them interesting for inert anodes dedicated to aluminium electrolysis in melted cryolite.  相似文献

We report on the first solution synthesis of lamivudine 5′-diphosphate in both high yield and purity. Efficient synthesis of lamivudine 5′-monophosphate was obtained through lamivudine H-phosphonate oxidation by (−)-(8,8-dichlorocamphorylsulfonyl)oxaziridine.Diphosphorylation was performed by nucleophilic substitution of the phosphorimidazolate derivative of lamivudine. HPLC coupled with UV or MS detection was found to be an invaluable tool for the follow-up of phosphorylation reactions.  相似文献
