Water-cooled metal collector tubes for atom-trapping atomic absorption spectrometry in air—acetylene flames are discussed, particularly for the more volatile elements such as cadmium and selenium which may be less efficiently trapped at the hotter surface of a silica tube. It was found that a nickel tube gave 3 times greater sensitivity than silica for the determination of cadmium but was oniy half as sensitive for the determination of selenium. No atomic absorption signal for copper could be obtained with a nickel collector tube. A copper tube was 3–4 times more sensitive than nickel for cadmium and selenium. Similar effects were observed for cadmium solutions containing 1000 ppm copper or nickel, and for selenium solutions containing 1000 ppm copper, with silica atom-trap tubes, but in both cases better results were obtained when the analyte solution of cadmium or selenium contained the co-element (1000 ppm) than when the cadmium or selenium was measured with a silica tube previously metallized with the co-element.  相似文献

The formation of negative ions following electron impact to ethanol (CH(3)CH(2)OH) and trifluoroethanol (CF(3)CH(2)OH) is studied in the gas phase by means of a crossed electron-molecular beam experiment and in the condensed phase via Electron Stimulated Desorption (ESD) of fragment ions from the corresponding molecular films under UHV conditions. Gas phase ethanol exhibits two pronounced resonances, located at 5.5 eV and 8.2 eV, associated with a remarkable selectivity in the decomposition of the precursor ion. While the low energy resonance exclusively decomposes into O(-), that at higher energy generates OH(-) and a comparatively small signal of [CH(3)CH(2)O](-) due to the loss of a neutral hydrogen. CF(3)CH(2)OH shows a completely different behaviour, as now an intense feature at 1.7 eV appears associated with the loss of a neutral hydrogen atom exclusively occurring at the O site. The H(-) formation from the gas phase compounds is below the detection limit of the present experiment, while in ESD from 3 MonoLayer (ML) films of CH(3)CH(2)OH and CF(3)CH(2)OH the most intense fragment is H(-), appearing from a broad resonant feature between 7 and 12 eV. With CF(3)CH(2)OH, by using the isotopically-labelled analogues CF(3)CD(2)OH and CF(3)CH(2)OD it can be shown that this feature consists of two resonances, one located at 8 eV leading to H(-)/D(-) loss from the O site and a second resonance located at 10 eV leading to the loss of H(-)/D(-) from the CH(2) site.  相似文献

Eslicarbazepine acetate (BIA 2-093) is a novel central nervous system drug undergoing clinical phase III trials for epilepsy and phase II trials for bipolar disorder. A simple and reliable chiral reversed-phase HPLC-UV method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of eslicarbazepine acetate, oxcarbazepine, S-licarbazepine and R-licarbazepine in human plasma. The analytes and internal standard were extracted from plasma by a solid-phase extraction using Waters Oasis HLB cartridges. Chromatographic separation was achieved by isocratic elution with water-methanol (88:12, v/v), at a flow rate of 0.7 mL/min, on a LichroCART 250-4 ChiraDex (beta-cyclodextrin, 5 microm) column at 30 degrees C. All compounds were detected at 225 nm. Calibration curves were linear over the range 0.4-8 microg/mL for eslicarbazepine acetate and oxcarbazepine, and 0.4-80 microg/mL for each licarbazepine enantiomer. The overall intra- and interday precision and accuracy did not exceed 15%. Mean relative recoveries varied from 94.00 to 102.23% and the limit of quantification of the assay was 0.4 microg/mL for all compounds. This method seems to be a useful tool for clinical research and therapeutic drug monitoring of eslicarbazepine acetate and its metabolites S-licarbazepine, R-licarbazepine and oxcarbazepine.  相似文献

This report describes the synthesis and biological evaluation of cationic (99m)Tc-tricarbonyl complexes anchored by ether-containing tris(pyrazolyl)methane or bis(pyrazolyl)ethanamine ligands to be applied in the design of radiopharmaceuticals for myocardial imaging: fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3){RC(pz)(3)}](+) (R = H (1a), MeOCH(2) (2a), EtOCH(2) (3a), (n)PrOCH(2) (4a)) and fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3){RNHCH(2)CH(pz)(2)}](+) (R = H (5a), MeO(CH(2))(2) (6a)) (pz = pyrazolyl). At the no carrier added level, complexes 1a-6a were obtained in high radiochemical yield (> 98%) by reaction of fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3)(H(2)O)(3)](+) with the corresponding tripod chelator in aqueous medium. All these complexes display a high in vitro and in vivo stability, except 6a which metabolizes in vivo yielding fac-[(99m)Tc(CO)(3){HO(CH(2))(2)NHCH(2)CH(pz)(2)}](+) (7a). Biological studies in mice have shown that among the radiotracers evaluated in this work, 3a, anchored by a tris(pyrazolyl)methane chelator bearing an ethyl methyl ether substituent, has the highest heart uptake (3.6 +/- 0.5%ID g(-1) at 60 min p.i.). Complex 3a presents also the best heart: blood, heart: liver and heart: lung ratios, appearing as the most promising as a potential myocardial imaging agent. The chemical identity of 1a-7a was ascertained by HPLC comparison with the previously reported fac-[Re(CO)(3){HC(pz)(3)}]Br (1) and with the novel fac-[Re(CO)(3){RC(pz)(3)}]Br (R = MeOCH(2) (2), EtOCH(2) (3), (n)PrOCH(2)(4)) and fac-[Re(CO)(3){RNHCH(2)CH(pz)(2)}]Br (R = H (5), MeO(CH(2))(2) (6) HO(CH(2))(2) (7)). The novel Re(I) tricarbonyl complexes, 2-7, were characterized by the common analytical techniques, including single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The solid state structure confirmed the presence of facial and tridentate (kappa(3)-N(3)) anchor ligands. Solution NMR studies have also shown that this kappa(3)-N(3) coordination mode is retained in solution for all complexes (2-7).  相似文献

Chromium alkoxy alkynyl Fischer carbene complexes react with symmetrical internal alkynes to form new and different organometallic species, which result from consecutive insertions of several alkyne units and carbonyl groups into the metal-carbon bond. The insertion sequence can be controlled and, by slight modification of the reaction conditions, it can be directed to the preparation of either seven- or five-component adducts. Three molecules of alkyne, two carbonyl groups, the carbene ligand and the chromium metal moiety partake in the creation of seven new carbon-carbon bonds and two five-membered carbocycles in the first case while four new carbon-carbon bonds, a sigma Cr--C(sp(2)) bond and a cyclopentadienyl moiety are built in the second case. Evidence that five-component chromium complexes are intermediates in the formation of seven-component adducts is provided; they are also able to insert a unit of a different internal alkyne which confers more diversity to the seven-component adducts. The presence of the sigma Cr--C(sp(2)) bond has also been exploited to develop the synthesis of both cyclopentene-fused and novel spiro-cyclopentenones as well as symmetrical biscyclopentenones. Finally, the isolation of six-component adducts, when tolane was employed as the initial alkyne, provides further support to the proposed mechanism.  相似文献
