Neutral oxorhenium(V) complexes with thiosemicarbazones derived from 2‐pyridine formamide, HL1, are formed when [ReOCl3(PPh3)2] reacts with equimolar amounts of the ligands. Reduction of the metal and the formation of rhenium(III) complexes of the composition [Re(L1)2]+ occurs when an excess of thiosemicarbazones is used and the reaction is performed in boiling toluene for a prolonged period of time. The thiosemicarbazones deprotonate and act as tridentate ligands as has been confirmed by an X‐ray structure of [ReOCl2(L1b)], where HL1b is 2‐pyridineformamide‐N(4)‐ethylthiosemicarbazone and the ligand occupies the equatorial coordination sphere of the complex together with one of the chloro ligands.  相似文献

The deprotonated form of the pyrazine-2,3-diselenol (pds) ligand, pds(2-), reacts with Ni(II) inorganic salts to form the nickel compounds [Ni(II)(pds)(2)](nBu(4)N)(2) (1), [Ni(II)(pds)(2)]Na(2).2H(2)O (2), and [Ni(III)(pds)(2)](2)Na(2).4H(2)O (3), depending on the reaction conditions. They are characterized by NMR, EPR, UV-vis, and IR spectroscopies, elemental analysis, cyclic voltammetry, and X-ray crystallography. The crystal structure of compound 3 shows the formation of segregated stacks of Ni(pds)(2-) units, with a strong dimerization along the stacks. The stacked fashion of the crystal packing was expected since the supramolecular forces of the alkaline side coordination to the pyrazine moieties dominate, as happens in the recently reported analogous copper system [Cu(III)(pds)(2)]Na.2H(2)O. The structure of 2 further emphasizes the alkaline coordination as the dominating supramolecular event, and an orthogonal array of 2D layers is observed. The absence of alkaline cations in complex 1 is reflected in a crystal packing with isolated complex Ni(pds)(2)(2-) units. The dimerization found in the paramagnetic Ni(III) complex 3 promotes a very strong antiferromagnetic interaction, leading to a singlet ground state.  相似文献

Chromatographic evaluations of a C18 dimethylurea phase in 150 mm x 3.9 mm HPLC columns were performed using the Tanaka and Engelhardt test mixtures. The applicability of the new C18 dimethylurea phase was also evaluated with a mixture of some herbicides and their metabolites. An artificial aging procedure was also performed by passing a potassium phosphate mobile phase buffered at pH 7.0 through C18 50 mm x 3.9 mm dimethylurea columns. The column stability was evaluated by means of the chromatographic parameters obtained for the separation of some compounds from the Neue test mixture, using apolar, polar and highly basic analytes.  相似文献

We present the crystal structures of the chloride salts of the mono-guanidinium 1 (–CH2CH2– linker) and the bis-isouronium 2 (–O– linker) that have been resolved by us indicating that these compounds are diprotonated in the solid state as informed by the counterions positions. To determine the pK a values of these compounds as well as those of their analogues 3 (mono-2-aminoimidazolinium with a –CH2CH2– linker) and 4 (mono-guanidinium with a –O– linker), the corresponding UV–Vis titrations were carried out. Thus, in aqueous solution compounds 1, 3 and 4 were present as mono-cationic species while derivative 2 was a bis-cation.  相似文献

Abstract

Synthesis of stereoisomeric α-methylene-γ-lactones in furanose-and furanuronoamide derivatives was easily accomplished by Reformatsky Reaction with ethyl bromcmethylacrylic ester and zinc. Pyridinium chlorochromate/3Å molecular sieve powder showed to be an excellent reagent for the oxidation of secondary hydroxyl groups of a furanose system and of α-hydroxy amides.  相似文献

The reactions of saccharin derivatives 1 with sodium alkoxides were studied. Under mild conditions, compounds 1a-f gave the corresponding open sulfonamides 5a-f . Under drastic conditions, β-(saccharin-2)propionic acid derivatives 1a,b reacted with sodium ethoxide affording saccharin and β-ethoxypropionic acid derivatives 4a,b . γ-(Saccharin-2)butyric acid derivatives 1c,d and γ-(saccharin-2)-butyrophenone 1f reacted with sodium t-butoxide in dimethyl sulfoxide affording 5-substituted 6-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,2-benzothiazocine 1,1-dioxides 9 . From mother liquors, 1-substituted 2,3-dihydro-pyrrolo[1,2-b][1,2]benzisothiazole 5,5-dioxides 10 were isolated several hours later, though not detected immediately after completing the reaction. When the reactions were carried out in t-butyl alcohol, the yields of 9 diminished and those of 10 increased with product ratio inversion. Different experimental observations on the possible pathway generating 9 and 10 are discussed.  相似文献

A novel application of whole cells of Nocardia corallina B-276 for the deracemisation of ibuprofen is reported. This microorganism successfully hydrolysed ibuprofen nitrile to ibuprofen amide, and ibuprofen amide to ibuprofen, using a suspension of cells in a potassium phosphate buffer solution (0.1 M, pH = 7.0). These results can be explained by the presence of NHase and amidase enzymes, but the reactions are not enantioselective and low ee values were obtained. However, (R)-ibuprofen was isolated with > 99% ee by a deracemisation process catalysed by N. corallina B-276. This is the first report of this kind of catalysis with this microorganism.  相似文献
