Cyano-bridged CuII-MV (M = Mo, W) bimetallic layered complexes exhibiting novel honeycomblike structures

Self-assembly of a new precursor [Cu(L)](ClO4)2 (1) (L = macrocyclic ligand) with octacyanometalates [M(CN)8]3- (M = Mo, W) produced two-dimensional cyano-bridged Cu(II)-M(V) bimetallic assemblies [Cu(L)]3n[M(CN)8]2n.6nH2O [M = Mo (2), W (3)] with novel honeycomblike structures, characterized by spectroscopic data, single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies, and magnetic measurements. The crystallographic determination reveals that compounds 2 and 3 are isostructural and crystallize in the triclinic system (P). The Cu atom in a distorted octahedral environment experiences a tetragonal elongation of apical nitrogen atoms exhibiting average Cu-Nax lengths of 2.566 Angstroms for 2 and 2.593 Angstroms for 3, which accounts for the Jahn-Teller effect of a Cu(II) ion. The Cu-NC angles are magnetically important, ranging from 135.7 to 159.2 degrees. Three types of L in the crystal lattice are observed, which are dependent on the relative positions of the pendant hydroxyl groups with respect to the CuN4 basal plane. The positions are correlated with hydrogen bonding of OH groups to neighboring atoms. The magnetic data indicate that ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic interactions between Cu(II) and M(V) through the CN linkage coexist.     

A Large Conformational Change of a Bridged β-Cyclodextrin Dimer in Aqueous Solution

A novel bridged β-CD dimer in which two β-cyclodextrins were linked by a naphthalene at positions 2 and 7 has been synthesized. 1H and 13CNMR measurements showed that a large change in the conformation of the dimer occurred in aqueous solution. The dimer interacted with methyl and ethyl orange to form stable inclusion complexes via "induced fit" mechanism.

毛细管电泳安培检测法在中草药分析中的应用

由于毛细管电泳安培检测法(CE-AD)具有高的分离效率和低的检测限的优势,现已在分析科学的各个领域,特别是在药物行业中得到广泛应用。中草药的研究在我国医药事业中占有重要的地位,采用CE-AD分离并检测中草药中有效成分对于促进中草药的药理药效研究及中草药的定量分析和质量监测等有重要意义。本文综述了CE-AD在中草药及中药复方制剂中有效成分分析中的应用,评述了该法与其他分离分析方法相比在中草药分析中的优越性,并对CE-AD在中草药分析中的发展进行了展望。     

蒿甲醚在模拟体内酸碱环境中的代谢动力学研究

 利用高效液相法对蒿甲醚进行了模拟体内酸碱环境的代谢动力学研究 ,测定了蒿甲醚及其代谢产物双氢青蒿素、蒿甲醚呋喃酯的代谢曲线。结果表明 ,蒿甲醚在模拟体内肠道和血液的弱碱性环境条件下半衰期为2 87 2min(计算值 ) ;在模拟体内胃液的酸性环境条件下半衰期为 74 6min ;在两种条件下的主要代谢产物均为双氢青蒿素和蒿甲醚呋喃酯。该方法克服了以往文献所报道方法的一些缺点 ,不仅简化了样品制备方法 ,也提高了检测结果的准确性。     

Effects of Calcination on the Physical and Photocatalytic Properties of TiO<Subscript>2</Subscript> Powders Prepared by Sol–Gel Template Method

TiO₂ powders were prepared by sol–gel template method and calcined under different conditions. XRD, BET and TEM were used to characterize the TiO₂ powders obtained. The photocatalytic activity of TiO₂ was investigated by the degradation of methyl orange. It was found that TiO₂ powder has the highest photocatalytic activity at a calcination temperature of 673 K. The effects of physical properties such as surface area, crystallinity and crystal phase on the photocatalytic activity of TiO₂ were discussed.     

配位聚合物{[MnL][FeⅡFeⅢ(ox)3·1.5H2O]}∞的合成及其磁学性质

合成和表征了一种新的Schiff碱配合物MnL(ClO4)*3H2O(1)(其中L为n(水杨醛)∶n(二乙撑三胺)=1∶1缩合而成的Schiff碱).1与FeSO4*7H2O和K3[Fe(ox)3]*3H2O(ox=oxalate)进一步反应,生成了双金属层状配位聚合物{[MnL][FeⅡFeⅢ(ox)3]*1.5H2O}∞(2).IR和Mssbauer谱测定结果表明,2具有二维层状结构,其阴离子层由[FeⅡFeⅢ(ox)3]-单元构成.变温磁化率(5K～100K)测试结果表明,2中的自旋载体之间存在反铁磁交换作用.5K时的磁滞现象表明2在低温时可能存在铁磁有序,这可能是亚铁磁或自旋倾斜造成的.     

一维链状锰(Ⅱ)三氮唑配合物的合成，结构与磁性质(英)

A novel one-dimensional chain manganese(Ⅱ) compound [Mn(trz)₂Cl][phthH], (trz=1,2,4-triazole, phthH=hydrogen phthalate), 1, was synthesized and structurally characterized. It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P2 /c with a=1.381 1(11) nm, b=0.815 5(7) nm, c=0.735 4(6) nm, β=94.667(15)°, V=0.825 5(12) nm³. It consists of one dimensional cationic manganese(Ⅱ) chain and uncoordinated hydrogen phthalate anions. The manganese(Ⅱ) ions are bridged with two 1,2,4-traizoles and one chloride anion along the cationic chain, in which the weak antiferromagnetic exchange occurs between manganese(Ⅱ) atoms. 铜(Ⅱ)-2,2′-联吡啶-铬天菁S三元络合物极谱吸附波及应用

本文提出了一个灵敏的具有选择性的溶出伏安法测超痕量铜的方法。在0.01mol／LNH3·H2O-NH4Cl溶液中（pH＝9．3），铜（Ⅱ）－2，2′-联吡啶（Dipy）-铬天菁S（CAS）能生成具吸附性的电活性三元络合物，在＋0.1V（vs．SCE）电位下富集，阴极溶出峰电位是一0．18V，峰电流与Cu（Ⅱ）的浓度在9．0×10－9～7.0×10－7mol／L范围内成正比，检测限是3．0×10－9mol／L，这一方法已用于测定环境水中痕量铜，回收率在98．5％，102．5％之间。
