In the present work we study the scale dependence at the level of the effective action of charged black holes in Einstein–Maxwell as well as in Einstein–power-Maxwell theories in \((2+1)\)-dimensional spacetimes without a cosmological constant. We allow for scale dependence of the gravitational and electromagnetic couplings, and we solve the corresponding generalized field equations imposing the null energy condition. Certain properties, such as horizon structure and thermodynamics, are discussed in detail.  相似文献

We report a new late‐stage functionalization of small peptides and cyclopeptides relying on the Negishi cross‐coupling of readily prepared iodotyrosine‐ or iodophenylalanine‐containing peptides with aryl‐, heteroaryl‐, and alkylzinc pivalates or halides. In silico and in vitro determinations of membrane permeability parameters of the modified cyclopeptides showed that in most cases, the solubility was improved by the introduction of polar pyridyl units while the cell‐membrane permeability was maintained.  相似文献

A new isoflavone, 4′-prenyloxyvigvexin A (1) and a new pterocarpan, (6aR,11aR)-3,8-dimethoxybitucarpin B (2) were isolated from the leaves of Lonchocarpus bussei and the stem bark of Lonchocarpus eriocalyx, respectively. The extract of L. bussei also gave four known isoflavones, maximaisoflavone H, 7,2′-dimethoxy-3′,4′-methylenedioxyisoflavone, 6,7,3′-trimethoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxyisoflavone, durmillone; a chalcone, 4-hydroxylonchocarpin; a geranylated phenylpropanol, colenemol; and two known pterocarpans, (6aR,11aR)-maackiain and (6aR,11aR)-edunol. (6aR,11aR)-Edunol was also isolated from the stem bark of L. eriocalyx. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by spectroscopy. The cytotoxicity of the compounds was tested by resazurin assay using drug-sensitive and multidrug-resistant cancer cell lines. Significant antiproliferative effects with IC50 values below 10 μM were observed for the isoflavones 6,7,3′-trimethoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxyisoflavone and durmillone against leukemia CCRF-CEM cells; for the chalcone, 4-hydroxylonchocarpin and durmillone against its resistant counterpart CEM/ADR5000 cells; as well as for durmillone against the resistant breast adenocarcinoma MDA-MB231/BCRP cells and resistant gliobastoma U87MG.ΔEGFR cells.  相似文献

Shock waves induced in a volume with a lateral dimension of the order of micrometers are investigated. In particular, shocks of spherical geometry are generated by means of weakly ionized laser produced plasmas. The plasmas are generated by intense pulsed laser radiation focused directly in atmospheric air. These measurements serve as tests for subsequent shocks launched from such laser plasmas into a narrow tube. The shock velocity as well as the density distribution are measured with a laser interferometer. Experimental results for shocks from nanosecond and femtosecond laser-generated plasmas are compared.  相似文献

The optical absorption of anthracene vapour for photon energies from 5 to 8.5 eV was found to differ in finer structure from the spectra reported earlier for parts of this range. Above the strong 1B2u long axis polarized πlπ* transition at 5.24 eV three short axis polarized 1B1u ππ* transitions are assigned on the basis of the oriented gas model in comparison to spectra from anthracene single crystals. A tentative new assignment for most of the additionally observed sharp Rydberg bands leading to the first ionization potential at 7.47 eV is given.  相似文献

Ring current effects on resonance-assisted and intramolecularly bridged hydrogen bond protons for 10-hydroxybenzo[h]quinoline 1 and a number of related compounds were calculated and the through-space NMR shieldings (TSNMRS) obtained hereby visualized as iso-chemical-shielding surfaces (ICSS) of various size and direction. These calculations revealed that this through-space effect is comparably large (up to 2?ppm) dependent on the position of the intramolecularly bridged OH proton, and therefore, contribute considerably to the chemical shift of the latter making it questionable to use δ(OH)/ppm in the estimation of intramolecular hydrogen bond strength without taking this into account. Furthermore, the anisotropy effects of additional groups on the aromatic moiety (e.g. the carbonyl group in salicylaldehyde or in o-hydroxyacetophenone of ca. 0.6?ppm deshielding) should also be considered. These through-space effects need to be taken into account when using OH chemical shifts to estimate hydrogen bond strength.  相似文献

Flashlamp-pumped high-gain fiber-bundle lasers consisting of multimode phosphate glass fibers have been investigated. By optimizing the fiber number and the outcoupling reflectivity in dependence on the pump conditions, high single-pulse energies in excess of 1 J as well as high-average-power extraction up to 100 W at a pulse repetition frequency of 100 Hz could be obtained from slim fiber-bundle lasers. Fiber numbers in the range of 150–250 and reflectivities between 35% and 50% have been found to provide reliable performance.  相似文献
