The surface of magnetite nanoparticles was coated with functional polysiloxane layers using reaction of hydrolytic copolycondensation of tetraethoxysilane and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (or N-[3-trimethoxysilylpropyl]ethylendiamine), and also that of tetraethoxysilane, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and methyltriethoxysilane (or n-propyltriethoxysilane). It was shown that these functionalized magnetically controllable particles (about 60–150 nm in size as aggregates), as opposed to magnetite, adsorb urease well from aqueous solutions (up to 1 g/g), and that the level of residual activity of adsorbed layers is up to 84 % in the case of a bifunctional sample. It was established that the activity of immobilized urease is normally gradually reduced during storage of the samples, but in the case of ethylenediamine functional group is not decreased for 45 days. The synthesized samples are promising for use as magnetically directed biocatalysts. 相似文献

The results obtained are used to interpret the known effect of α-chymotrypsin activation by crown ether in organic solvents. The intact plant parts and genetically modified hairy root clone #TpA6 of Tagetes patula were extracted with supercritical fluid CO2 extraction (SFE) and a conventional solvent extraction. SFE optimization included the variation of fluid CO2 pressure, dynamic time, and the addition of methanol modifier co-solvent. The four characteristic thiophene metabolites, 5-(3-buten-1-ynyl)-2,2′-bithienyl (BBT), 2,2′:5′,2″-terthiophene (α-T), 5-(4-acetoxy-1-butynyl)-2,2′-bithienyl (BBTOAc), and 5-(3,4-diacetoxy-1-butynyl)-2,2′-bithienyl [BBT(OAc)2], were analysed by GC–MS. The proposed SFE method allowed the selective extraction of thiophenes in 60 min dynamic time with supercritical CO2 without modifier co-solvent, at 30 MPa and 40 °C. The SFE and the reference solvent extraction yielded similar results. The SFE of intact roots and flowers yielded 717 ± 31.3 and 480 ± 26.6 μg g?1 α-T, respectively, while the leaves did not contain considerable amounts of thiophenes. Remarkable amounts of BBT, BBTOAc, and BBT(OAc)2 were characteristic of the SFE of hairy root cultures. 相似文献

The concept of hypervalency in molecules, which hold more than eight valence electrons at the central atom, still is a topic of constant debate. There is general interest in silicon compounds with more than four substituents at the central silicon atom. The dispute, whether this silicon is hypervalent or highly coordinated, is enlightened by the first experimental charge density determination and subsequent topological analysis of three different highly polar Si-E (E = N, O, F) bonds in a hexacoordinated compound. The experiment reveals predominantly ionic bonding and much less covalent contribution than commonly anticipated. For comparison gas-phase ab initio calculations were performed on this compound. The results of the theoretical calculations underline the findings of the experiment. 相似文献

Agarose gel electrophoresis, a very routine procedure, requires molecular weight standards; these are usually manufactured from plasmid or viral DNA fragments, or more recently, from PCR products of defined sizes. We describe here the preparation of a molecular weight standard from a completely different DNA source - the uniquely organized genome of the beetle Tenebrio molitor. The standard can be used to accurately size DNAs between 150 and 4500 bp, a useful range of sizes for many agarose gel electrophoresis applications, including separation of PCR products and plasmid cloning targets. Structural characteristics of synthesized ordered mesoporous silicas MCM-41, MCM-48 and SBA-15 were studied using XRD, nitrogen
adsorption and FTIR methods. Pure water and mixtures with water/benzene and water/chloroform-d adsorbed onto silicas were studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy with layer-by-layer freezing-out of bulk and interfacial liquids. Concentrated aqueous suspensions of MCM-48
and SBA-15 were studied by thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSDC) method. Benzene and chloroform-d can displace a portion of water to broad pores from the pore walls and from narrower pores, especially in the case of a large
excess of an organic solvent. This process is accompanied by diminution of both interaction energy of water with an adsorbent
surface and freezing temperature depression of adsorbed water. The effect of nonpolar benzene on pore water is much stronger
than that of weakly polar chloroform-d. Modifications of the Gibbs-Thomson relation to describe the freezing point depression of mixtures of immiscible liquids
confined in pores allow us to determine distribution functions of sizes of structures with unfrozen pore water and benzene.

We prove that any set of polynomials orthogonal with respect to a discrete measure supported on equidistant points contained in a half line satisfy a second order difference equation. We also give a discrete analogue of the discriminant and give a general formula for the discrete discriminant of a discrete orthogonal polynomial. As an application we give explicit evaluations of the discrete discriminants of the Meixner and the Hahn polynomials.
