A protocol for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of novel arginine-based cationic surfactants using HPLC and CE was studied and compared. The optimization of the analytical conditions was carried out through a systematic variation of the experimental parameters such as mobile phase, eluent conditions, ion pairing and amount of sample for HPLC, and type of buffer, ion strength, type and amount of organic solvent, sample injection time, applied voltage and column washing and conditioning for CE.  相似文献

In multiferroic BiFeO(3) thin films grown on highly mismatched LaAlO(3) substrates, we reveal the coexistence of two differently distorted polymorphs that leads to striking features in the temperature dependence of the structural and multiferroic properties. Notably, the highly distorted phase quasiconcomitantly presents an abrupt structural change, transforms from a standard to a nonconventional ferroelectric, and transitions from antiferromagnetic to paramagnetic at 360±20 K. These coupled ferroic transitions just above room temperature hold promises of giant piezoelectric, magnetoelectric, and piezomagnetic responses, with potential in many applications fields.  相似文献

A general understanding of interactions between DNA and oppositely charged compounds forms the basis for developing novel DNA-based materials, including gel particles. The association strength, which is altered by varying the chemical structure of the cationic cosolute, determines the spatial homogeneity of the gelation process, creating DNA reservoir devices and DNA matrix devices that can be designed to release either single- (ssDNA) or double-stranded (dsDNA) DNA. This review covers recent developments on the topic of DNA gel particles formed in water–water emulsion-type interfaces. The degree of DNA entrapment, particle morphology, swelling/dissolution behavior and DNA release responses are discussed as functions of the nature of the cationic agent used. On the basis of designing DNA gel particles for therapeutic purposes, recent studies on the determination of the surface hydrophobicity and the hemolytic and the cytotoxic assessments of the obtained DNA gel particles have been also reported.  相似文献

For the matrix neutral difference-differential equation x?(t) + Ax?(t ? τ)  Bx(t) + Cx(t ? τ) we construct a quadratic Liapunov functional which gives necessary and sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of the solutions of that equation. We consider a difference equation approximation of the difference-differential equation, and for this difference equation we construct a Liapunov function from which we obtain the desired Liapunov functional by an appropriate limiting process. The Liapunov functional thus obtained gives the best possible estimate for the rates of growth or decay of the solutions of the matrix neutral difference-differential equation. The results obtained are natural generalizations of previous results obtained for a matrix retarded difference-differential equation with one delay.  相似文献

We give a unified approach for studying the existence of multiplepositive solutions of nonlinear differential equations of theform where g, f are non-negativefunctions, subject to various nonlocal boundary conditions.We study these problems via new results for a perturbed integralequation, in the space C[0, 1], of the form where [u], ß[u] are linear functionalsgiven by Stieltjes integrals but are not assumed to be positivefor all positive u. This means we actually cover many more differentialequations than the simple equation written above. Previous resultshave studied positive functionals only, but even for positivefunctionals our methods give improvements on previous work.The well-known m-point boundary value problems are special casesand we obtain sharp conditions on the coefficients, which allowssome of them to have opposite signs. We also use some optimalassumptions on the nonlinear term.  相似文献

The aim of this work is to investigate the integrability properties of the maximal operator Mu,associated with a non-doubling measure μ defined on Rn. The spatial localization of charge carriers to promote the formation of bound excitons and concomitantly enhance radiative recombination has long been a goal for luminescent semiconductors. Zero‐dimensional materials structurally impose carrier localization and result in the formation of localized Frenkel excitons. Now the fully inorganic, perovskite‐derived zero‐dimensional SnII material Cs4SnBr6 is presented that exhibits room‐temperature broad‐band photoluminescence centered at 540 nm with a quantum yield (QY) of 15±5 %. A series of analogous compositions following the general formula Cs4?xAxSn(Br1?yIy)6 (A=Rb, K; x≤1, y≤1) can be prepared. The emission of these materials ranges from 500 nm to 620 nm with the possibility to compositionally tune the Stokes shift and the self‐trapped exciton emission bands.  相似文献

This aim of this study was to evaluate the penetration depth, antioxidant capacity and the clinical efficacy of Melaleuca alternifolia pure essential oil and in a nanoemulsion to prevent skin photoaging. For this, 2% of pure essential oil or 2% of this essential oil in a nanoemulsion were vehiculated in a formulation. The skin penetration was evaluated using confocal Raman microspectroscopy. The radical protection factor was evaluated using electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. For a clinical study, 40 male participants, aged 18–28 years, were enrolled, being divided into three groups: vehicle formulation, M. alternifolia pure essential oil and M. alternifolia Nanoemulsion. All the participants also received a sunscreen SPF 50 to use during the day. Before and after 90 days of study, skin hydrolipidics and morphological characteristics were performed by skin imaging and biophysical techniques. The nanoemulsion presented a lower antioxidant capacity and a higher penetration through the stratum corneum, reaching the viable epidermis, improving the stratum granulosum morphology. The groups presented an increase in the papillary depth, improving in the dermis echogenicity and the collagen fibers. Melaleuca alternifolia essential provides the potential to improve photoaged skin, being the application of nanoemulsion able to reach deeper skin layers.  相似文献
