Raman and infrared spectra of polycrystalline6Li2C2O4 and7Li2C2O4 have been investigated in the wavenumber region from 1,800 to 40 cm–1. The internal C2O4 –2 vibrations have been studied on the basis of a D2h molecular structure and the correlation field splittings have been found to be about 40 cm–1 for the stretching modes and about 15 cm–1 for the bending modes. The external vibrations of the Li+ and C2O4 –2 sites have been discussed by considering the results of the factor group analysis and the6Li/7Li isotope effect on the normal vibrations.

Zusammenfassung Es wurdenRaman- und IR-Spektren von polykristallinem6Li2C2O4 und7Li2C2O4 im Bereich der Wellenzahlen von 1800 bis 40 cm–1 untersucht. Die internen Schwingungen wurden auf der Basis einer D2h Molekülstruktur analysiert. Für die Streckschwingungen wurde eine Korrelationsaufspaltung von etwa 40 cm–1 gefunden, für die Deformationsschwingungen etwa 15 cm–1. Die Diskussion der externen Schwingungen von Li+ und C2O4 –2 erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung der Resultate der Faktorgruppenanalyse und des6Li/7Li Isotopeneffekts auf die Normalschwingungen.

Poly(phenylsilsesquioxane) (PPSQ) polymers that were obtained from different synthetic routes were comparatively studied. The polymers were characterized by infrared and solid‐state 29Si NMR spectroscopies. According to the results of X‐ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analyses, the materials richest in silanol showed a less organized network and lower weight loss temperature. The morphology of the products was influenced by the preparation conditions. PPSQ, with a morphology rich in spherical particles, was achieved with an n‐hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide template in the reaction medium, whereas the morphology of this polymer obtained in the absence of the template was featureless. Small‐angle X‐ray scattering analyses revealed that the PPSQ samples showed a predominance of surface‐fractal behavior. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Nepsilon-Monomethyllysine was identified in the serum, urine, brain, and liver samples of rats treated per os with L-deprenyl. The identification procedure included reaction with Fmoc chloride, clean-up, and analysis using HPLC-UV-MS. Oral administration of (-)-N-14C-methyl-N-propynyl(2-phenyl-1-methyl)ethylammonium hydrochloride L-deprenyl) to rats resulted in transfer of the radiolabelled methyl group to the Nepsilon-amino group of the endogenous lysine. The radiolabelled Nepsilon-monomethyllysine was urinary eliminated together with the other radiolabelled deprenyl metabolites, such as deprenyl-N-oxide and methamphetamine. The presence of Nepsilon-monomethyllysine has also been traced, and its concentrations were compared in the serum, liver and brain of rats subjected to L-deprenyl treatment. Methyl group transfer from the L-deprenyl to endogenous compounds; and the urinary elimination of their products may offer a vital way to eliminate or to decrease the degree of drug transmethylation to the lysine constituents of blood vessels' proteins.  相似文献

In Brazil, genetic counseling is usually available in university-affiliated medical genetics services located in tertiary centers that provide cancer diagnosis and treatment. The present study aims to describe the structure and characteristics of three cancer genetic services in Brazilian public health care hospitals and discuss alternatives for the identification and prevention of hereditary cancer syndromes in developing countries. The three services presented here are similar in their structure, routine procedures for cancer risk estimation and criteria for the indication of genetic testing. They all demand that genetic counseling be an essential part of the cancer risk evaluation process, before and after cancer predisposition testing. However, when high-risk patients are identified, all services describe difficulties in the access and continuity of genetic and medical services to the patient and his/her at-risk relatives. The services differ in the type of population served, reflecting distinct referral guidelines. This study emphasizes the importance of the creation of new cancer genetic services in other Brazilian regions and the necessity for establishing a collaborative network to facilitate the diagnosis and research of cancer genetic syndromes.  相似文献

In this article, we demonstrate the fabrication and simultaneous fluorescent detection of two biomarkers related to lung cancer. Polystyrene microspheres (PSM) were introduced as biomolecular immobilizing carriers and a 96-well filter plate was used as the separation platform. The whole experiment could be effectively carried out in a homogeneous system, as exemplified by the detection of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and neuron specific enolase (NSE). First, two capture antibodies for CEA and NSE were immobilized on the PSM surface. Next, they reacted successively with two antigens and two modified detection antibodies. Finally, these two biomarkers could be recognized by streptavidin-conjugated quantum dots (QD) and goat-anti-FITC conjugated QD with a detection limit of 0.625 ng mL(-1), which was lower than the clinical cut-off level. The protocol showed good precision within 6.36% and good recovery in the range of 90.86-105.02%. Compared with several other assay formats reported previously, our new technique is competitive or even better. Furthermore, the immunosensor was successfully illustrated in 20 serum samples. Overall, this new immunoassay offers a promising alternative for the detection of biomarkers related to cancer diseases, taking advantage of simplicity, specificity, sensitivity and cost-efficiency.  相似文献

The IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectra of six esters of 1-aryl-4-methyl-3- and 5-pyrazolecarboxylic acids are reported. On the basis of their spectra the 3- or 5-position of the substituent in such structural isomeric pairs can be established without recourse to the spectrum of the other member of the pair. The spectral data also give information on the conformation, which depends on the relative position and size of the hetero ring substituents.  相似文献

Hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC) films were prepared by casting with cellulose nanocrystals in the presence of anionic surfactant sodium dodecylsulphate (SDS) and cationic surfactant hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB). The cellulose nanocrystals were isolated from maize straw, a biomass source produced in huge quantities as an agrowaste in Brazil. These bionanocomposite films had good transparency and their surface hydrophilic character was evidenced by static contact angle measurements. Thermogravimetry (TGA) measurement revealed that nanocrystals and surfactants changed the thermal stability of the HPC films. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) showed that the tensile storage and loss moduli of the HPC films increased by increasing the contents of cellulose nanocrystals and surfactants, especially in the case of CTAB. This good reinforcing effect of HPC matrix can be explained as due to electrostatic attractive interactions brought about by the presence of CTAB and the nanocrystals.  相似文献

Cellobiose dehydrogenase catalyzes the oxidation of various carbohydrates and is considered as a possible anode catalyst in biofuel cells. It has been shown that the catalytic performance of this enzyme immobilized on electrodes can be increased by presence of calcium ions. To get insight into the Ca2+‐induced changes in the immobilized enzyme we employ surface‐enhanced vibrational (SERR and SEIRA) spectroscopy together with electrochemistry. Upon addition of Ca2+ ions electrochemical measurements show a shift of the catalytic turnover signal to more negative potentials while SERR measurements reveal an offset between the potential of heme reduction and catalytic current. Comparing SERR and SEIRA data we propose that binding of Ca2+ to the heme induces protein reorientation in a way that the electron transfer pathway of the catalytic FAD center to the electrode can bypass the heme cofactor, resulting in catalytic activity at more negative potentials.  相似文献

Polymer drugs are those in which a polymer agent has a direct therapeutic effect on the body. A major investigated area of polymer drugs is their use as binding agents, or sequestrants, which can neutralize or remove undesired components from the body. By taking advantage of the unique properties of crosslinked, insoluble polymers, new polymer drugs continue to be developed for oral use, acting in the gastrointestinal tract and excreted in the feces. Soluble polymer binders may be administered by a variety of routes and act at diverse sites of therapeutic action. This article reviews the properties of polymer drugs, particularly sequestrants, with an emphasis on recent advances in polymer properties which may enhance the utility of this class of drugs. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
