We study convergence properties of time-point relaxation (TR) Runge-Kutta methods for linear systems of ordinary differential equations. TR methods are implemented by decoupling systems in Gauss-Jacobi, Gauss-Seidel and successive overrelaxation modes (continuous-time iterations) and then solving the resulting subsystems by means of continuous extensions of Runge-Kutta (CRK) methods (discretized iterations). By iterating to convergence, these methods tend to the same limit called diagonally split Runge-Kutta (DSRK) method. We prove that TR methods are equivalent to decouple in the same modes the linear algebraic system obtained by applying DSRK limit method. This issue allows us to study the convergence of TR methods by using standard principles of convergence of iterative methods for linear algebraic systems. For a particular problem regions of convergence are plotted.  相似文献

TBPY‐5‐34‐(Butane‐1,4‐diyl)(2‐{[1‐(2‐oxidophenyl)ethylidene‐κO]amino‐κN}ethanolato‐κO)silicon, C14H19NO2Si, crystallizes in two modifications. The monoclinic form, (IIm), was obtained by crystallization over a period of 2 d at room temperature; the orthorhombic form, (IIo), crystallized overnight at 248 K. The main difference between the two molecular structures involves the angles in the equatorial plane of the trigonal bipyramid around silicon. Form (IIm) has an O—Si—O angle of ca 121° and O—Si—C angles of ca 121 and 116°. In form (IIo), the corresponding angles are ∼123, 124 and 111°. There are also significant differences in the packing: (IIm) shows π stacking, whereas (IIo) does not.  相似文献

Chemically prepared (CoxNi1−x)1−yBy (x=0.5, 0.75, 1; y≈0.4) amorphous fine particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction, DTA and TGA, and in situ magnetic measurement as a function of annealing temperature in an inert atmosphere. Magnetic measurement performed in as-prepared and 150°C annealed samples shows an increase of the saturation magnetization and magnetic moment after thermal treatment. Room temperature magnetization increases by factors of 3.5, 1.8, and 1.5, for x=0.5, 0.75, and 1, respectively. These measurements may indicate a local re-ordering of the amorphous phase at temperatures much lower than the full crystallization temperature.  相似文献

The NA60 experiment at the CERN SPS has studied low-mass muon pairs in 158 A GeV In–In collisions. A strong excess of pairs is observed above the yield expected from neutral meson decays. The unprecedented sample size close to 400000 events and the good mass resolution of about 2% made it possible to isolate the excess by subtraction of the decay sources. The shape of the resulting mass spectrum shows some non-trivial centrality dependence, but is largely consistent with a dominant contribution from π+π-→ϱ→μ+μ- annihilation. The associated ϱ spectral function exhibits considerable broadening, but essentially no shift in mass. The pT-differential mass spectra show the excess to be much stronger at low pT than at high pT. The results are compared to theoretical model predictions; they tend to rule out models linking hadron masses directly to the chiral condensate. PACS 25.75.-q; 12.38.Mh; 13.85.Qk  相似文献

Four polyethylene samples (PE) with different molecular weight distributions (MWD) were analyzed by crystallization analysis fractionation (Crystaf) at several cooling rates to investigate the effect of MWD and cooling rate on their Crystaf profiles. Using these results, we developed a mathematical model for Crystaf that considers crystallization kinetic effects, which are ignored in all previous Crystaf models. The Crystaf model we proposed can fit the experimental Crystaf profiles of the 4 polyethylene resins very well. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The algebras of Kleinian type are finite-dimensional semisimple rational algebras A such that the group of units of an order in A is commensurable with a direct product of Kleinian groups. We classify the Schur algebras of Kleinian type and the group algebras of Kleinian type. As an application, we characterize the group rings RG, with R an order in a number field and G a finite group, such that the group of units of RG is virtually a direct product of free-by-free groups.  相似文献
