The dynamic collective theory has been developed for vibrational nuclei in a previous paper. Here the details are studied and compared with experiments. For this purpose the structure of the dipole operator has been established, the energy matrix of the dipole-quadrupole interaction has been diagonalized and the various approximations are discussed quantitatively in detail. Photolysis of pentamethyldisilane in the vapor phase in the presence of mercury yields decamethyltetrasilane and octamethyltrisilane as major products. The paramagnetic relaxation of a single crystal of CeCl3·7H2O has been studied by the dispersion-absorption-method at temperatures between 1,1 and 4,2°K. Alternating magnetic fields with frequencies between 5 and 2660 Hz and parallel magnetic fields up to 4000 Oe have been used. The spin lattice relaxation time has been determined as a function of temperature. At two special rangesH 1 andH 4 of the magnetic field a second, temperature-independent dispersion-absorption region has been observed besides the temperature-dependent spin-lattice relaxation (double relaxation). At two other special magnetic fieldsH 2 andH 3 the anomalous field dependence of the high frequency adiabatic susceptibility suggests a second dispersion-absorption-region ocurring at frequencies, which we cannot attain experimentally. Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) is an autosomal recessive disorder mainly caused by 21-hydroxylase deficit (21-OHD). Deletions or mutations of the CYP21 gene induce the impairment of glucocorticoid and mineralcorticoid synthesis. 17-Hydroxyprogesterone (17-OHP) is the hormonal marker in patients, but not in the heterozygous subjects. Excess 17-OHP is hydroxylated into 21-deoxycortisol (21-DF), and therefore 21-DF can be used as a specific marker for diagnosis of heterozygous individuals. We report an analytical method for analysis of 21-DF in blood samples using electrospray (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI), showing that ESI is very sensitive for the analysis of this marker molecule. The multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) approach was used to increase the specificity and the sensitivity of the method. 相似文献

We report on selective optimization of different isotopes in an ionization process by means of spectrally broad shaped fs-laser pulses. This is demonstrated for (39,39)K2 and (39,41)K2 by applying evolution strategies in a feedback loop, whereby a surprisingly high enhancement of one isotope versus the other and vice versa is achieved (total factor approximately 140). Information about the dynamics on the involved vibrational states is extracted from the optimal pulse shapes, which provides a new spectroscopical approach of yielding distinct frequency pattern on fs-time scales.
