Decagram quantities of enantiopure (+)‐mefloquine have been produced via kinetic resolution of racemic mefloquine using a ROMP‐gel supported chiral acyl hydroxamic acid resolving agent. The requisite monomer was prepared in a few synthetic steps without chromatography and polymerization was safely performed on a >30 gram scale under ambient conditions. The reagent was readily regenerated and reused multiple times for the resolution of 150 grams of (±)‐mefloquine and other chiral N‐heterocylces. 相似文献

ABM (3-aminobenzanthrrone derivative) developed at the Riga Technical University, Riga, Latvia) has been previously shown
as a potential probe for determination of the immune state of patients with different pathologies .The fist study (using probe
ABM) of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) membranes of 97 Chernobyl clean-up workers from Latvia was conducted in
1997. Now we repeatedly examine the same (n = 54) individuals in dynamics. ABM spectral parameters in PBMC suspension, fluorescence
anisotropy and blood plasma albumin characteristics were recorded. In 1997 screening showed 5 different patterns of fluorescence
spectra, from which in 2007 we obtained only two. These patterns of spectra had never been previously seen in healthy individuals
or patients with tuberculosis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc., examined by us. Patterns of ABM fluorescence
spectra are associated with membrane anisotropy and conformational changes of blood plasma albumin. We observed that in dynamics
1997–2007 the lipid compartment of the membrane became more fluid while the lipid-protein interface became more rigid. The
use of probe ANS and albumin auto-fluorescence allowed show conformational alterations in Chernobyl clean-up workers blood
plasma. It is necessary to note that all investigated parameters significantly differ in observed groups of patients. These
findings reinforce our understanding that that the cell membrane is a significant biological target of radiation. The role
of the membrane in the expression and course of cell damage after radiation exposure must be considered. So ten years dynamic
of PBMC membrane characteristics by ABM (spectral shift and anisotropy indexes) in Chernobyl clean-up workers reveal progressive
trend toward certain resemblance with those of chronic B-cell lymphoid leukemia. 相似文献

The scope, reactivity, and selectivity of the chiral hydroxamic acid-catalyzed kinetic resolution of chiral amines are improved by a new catalyst structure and a more environmentally friendly reaction protocol. Two different types of bioactive components of the seaweed Fucus vesiculosus were analysed: (1) polyphenols (phlorotannins) by capillary electrophoresis (CE) and (2) mineral part (including bioactive microelements) by neutron activation analysis (NAA). CE experiments were carried out using a UV detector (at 210 nm) and an uncoated silica capillary. The best separation was achieved at a voltage of 20 kV using borate or acetate buffer in a methanol/acetonitrile mixture as background electrolyte. The CE analysis data were confirmed by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Determination of mineral composition of algal biomass by NAA was performed on the basis of various nuclides; the best results (from 38 elements determined) were obtained for Mn, Fe, Zn, As, Br, Sr, I, Ba, Au and Hg. 相似文献

We report the results on the spectroscopic properties of a new fluorescent lipophilic probes. Basic photophysical characteristics of the novel benzanthrone 3-amino-derivatives such as the absorption and fluorescence maxima, extinction coefficient, Stokes shift, fluorescence intensity were measured in benzene, chloroform and ethanol solutions. Novel benzanthrone 3-N-derivatives show bright fluorescence and are quite sensitive to the surrounding environment. The behaviour of the investigated benzanthrone derivatives was dependent on the polarity of the medium showing strong fluorescent solvatochromism arising from the donor-acceptor nature of the benzanthrone carbonyl group and electron-rich substituted amino group. 相似文献
