The syntheses of four totarane diterpenes-totarol, 8,11,13-totaratriene-12,13-diol, 6-deoxymaytenoquinone and maytenoquinone-are described. Totarol was synthesized via cyclization of a modified polyene. 8,11,13-Totaratriene-12,13-diol was prepared from natural totarol by ortho-oxidation with mCBPO (m-chlorobenzoyl peroxide). Maytenoquinone and 6-deoxymaytenoquinone were synthesized from 8,11,13-totaratriene-12,13-diol. 1H-NMR analysis showed that tautomeric isomerization between 6-deoxymaytenoquinone (2-hydroxy-4-quinone methide) and the ortho-quinone was very slow.  相似文献

Dimethyl fumarate is a cytoprotective and immunomodulatory drug used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis. We performed a bibliometric study examining the characteristics and trends of the top 100 cited articles that include dimethyl fumarate in the title. On 21 September 2020 we carried out an electronic search in the Web of Science (WOS), seeking articles that include the following terms within the title: dimethyl fumarate, BG-12, or Tecfidera. To focus our investigation on original research, we refined the search to include only articles, early access, others, case report, and clinical trials. We obtained a total of 1115 items, which were cited 7169 times, had a citation density of 6.43 citations/item, and an h-index of 40. Around 2010, there was a jump in the number of published articles per year, rising from 5 articles/year up to 12 articles/year. We sorted all the items by the number of citations and selected the top 100 most cited (T100). The T100 had 4164 citations, with a density of 37 citations/year and contained 16 classic research articles. They were published between 1961 and 2018; the years 2010–2018 amassed nearly 80% of the T100. We noted 17 research areas with articles in the T100. Of these, the number one ranking went to neurosciences/neurology with 39 articles, and chemistry ranked second on the T100 list with 14 items. We noticed that the percentage of articles belonging to different journals changed depending on the time period. Chemistry held the highest number of papers during 1961–2000, while pharmacology andneurosciences/neurology led the 2001–2018 interval. A total of 478 authors from 145 institutions and 25 countries were included in the T100 ranking. The paper by Gold R et al. was the most successful with 14 articles, 1.823 citations and a density of 140.23 citations/year. The biotechnological company Biogen led the T100 list with 20 articles. With 59 published articles, the USA was the leading country in publications. We concluded that this study analyzed the use of and research on dimethyl fumarate from a different perspective, which will allow the readership (expert or not) to understand the relevance of classic and recent literature on this topic.  相似文献

A 1H NMR study that explored the ability of α-cyclodextrin (α-CD) to preferentially bind (R)-α-lipoic acid is presented. The interaction between α-CD and (R)-α-lipoic acid was found to be stronger than that between α-CD and (S)-α-lipoic acid. Structures for the (R)-α-lipoic acid/α-CD and (S)-α-lipoic acid/α-CD inclusion complexes were constructed using restraints derived from ROESY spectra and MM2 molecular mechanics calculations. The models built for both complexes have the 1,2-dithiolane ring and the carboxyl moiety of α-lipoic acid oriented toward the secondary and primary hydroxy sides of α-CD, respectively.  相似文献

Wave field restoration has been achieved based on focal-depth extension under dynamic hollow-cone illumination using an optical microscope. Two kinds of focal-depth extension techniques, such as moving focus averaging and an objective annular aperture, were compared and their effectiveness for transmission electron microscopy applications is discussed. Both techniques enabled resolution enhancement at the same level and effectively obtained aberration-free phase and amplitude images separately by canceling out the rotationally invariant component of system wave aberrations, such as spherical aberration. The influence of nonlinear interference on image contrast was confirmed as significant by using a figure 8 shaped spatial frequency filter.  相似文献

We have focused on the PEG-borate ester as a new type of plasticizer for solid polymer electrolyte composed of poly(ethyleneglycol) methacrylate (PEGMA) and lithium bis-trifluoromethanesulfonimide (LiTFSI). The PEG-borate ester shows good thermal stability and high flash point. Ionic conductivity of the polymer electrolyte increases with increasing amount of the PEG-borate ester and exhibits values greater than 10−4 S cm−1 at 30 °C and 10−3 S cm−1 at 60 °C. Furthermore, PEG-borate ester has three EO chains whose lengths are variable, and various ionic conductivities are expected to depend on EO chain length. As a result, polymer electrolyte containing the PEG-borate ester whose EO chain length is n=3 shows highest ionic conductivity. Furthermore, polymer electrolytes containing PEG-borate esters show excellent thermal and electrochemical stability. The electrolytes are thermally stable up to 300 °C and electrochemically up to 4.5 V vs. Li+/Li.  相似文献

The potential-energy curves for the movement of proton along the hydrogen-bond direction were calculated for the parent and cations produced from the β? decay of pyridine-pyrrole labeled by tritium (3H) or carbon-14(14C). For all cations the double minimum potential is predicted to be formed, and the activation energy for the proton transfer from one well to the other is about 10.0 kcal/mol, which is much lower than that in the (NH2? H? NH2)+ ion. A positional effect of nuclear transformation is scarcely expected in 3H β? decay, whereas a slight positional effect may be expected in 14C β? decay.  相似文献
