The electronic structure of muonium (Mu) located at the bond-centered sites of the silicon and diamond crystals is calculated by the intermediate neglect of differential overlap method. Calculations of the electronicg- and hyperfine interaction tensors of the impurity atom are performed. The results obtained are compared to the experimental properties of “anomalous” muonium Mu*. It is shown that the properties of Mu located at the bond-centered sites of the Si and C lattices are in qualitative agreement with the observed properties of Mu*.  相似文献

Latent macroscopic defects in silicon are detected by electrical and electron microscope measurements. They lead to anomalous temperature dependence of the Fermi level position and growth in the hole capture coefficient. A level with energy of 0.55 eV measured from the conduction zone controls the recombination process. It is proposed that macroscopic defects develop upon association of oxygen-silicon vacancy complexes. Observations indicate that illuminating NaCl crystals by ultraviolet light (λ=350 nm) suppresses the magnetoplastic effect. A nonperturbative method is suggested for calculating functional integrals. Its efficiency is demonstrated for the quantum-mechanical anharmonic oscillator. A quantity we are interested in is represented by a series, a finite number of terms of which describes not only the region of small coupling constants but well reproduces the strong coupling limit. The method is formulated only in terms of the Gaussian functional quadratures and diagrams are used of the conventional perturbation theory.  相似文献

We have found that the gold nanoparticles on the ITO substrates might be considered promising materials for circularly polarized light-induced linear electrogyration (EG). The maximal achieved value of the EG susceptibility described by third-order axial tensor caused by probe circularly polarized light at a wavelength of 1060 nm was equal to about 13 deg/mm at pulsed electric field strength 30.0 V/cm with a duration of about 1 ms. We have revealed that the maximal EG coefficient is achieved for the samples possessing maximal resistivity. The investigated composites possess long-lived EG grating which decreases by not more than 12% after 120 min of laser treatment. Applying a non-circular pump light leads to the diminishing of the observed EG.  相似文献

Phase transitions in the systems cyanoethyl cellulose-DMF, cyanoethyl cellulose-DMAA, and cyanoethyl cellulose-(trifluoroacetic acid + methylene chloride) were studied by means of the cloud-point and polarization microscopy techniques, as well as with a photoelectric polarization unit and a modified plasticorder. It was shown that the LC phase appears at higher concentrations and lower temperatures as the polarity of solvent molecules increases. The shear deformation of cyanoethyl cellulose solutions in DMF and DMAA results in the expansion of the temperature-concentration region of existence of the LC phase. The effect of shear field on phase transitions in cyanoethyl cellulose solutions is nonmonotonic in character.  相似文献
