Several N-(2-halobenzyl)anilines and N-benzyl-2-haloanilines have been synthesized and their photochemical reactions studied. Upon irradiation, the aqueous acetonitrile solution of N-benzyl-2-chloroaniline was cyclized and reduced to give phenanthridine, 5,5′,6,6′-tetrahydro-6,6′-biphenanthridyl (THBP), N-ben-zylaniline, and bibenzyl. Similar products were produced in the photochemical reactions of other halo-genated N-benzylanilines, except iodo-substituted N-benzylanilines. No dimer (THBP) was produced from the iodo-substituted N-benzylanilines. Both singlet and triplet states are involved in the photochemical reactions of the haloarenes.  相似文献

In recent years, much attention has been directed towards the syntheses of 1,4-dihydropyridyl compounds due to the fact that 1,4-dihydropyridyl compounds possess a variety of biological activities.[1] In view of the importance of polyhydroquinoline derivatives, many classical methods for the synthesis of polyhydroquinoline derivatives were reported[2] by conventional heating and refluxing approaches in the presence of organic solvent. These methods, however, involve long reaction time, harsh reaction conditions, the use of a large quantity of organic solvent and unsatisfactory yields. (+)-SCH 351448 (Na+ salt A) was synthesized employing ring-closing olefin metathesis reaction of an open diene diester intermediate for construction of the 28-membered macrodiolide structure. The open diene diester was prepared from the monomeric hydroxy carboxylic acid and two different olefin fragments. The monomeric hydroxy acid was synthesized via Julia-Julia coupling reaction of intermediates derived from the same olefinic fragments. Oxane units in these fragments were prepared by radical cyclization reactions of beta-alkoxyacrylates. Analogous SCH 351448 salts incorporating other mono- and divalent cations may be prepared. Under acidic conditions, SCH 351448 (Na+ salt A) was the most stable complex, but SCH 351448 (Ca2+ salt) and (Na+ salt B) appear to be physiologically important species.  相似文献

The synthesis of carbon nitride films at low temperature has been investigated using pulsed arc discharge from methanol solution with nitrogen atmosphere. Raman spectra and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis suggest that crystalline carbon nitride films may be prepared at low substrate temperature (220 ℃). At same time, the substrate temperature has a significantly effect on the nitrogen content and structure of the films. Increasing substrate temperature (300 ℃) would decrease the content of nitrogen in the films and result in a formation of carbon films.  相似文献
