Detection of Tumor Necrosis Factor Gene by Piezoelectric Nucleic Acid Senosr

A piezoelectric nucleic acid sensor was constructed ofr detection of tumor necrosis factor gene.Two methods were employed for immobilization of nucleic acid probe on gold electrode of piezoelectric crystal.The results show that polyethyleneimine adbesion and glutaraldehyde cross-linking method has higher sensitivity,stability and selectivity than protein A method.The solid-phase nucleic acid hybridization of oligo unclecotides and tumor necrosis factor target gene sequence were monitorde using this sensor.Tumor necrosis factor gene sequence(580bp) was detected by this nucleic acid sensor for the first time.     

苯乙烯－甲基丙烯酸共聚物和聚环氧丙烷共混体系的相容性研究

 本文用傅里叶交换红外光谱法（ＦＴＩＲ）表征了苯乙烯－甲基丙烯酸共聚物Ｐ（Ｓ－ＭＡＡ）和聚环氧丙烷（ＰＰｒＯ）共混体系的相容性．用谱带分离的技术比较准确地测定了共混体系中几种羰基的吸光系数比，并且用简明的方法定量计算了它们之间平衡的平衡常数．同时实验还表明共混组分中聚醚的分子量、分子结构、Ｐ（Ｓ－ＭＡＡ）中ＭＡＡ的含量以及共混组分的比例和体系的相容性有密切的关系．     

A unified and quantitative receptor model for the microtubule binding of paclitaxel and epothilone

[formula: see text] Paclitaxel and epothilone represent the two major classes of antimicrotubule agents that promote tubulin polymerization and, presumably, mitotic arrest during cell division. A common minireceptor binding site model at beta-tubulin has been constructed for these structurally divergent compounds. Utilizing 20 amino acids identified in photoaffinity labeling experiments, the 3-D model correlates measured and predicted Ki's with r = 0.99 and rms(delta Gcalc-delta Gexp) = 0.2 kcal/mol. In addition, the model predicts the affinity of compounds not used in the training set and explains much of the SAR for the paclitaxel and epothilone families.     

Radiation-induced polymerization of methyl methacrylate in microemulsion with high monomer content

γ-Ray-induced polymerization of methyl methacrylate was conducted in a microemulsion stabilized by a mixture of sodium of 12-acryloxy-9-octadecenoic acid (AOA) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) with various weight ratios at room temperature. The experimental data showed that the mixture of AOA and SDS with a weight ratio 2 was an efficient surfactant system for the microemulsion containing 38.6 wt% MMA and 5.5 wt% surfactant. The effects of MMA concentration and dose rate on the polymerization kinetics and particle size are discussed.     

A Ca2+-phospholipid-dependent protein kinase from cottonplant shoots

The Ca²⁺-phospholipid-dependent protein kinase from cottonplant shoots was purified by chromatography on DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B, and then on phenyl-Sepharose CL-4B. According to electrophoresis in PAAG, the enzyme was practically homogeneous and had a molecular mass of 57 kDa. In the presence of Ca²⁺ alone, the enzyme was activated to only a slight degree. Under the combined action of Ca²⁺ and a phospholipid the action of the enzyme rose severalfold. A determination of amino acid specificity showed that the protein kinase isolated was a serine- and threonine-specific protein kinase.A. S. 金属－助剂相互作用对SiO_2载铑催化剂化学吸附的影响──Ⅱ．Rh－V／SiO_2催化剂

由ＲｈＣｌ_３·ｘＨ_２Ｏ制备了不同Ｒｈ含量的Ｒｈ／ＳｉＯ_２和Ｒｈ－Ｖ／ＳｉＯ_２催化剂，采用化学吸附和原位ＴＰＤ－ＩＲ方法考察钒助剂对Ｒｈ／ＳｉＯ_２催化剂在常温和高温的Ｈ_２和ＣＯ化学吸附的影响。结果再次表明：１）不同Ｒｈ中心对Ｈ_２和ＣＯ的化学吸附性能不同，钒助剂对不同Ｒｈ中心的Ｈ_２和ＣＯ吸附的影响也不同。Ｈ_２主要吸附在Ｒｈ~Ⅱ和Ｒｈ~Ⅲ中心上，而在Ｒｈ~Ⅰ中心上的吸附弱。２）Ｒｈ－钒助剂的强相互作用主要是Ｒｈ~Ⅱ和Ｒｈ~Ⅲ与钒助剂之间的相互作用，Ｈ_２吸附受到比ＣＯ吸附更强烈的抑制。钒助剂对Ｒｈ／ＳｉＯ_２的Ｈ_２和ＣＯ吸附性能的影响可用覆盖模型解释。
