In this paper, we prove the existence of weak solutions and investigate uniform decay rates of global weak solutions for a hyperbolic hemivariational inequalitiy of dynamic elasticity. [18F]THK-5351, a new candidate for tau protein imaging, is based on an aryl quinoline structure. We report the full automatic synthesis using disposable cassettes under pH controlled [18F]fluorination. After the trapping of 88.5 ± 21.9 GBq of [18F]fluoride, it was eluted with potassium methansulfonate (KOMs) (pH 7.8)/K222. After drying, 3 mg of the precursor was added to 1 mL DMSO and subjected to [18F]fluorination at 110 °C for 10 min. After hydrolysis, the final product was purified by HPLC. The overall radiochemical yield was 31.9 ± 11.1% (n = 22), satisfying all quality control criteria. It was stable for up to 6 h with high radiochemical purity as 99.8 ± 0.5%.  相似文献

Highly selective and low damage etching of the GaAs cap layer on AlGaAs is essential in fabricating GaAs/AlGaAs high electron mobility transistors. The GaAs on AlGaAs was etched using a low energy Cl2/O2 neutral beam and the Schottky device characteristics fabricated on the exposed AlGaAs were compared with those fabricated after the etching using wet etching and a Cl2/O2 ion beam. Using a low energy Cl2/O2 ion beam or a Cl2/O2 neutral beam, highly selective etching of the GaAs cap layer to AlGaAs similar to wet etching could be achieved through the formation of Al2O3 on the exposed AlGaAs during the etching. When the electrical characteristics of the Schottky devices were compared, the devices fabricated after the etching using the neutral beam showed the best electrical characteristics such as electrical stability, low leakage current, higher barrier height, etc. by showing low damage to the exposed AlGaAs surface.  相似文献

Recent progress on the mesoporous nickel–alumina catalysts for hydrogen production by steam reforming of liquefied natural gas (LNG) was reported in this review. A number of mesoporous nickel–alumina composite catalysts were prepared by a single-step surfactant-templating method using cationic, anionic, and non-ionic surfactant as structure-directing agents for use in hydrogen production by steam reforming of LNG. For comparison, nickel catalysts supported on mesoporous aluminas were also prepared by an impregnation method. The effect of preparation method and surfactant identity on physicochemical properties and catalytic activities of mesoporous nickel–alumina catalysts in the steam reforming of LNG was investigated. Regardless of preparation method and surfactant identity, nickel oxide species were finely dispersed on the surface of mesoporous nickel–alumina catalysts through the formation of surface nickel aluminate phase. However, nickel dispersion and nickel surface area of mesoporous nickel–alumina catalysts were strongly affected by the preparation method and surfactant identity. It was found that nickel surface area of mesoporous nickel–alumina catalyst served as one of the important factors determining the catalytic performance in hydrogen production by steam reforming of LNG. Among the catalysts tested, a mesoporous nickel–alumina composite catalyst prepared by a single-step non-ionic surfactant-templating method exhibited the best catalytic performance due to its highest nickel surface area.  相似文献

Amphetamine (AP) and amphetamine‐type stimulants, methamphetamine (MA) and N,N‐dimethylamphetamine (DMA), are known as central nervous system stimulants, and their abuse throughout the world has recently increased. Since it is difficult to physically distinguish among AP, MA and DMA, analysts may not be aware of what abusers have administered. In this study, following the detection of specific metabolites of AP, MA and DMA as biomarkers in abuser urines, a rapid and sensitive method was developed for the identification and classification of AP‐type stimulants abusers. After the simple filtration of the urine samples, the samples were directly analyzed using a liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry system with selected reaction monitoring (SRM)‐triggered quantitation‐enhanced data‐dependent MS/MS (QED‐MS/MS) for the simultaneous qualitative and quantitative analysis of p‐hydroxy AP, p‐hydroxy MA, p‐hydroxy DMA, AP, MA, DMA and DMA N‐oxide. The determination of p‐hydroxy AP, p‐hydroxy MA, AP, MA, DMA and DMA N‐oxide was accurate and reproducible, with the limits of quantitation of 5 ng/mL in urine. When applied to the urine samples of suspected AP‐type stimulants abusers, the abused drugs were precisely identified between MA and DMA abusers. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Eupatilin (5,7-dihydroxy-3',4',6-trimethoxy flavone) is an active ingredient of an ethanol extract of Artemisia asiatica (DA-9601) that is used in the treatment of gastritis. In vitro and in vivo metabolism of eupatilin in the rats has been studied by LC-electrospray mass spectrometry. Rat liver microsomal incubation of eupatilin in the presence of NADPH and UDPGA resulted in the formation of four metabolites (M1-M4). M1, M2, M3 and M4 were tentatively identified as 3'- or 4'-O-demethyl-eupatilin glucuronide, eupatilin glucuronide, 6-O-demethyleupatilin and 3'- or 4'-O-demethyl-eupatilin, respectively. Those metabolites from in vitro study were also characterized in bile, plasma or urine samples after an intravenous administration of eupatilin to rats. In rat bile, plasma and urine samples, eupatilin glucuronide (M2) was a major metabolite, whereas M3, M4 and M4 glucuronide (M1) were the minor metabolites.  相似文献

We use inelastic neutron scattering to study the low-energy spin excitations of polycrystalline samples of nonsuperconducting CeFeAsO and superconducting CeFeAsO0.84F0.16. Two sharp dispersionless modes are found at 0.85 and 1.16 meV in CeFeAsO below the Ce antiferromagnetic (AF) ordering temperature of T N Ce ˜ 4 K. On warming to above T N Ce ˜ 4 K, these two modes become one broad dispersionless mode that disappears just above the Fe ordering temperature T N Fe ˜ 140 K. For superconducting CeFeAsO0.84F0.16, where Fe static AF order is suppressed, we find a weakly dispersive mode center at 0.4 meV that may arise from short-range Ce-Ce exchange interactions. Using a Heisenberg model, we simulate powder-averaged Ce spin wave excitations. Our results show that we need both Ce spin wave and crystal electric field excitations to account for the whole spectra of low-energy spin excitations.  相似文献
