An efficient blood plasma clean-up method was developed, where methanol protein precipitation was applied, followed by zirconium silicate assisted exclusion of residual proteins. A strong binding of zirconium (IV) silicate to the proteins enabled the elimination of remaining proteins after solvent deproteinization through a rapid solid-phase extraction (SPE) procedure. Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI/TOF MS) was used for monitoring the proteins during clean-up practice applied to human plasma samples. The proteins were quantified by colorimetric detection using the bicinchoninic acid (BCA) assay. The presented analytical strategy resulted in the depletion of >99.6% proteins from human plasma samples. Furthermore, high-performance liquid chromatography hyphenated to diode-array and electrospray ionization mass spectrometric detection (HPLC–DAD/ESI MS) was applied for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the caffeoylquinic acids (CQAs) and their metabolites in human plasma. The procedure demonstrated high recoveries for the standard compounds spiked at different concentrations. Cynarin and chlorogenic acid were recovered in the range of 81–86% and 78–83%, respectively. Caffeic acid was extracted in the excess of 89–92%, while ferulic acid and dihydroxyhydrocinnamic acid showed a recovery of 87–91% and 92–95%, respectively. The method was partially validated in accordance with FDA-Industry Guidelines for Bioanalytical Method Validation (2001). The presented scheme improves the clean-up efficacy of the methanol deproteinization, significantly reduces the matrix effects and provides a great analytical tool for the isolation of small molecules from human plasma.  相似文献

Antimony(III) complexes of thioamides [thioamides=thiourea (Tu), N,N′‐dimethylthiourea (Dmtu), tetramethylthiourea (Tmtu), imidazolidine‐2‐thione (Imt) and diazinane‐2‐thione (Diaz)] with the general formulae, Sb(thione)nCl3 (n=1, 2, 2.5, 3) were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopic methods. The spectral data of the complexes are consistent with the coordination of the thiones to antimony(III). The crystal structure of one of them, {[Sb(Imt)2Cl2]2(μ2‐Imt)}Cl2 ( 1 ), was determined by X‐ray crystallography, which shows that the complex is dinuclear consisting of two [Sb(Imt)2Cl2] units bridged by an Imt molecule. In 1 , the antimony atom is bonded to two chlorine atoms, two sulfur atoms of coordinated Imt molecules and one sulfur atom of a bridging Imt molecule. The antimony environment can be considered to be distorted octahedral with one Cl? ion weakly bound to antimony.  相似文献

Carbon nanotubes (CNT) have some highly desirable sorbent characteristics which make them attractive for a variety of analytical applications. High adsorption capacity and rapid desorbability make CNT excellent candidates for micro-scale devices for gas and liquid-phase analysis. In gas-phase analysis one can implement a micro-concentrator or a micro-sorbent trap, which have been used in a variety of on-line chromatography and sensing applications. Interesting liquid-phase microtrapping applications include micro-scale solid-phase extraction (μ-SPE) and solid-phase micro extraction (SPME). In addition, the ease of surface functionalization, self assembly by chemical vapor deposition, and the formation of diverse polymer composites may well make CNT the high-performance sorbent of the future.  相似文献

Decalins bearing two axial -NHCONHAr substituents and an ester-linked alkyl side chain have been synthesized and studied as anion receptors and transporters. The design relates to steroid-based "cholapods" but is more compact and less intrinsically lipophilic. Transport rates depend on both NHAr and the alkyl side chain. High activities can be achieved; with optimal substitution, chloride-nitrate exchange across vesicle membranes is measurable at transporter/lipid ratios as low as 1:250,000.  相似文献

High-selectivity, uniform three-dimensional (3D) flower-like bismuth telluride (Bi(2)Te(3)) nanocrystals consisting of few-quintuple-layer nanoplatelets with a thickness down to 4.5 nm were synthesized for the first time by a facile, one-pot polyol method with acetic acid as the structure-director. Micrometre-sized 2D films and honeycomb-like spheres can be obtained using the uniform 3D Bi(2)Te(3) nanocrystals as building blocks.  相似文献

In the present work, vibration characteristics of thin functionally graded cylindrical shells are studied under the influence of various boundary conditions. Fabrication of FGM cylindrical shell is carried out by using exponential volume fraction law. Strain- and curvature-displacements relationships are taken from Love’s thin shell theory. The frequency equation in the form of eigenvalue problem is obtained by adapting the Rayleigh-Ritz method. Characteristic beam functions are assumed to approximate the axial modal dependence. Effects of exponential volume fraction law on the natural frequencies of the FGM cylindrical shells for various boundary conditions are studied against circumferential wave number, length to radius ratio and thickness to radius ratio for different values of power law exponents. Results evaluated show good agreement with those available in the literature.  相似文献

We obtain appropriate sharp bounds on Triebel-Lizorkin spaces for rough oscillatory integrals with polynomial phase. By using these bounds and using an extrapolation argument we obtain some new and previously known results for oscillatory integrals under very weak size conditions on the kernel functions.  相似文献
