LD泵浦Nd:YVO_4双波长运转腔内和频491nm激光器

分析了Nd:YVO4激光器实现双波长运转及腔内和频的条件,利用一种LD泵浦Nd:YVO4晶体产生1 064 nm和914 nm双波长激光束,采用一个线性平凹腔结构,利用腔内Ⅰ类临界相位匹配LBO和频,获得了连续波输出的全固态激光器。实验采用端面结构,在5.0 W的808 nm泵浦功率下,获得了最高功率为2.5 mW连续波TEM00的激光输出,光-光转换效率为0.05%。     

掺铒的纳米相氟氧化物玻璃陶瓷的多光子红外量子剪裁

Tapered dielectric structure in metal as a wavelength-selective surface plasmon polariton focuser

Symmetric tapered dielectric structures in metal have demonstrated applications such as the nanofocusing of surface plasmon polaritons, as well as the waveguiding of V-channel polaritons. Yet the fabrication of smooth-surfaced tapered structure remains an obstacle to most researchers. We have successfully developed a handy method to fabricate metal-sandwiched tapered nanostructures simply with electron beam lithography. Though these structures are slightly different from conventional symmetric V-shaped structures, systematic simulations show that similar functionality of surface plasmon polariton nanofocusing can still be achieved. When parameters are properly selected, wavelength-selective nanofocusing of surface plasmon polaritons can be obtained.     

Thermal-induced nonlinear optical characteristics of ethanol solution doped with silver nanoparticles

The investigation of nonlinear optical characteristics of ethanol solution doped with is presented. A large thermal-induced third-order nonlinear refractive index up to silver nanoparticles 1.941× 10^-7 cm2/W is obtained from the mixed solution under 488-nm continue wave （CW） laser irradiation, which may result from surface plasmon resonance （SPR） enhancement effect of silver nanoparticles as well as high thermo-optic coefficient and low thermal conductivity of ethanol. Obvious spatial self-phase modulation and influence of thermal-induced negative lens effect are observed when a beam propagates through this solution, indicating promising applications such as optical limiting, beam flattening, and so on.     

点接触金属/Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3/Pt结构稳定的低电流电阻开关特性

利用自主开发的导电原子力显微镜控制Pt,W探针构成点接触金属/Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3(PCMO)/Pt三明治结构,对其电流-电压(I-V)及脉冲诱导电阻开关(EPIR)特性进行了研究.研究发现,在10 nA限流下两种电极对应结构的I-V都表现出相当稳定的双极性电阻开关特性,以及大于100的电阻开关比.进一步测试发现,点接触W/PCMO/Pt器件具有在10 nA限流下稳定的EPIR特性以及100 pA限流下重复的双极性电阻开关特性.此电流比已报道的电流低3个数量级,表明此结构在低功耗存储器件方面的潜在应用.通过对比样品不同位置、不同限流、不同接触面积点接触Pt/PCMO/Pt的I-V回滞特性,把点接触器件在低电流下稳定、显著的电阻开关效应归结于小的器件面积导致强的局域电场加强了O离子迁移效应.     

十二次对称准周期结构的自相似变换及准晶胞构造

与量子光场相互作用的运动原子的熵压缩

运用量子信息熵理论,研究了与量子光场相互作用的二能级运动原子的熵压缩,讨论了原子运动和场模结构对原子熵压缩的影响,并且比较了分别从基于信息熵测不准关系和海森伯测不准关系出发得出的结果,表明原子的运动导致了原子熵压缩的周期性演化;随着场模结构参量的增大,熵压缩的演化周期缩短,压缩时间延长;选择适当的系统参量,运动原子能够呈现长时间的持续熵压缩效应。当原子反转为零时,基于海伯堡测不准关系的方差压缩定义不再有效,而熵压缩实现了对原子压缩效应的高灵敏量度。     

Proton-exchanged optical waveguides fabricated by glutaric acid

In this paper, we first report that a new proton source, glutaric acid, has been used to fabricate optical waveguides in Z-cut lithium niobate crystals. The relationship was experimentally established between proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide parameters and fabrication conditions. It is shown that this new organic acid can be used to obtain deep PE waveguides in fast diffusion speed (0.275 μm²/h at 221°C) and with low loss (0.2 dB/cm). It provides an alternative approach for fabricating PE waveguides in lithium niobate substrate.
