Experimental generation of Kagome lattices using metasurface of integrated convex lens

In this Letter,we fabricate integrated metasurface of encoded dynamic phases and experimentally generate nonconventional Kagome-type lattices of no-second-order phase vortices.The thin metasurface acts analogous to an integration of three conventional optical elements,i.e.,six pinholes located at the vertices of two concentric regular triangles of size ratio 1:2,six transparent discs of different thicknesses to introduce a total phase shift difference of 6π,and a Fourier lens with a focal length in the micro-scale.A Kagome lattice with the required vortex distribution is realized at the"focal"plane of the metasurface under illumination of the plane wave.     

陶瓷材料动态压缩损伤本构模型

运用细观损伤力学理论,从动态压缩载荷下陶瓷材料内翼型裂纹的产生和扩展的损伤机理出发,建立了陶瓷材料的弹脆性动态损伤本构模型,给出相应的损伤演化方程.假设裂纹成核满足Weibull分布,讨论了成核分布参数、原始缺陷尺寸对材料动态断裂应力、断裂应变的影响,并用动态损伤演化模型计算了冲击载荷下AD90陶瓷的动态应力应变曲线,计算结果和实验结果符合很好.     

Inhibitory Activity and Mechanism Investigation of Hypericin as a Novel α-Glucosidase Inhibitor

α-glucosidase is a major enzyme that is involved in starch digestion and type 2 diabetes mellitus. In this study, the inhibition of hypericin by α-glucosidase and its mechanism were firstly investigated using enzyme kinetics analysis, real-time interaction analysis between hypericin and α-glucosidase by surface plasmon resonance (SPR), and molecular docking simulation. The results showed that hypericin was a high potential reversible and competitive α-glucosidase inhibitor, with a maximum half inhibitory concentration (IC₅₀) of 4.66 ± 0.27 mg/L. The binding affinities of hypericin with α-glucosidase were assessed using an SPR detection system, which indicated that these were strong and fast, with balances dissociation constant (KD) values of 6.56 × 10⁻⁵ M and exhibited a slow dissociation reaction. Analysis by molecular docking further revealed that hydrophobic forces are generated by interactions between hypericin and amino acid residues Arg-315 and Tyr-316. In addition, hydrogen bonding occurred between hypericin and α-glucosidase amino acid residues Lys-156, Ser-157, Gly-160, Ser-240, His-280, Asp-242, and Asp-307. The structure and micro-environment of α-glucosidase enzymes were altered, which led to a decrease in α-glucosidase activity. This research identified that hypericin, an anthracene ketone compound, could be a novel α-glucosidase inhibitor and further applied to the development of potential anti-diabetic drugs.     

固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测粮食及其制品中的呕吐毒素

建立了粮食及其制品中呕吐毒素的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。样品经乙腈-水(84:16, v/v)溶液提取,HLB固相萃取柱富集净化,采用HPLC-MS/MS法对目标物进行定性确证和定量分析。在Phenomenex Kinetex C18柱(100 mm×4.6 mm, 2.6 μm)上以0.3‰氨水和乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱分离;质谱模式为电喷雾负离子监测模式。本方法的检出限(以信噪比(S/N)=3计)和定量限(以S/N=10计)分别为20 μg/kg和50 μg/kg;在20～1000 μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)大于0.99。对本底空白的面粉、大麦、大豆、大米、玉米粉、木薯干、小麦等7种代表性基质进行50、100、500 μg/kg 3个含量水平的添加试验,回收率范围为75.6%～111.0%,精密度(以相对标准偏差(RSD)计)不大于13.0%。本方法准确可靠,灵敏度高,经济实用,可替代较为昂贵的免疫亲和柱和多功能净化柱,较大地降低检测成本。     

Test for scale factor of resonant micro optical gyro based on equivalent input

In accordance with the problems in test for scale factor of resonant micro optical gyro (RMOG) by turntable, a new method based on equivalent input is proposed, and this is by adding sawtooth waveform to the RMOG's phase modulator, the scale factor experimental setup is constructed, the closed-loop transfer functions under turntable input and equivalent input are analyzed, relationship between parameters of the sawtooth waveform and equivalent input is derived, the scale factor and nonlinearity are obtained by the scale factor experimental setup, the scale factor is basically identical to the test result on the turntable, but the nonlinearity also to raise from 0.98% to 0.53%, the results of test demostrate that the method can not only accurately measure the scale factor, but also effectively eliminate the measurement errors due to the vibration and imperfect precision of the turntable.     

Morphological effects on surface-enhanced Raman scattering from silver butterfly wing scales synthesized via photoreduction

Through a simple room-temperature photoreduction process, this letter conformally replicates 3D submicrometer structures of wing scales from two butterfly species into Ag to generate practical surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrates. The Ag replicas of butterfly scales with higher structural periodicity are able to detect rhodamine 6G at a low concentration down to 10(-9) M, which is three orders of magnitude lower than the detectable concentration limit of using quasi-periodic Ag butterfly structures. This result presents a way to select suitable scale morphologies from 174,500 species of Lepidopterans to replicate, as consumable SERS substrates with low cost and high reproducibility.     

可加乘积模型的研究

文章将乘积模型推广为可加乘积模型,延伸了正测量数据的适用范围.方法具有更强的灵活性,同时也可避免维数祸根问题.文中主要采用B样条逼近技术、最小乘积相对误差(LPRE)方法,研究非参数函数的估计问题.并在一些条件下,证明了非参数函数具有最优收敛速度.最后,通过数值模拟和实例分析,比较了提出的方法和其它几种方法的有限样本表现,验证了新方法的有效性.     

三角波调制对谐振微光学陀螺偏置稳定性的影响（英文）

谐振式微光学陀螺是一种新型的惯性传感仪器,与传统的机械陀螺与其他光学陀螺相比具有很多理论上的优势。通过分析抑制载波和提高信噪比,深入地研究了三角波调制频率和幅度对谐振式微光学陀螺偏置稳定性的影响。通过理论计算和仿真分析,考虑得到更好的载波抑制效果,调制幅度应选为15.44V;考虑提高信噪比,调制频率应设为1 MHz。搭建了谐振式微光学陀螺系统,实验测试结果与理论分析吻合较好。此外,采用优化的调制参数,陀螺的偏置稳定性由0.39(°)/s提高到0.18(°)/s(10s积分时间)。研究结果表明:选择优化的调制三角波参数可以将陀螺偏置稳定性提高一倍,对于其他调制方案,如正弦波相位调制方案,同样可以通过分析载波抑制和信噪比优化调制参数,改善陀螺偏置稳定性。     

In situ formation and assembly of CdS nanocrystallites into polyhedrons on Eggshell membrane at room temperature

A room-temperature soakage procedure was carried out to successfully form and assemble CdS nanocrystallites into polyhedrons on the eggshell membrane (ESM). Based on the biomaterial ESM served as the reactive substrate and some ESM biomacromolecules acted as the surfactants, CdS nanocrystallites were in situ formed, further assembled into well-distributed polyhedrons, and finally performed CdS-ESM hybrid nanocomposites. This moderate bioinspired strategy would also be of great value to prepare novel functional nanocomposites.     

Algebraic structures on Grothendieck groups of a tower of algebras

The Grothendieck group of the tower of symmetric group algebras has a self-dual graded Hopf algebra structure. Inspired by this, we introduce by way of axioms, a general notion of a tower of algebras and study two Grothendieck groups on this tower linked by a natural paring. Using representation theory, we show that our axioms give a structure of graded Hopf algebras on each Grothendieck groups and these structures are dual to each other. We give some examples to indicate why these axioms are necessary. We also give auxiliary results that are helpful to verify the axioms. We conclude with some remarks on generalized towers of algebras leading to a structure of generalized bialgebras (in the sense of Loday) on their Grothendieck groups.
