The synthesis of hyper-branched ethene oligomers through catalytic insertion reactions with late transition metal catalysts is unique in its synthetic and practical scope. In this study, a series of iminopyridyl Ni(II) and Pd(II) complexes with electron-rich distal aryl motifs were synthesized and characterized. These complexes were very efficient in ethene oligomerization and co-oligomerization with methyl acrylate (MA). Hyperbranched ethene oligomers with different microstructures were generated using different metal species in ethene oligomerization. More importantly, hyperbranched ethene-MA co-oligomers with varying incorporation ratios were generated via ethene and MA co-oligomerization using the Pd(II) complexes. Most notably, weak neighboring group interactions of distal aryl motifs in the nickel system are more effective in influencing the microstructure of ethene oligomers than the corresponding palladium system.  相似文献

Defluorinative manipulation of polyfluorinated molecules has shown great promise due to its granting of synthetic versatility to inert C−F bonds. The development of chemo-, stereo- and regioselective strategies to realize highly efficient formation of either the linear/branched or E/Z products from gem-difluorocyclopropanes (gem-F2CPs) is a challenging task. Herein, we have realized palladium/NHC-catalyzed fluoroallylation/annulation of hydrazones with gem-F2CPs that incorporate the hydrazone N2 moiety into the products. The thermodynamically unstable fluorinated E-allylation products with aryl ketone hydrazones were obtained for the first time, while the di-alkyl ketone hydrazones yielded the monofluorinated products with branched selectivity under similar reaction conditions. With aldehyde hydrazones, two kinds of pyrazoles were obtained via a defluorinative allylation/annulation cascade, in which different carbon atoms of gem-F2CPs could be incorporated into the pyrazole rings regiospecifically. DFT calculations revealed that the divergent selectivity was kinetically controlled and the final C−C bond formation proceeded through a 7-membered TS.  相似文献

Mature microRNAs (miRNAs) in extracellular vesicles (EVs) are involved in different stages of cancer progression, yet it remains challenging to precisely detect mature miRNAs in EVs due to the presence of interfering RNAs (such as longer precursor miRNAs, pre-miRNAs) and the low abundance of tumor-associated miRNAs. By leveraging the size-selective ability of DNA cages and polyethylene glycol (PEG)-enhanced thermophoretic accumulation of EVs, we devised a DNA cage-based thermophoretic assay for highly sensitive, selective, and in situ detection of mature miRNAs in EVs with a low limit of detection (LoD) of 2.05 fM. Our assay can profile EV mature miRNAs directly in serum samples without the interference of pre-miRNAs and the need for ultracentrifugation. A clinical study showed that EV miR-21 or miR-155 had an overall accuracy of 90 % for discrimination between breast cancer patients and healthy donors, which outperformed conventional molecular probes detecting both mature miRNAs and pre-miRNAs. We envision that our assay can advance EV miRNA-based diagnosis of cancer.  相似文献

Some selected drugs including captopril, fudosteine and racecadotril have been analyzed by infrared (IR) laser desorption/tunable synchrotron vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) photoionization mass spectrometry (PIMS). The molecular ions of captopril and racecadotril are exclusively observed without any fragments at near threshold single-photon ionization (SPI). However, fudosteine easily forms fragments even at a photon energy near the ionization threshold, indicating the instability of its molecular ion. For these drugs, a number of fragments are yielded with the increase of photon energy. The structures of such fragments proposed by IR LD/VUV PIMS are supported by electron ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (EI-TOFMS) results. Fragmentation pathways are discussed in detail.  相似文献

The integration of highly active single atoms (SAs) and atom clusters (ACs) into an electrocatalyst is critically important for high-efficiency two-electron oxygen reduction reaction (2e ORR) to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Here we report a tandem impregnation-pyrolysis-etching strategy to fabricate the oxygen-coordinated Fe SAs and ACs anchored on bacterial cellulose-derived carbon (BCC) (FeSAs/ACs-BCC). As the electrocatalyst, FeSAs/ACs-BCC exhibits superior electrocatalytic activity and selectivity toward 2e ORR, affording an onset potential of 0.78 V (vs. RHE) and a high H2O2 selectivity of 96.5 % in 0.1 M KOH. In a flow cell reactor, the FeSAs/ACs-BCC also achieves high-efficiency H2O2 production with a yield rate of 12.51±0.18 mol gcat−1 h−1 and a faradaic efficiency of 89.4 %±1.3 % at 150 mA cm−2. Additionally, the feasibility of coupling the produced H2O2 and electro-Fenton process for the valorization of ethylene glycol was explored in detail. The theoretical calculations uncover that the oxygen-coordinated Fe SAs effectively regulate the electronic structure of Fe ACs which are the 2e ORR active sites, resulting in the optimal binding strength of *OOH intermediate for high-efficiency H2O2 production.  相似文献

The NCI Developmental Therapeutics Program Human Tumor cell line data set is a publicly available database that contains cellular assay screening data for over 40 000 compounds tested in 60 human tumor cell lines. The database also contains microarray assay gene expression data for the cell lines, and so it provides an excellent information resource particularly for testing data mining methods that bridge chemical, biological, and genomic information. In this paper we describe a formal knowledge discovery approach to characterizing and data mining this set and report the results of some of our initial experiments in mining the set from a chemoinformatics perspective.  相似文献

在强辐射阻尼存在下,水样(90% H2O in D2O)的反转恢复实验表明:当两脉冲的相位相差180°且反转脉冲角<180°时,或两脉冲相位一致但反转脉冲角>180°时,在检测期观测到的信号强度将不发生从负极大值到正极大值的突变;在同样的条件下,如果存在频率偏置,信号强度存在波动,即beating效应.只有当两脉冲的相位一致而反转脉冲角<180°时,或两脉冲的相位相差180°但反转脉冲角>180°时,在检测期信号强度才发生突变,即jumping效应.这些现象都可通过辐射阻尼理论予以合理地解释.另外,在检测期当磁化矢量运动到-z轴附近(对应于τ=Trdln{tan[(π±δ)/2]}),信号强度与理论预计的偏差实际上与T1弛豫效应有关.  相似文献
