萃取色层富集原子吸收光谱法测定环境水中痕量铜 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
利用固定有双硫腙的活性硅胶萃取色层法富集环境水中痕量铜,0.1mol·L-1盐酸-50g·L-1硫脲作为洗脱剂,火焰原子吸收尤谱法测定。研究了富集剂的吸附容量,最佳吸附条件和洗脱条件。试验表明,该富集剂的使用寿命长远20次,富集倍数高达200倍;对于同浓度水样平行测定6次,其相对标准偏差为3.2%;应用于实际水样分析,加标回收率在95%~110%之间。 相似文献

Fluorine‐doped hierarchical porous single‐crystal rutile TiO2 nanorods have been synthesized through a silica template method, in which F? ions acts as both n‐type dopants and capping agents to make the isotropic growth of the nanorods. The combination of high crystallinity, abundant surface reactive sites, large porosity, and improved electronic conductivity leads to an excellent photoelectrochemical activity. The photoanode made of F‐doped porous single crystals displays a remarkably enhanced solar‐to‐hydrogen conversion efficiency (≈0.35 % at ?0.33 V vs. Ag/AgCl) under 100 mW cm?2 of AM=1.5 solar simulator illumination that is ten times of the pristine solid TiO2 single crystals. 相似文献

Herein, a mechanism of stepwise metal‐center exchange for a specific metal–organic framework, namely, [Zn4(dcpp)2(DMF)3(H2O)2]n (H4dcpp=4,5‐bis(4′‐carboxylphenyl)phthalic acid), is disclosed for the first time. The coordination stabilities between the central metal atoms and the ligands as well as the coordination geometry are considered to be dominant factors in this stepwise exchange mechanism. A new magnetic analytical method and a theoretical model confirmed that the exchange mechanism is reasonable. When the metathesis reaction occurs between CuII ions and framework ZnII ions, the magnetic exchange interaction of each pair of CuII centers gradually strengthens with increasing amount of framework CuII ions. By analyzing the changes of coupling constants in the Cu‐exchanged products, it was deduced that Zn4 and Zn3 are initially replaced, and then Zn1 and Zn2 are replaced later. The theoretical calculation further verified that Zn4 is replaced first, Zn3 next, then Zn1 and Zn2 last, and the coordination stability dominates the Cu/Zn exchange process. For the Ni/Zn and Co/Zn exchange processes, besides the coordination stability, the preferred coordination geometry was also considered in the stepwise‐exchange behavior. As NiII and CoII ions especially favor octahedral coordination geometry in oxygen‐ligand fields, NiII ions and CoII ions could only selectively exchange with the octahedral ZnII ions, as was also confirmed by the experimental results. Wang‐Bi tablet (WB) is popularly used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. However, few studies have been carried out on its active ingredients and mechanism. In this study, the effect of WB medicated serum on the changes in differentiation and function in osteoblast was investigated, the results showed that WB induced the production of ALP and mineralized nodules to promote the final maturation of osteoblasts and enhance the function of osteoblasts. The potential mechanism may that WB significantly inhibits gene expressions of RANKL and miR‐141, up‐regulates the gene expressions of RUNX2 and OPG, decreases expression of DKK‐1 and increases levels of β‐catenin protein to promote the activation of Wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathways, which enhances osteogenesis and bone repair function. To investigate which compounds contributed to the activity and mechanisms, a total of 138 compounds were characterized from WB, and 13 parent molecules and eight metabolites in rat serum were rapidly characterized by UPLC–Q‐TOF/MS. Total glycosides of paeony, loganin, α‐linolenic acid, linoleic acid and naringin from WB may contribute to the actions on osteoblasts according to our study and literature review. 测定了一系列不同比例的C_7F_(15)COONa与阳离子表面活性剂(C_3H_(17)N(CH_3)Br、C_(10)H_(21)N(CH_3)_3Br和C_(12)H_(25)N(CH_3)_3Br)混合水溶液(加NaBr, 恒离子强度μ=0.1 mol kg~(-1))的表面张力及正庚烷/水溶液界面张力。结果表明: 在表面上, 随阳离子表面活性剂碳氢链长增加, 各体系同一比例的饱和总吸附量增大。界面上, 7CFNa~C_8NBr体系的吸附规律与表面相似; 7CFNa~C_(10)NBr体系饱和总吸附量在1:1时最小; 而7CFNa~C_(12)NBr体系, 其饱和吸附量随7CFNa比例减小而减小。混合物的表(界)面活性均比单一表面活性剂高。随着阳离子表面活性剂碳氢链增加, 混合溶液降低表面张力的能力有所下降, 而降低表面张力的效率有所提高, 自表面吸附层结构与表面张力的关系对比作了说明。 相似文献

Materials of a gradient structure have been shown to possess both high strength and high ductility. To date, materials of a gradient structure can only be produced in small quantities. In this paper, we report a novel ‘cyclic skin-pass rolling’ (CSPR) technique capable of producing sheets of gradient structure in large quantities. Both experimental and analytical/numerical investigations are reported. In the experiments on aluminium sheets, the outer layer was subjected to 40 passes of CSPR with a reduction ratio of 1% per pass. After CSPR, the sample surface shows an ultrafine-grained microstructure with a mean grain size of 206?nm, while the annealed microstructure is retained in the core of the sample. Compared with cold-rolled aluminium sheets fabricated with the same total reduction ratio, CSPR-processed aluminium sheets have the same yield stress but improved uniform elongation (2.4 times). The scanning electron microscopy was used to study the fracture surface, and The transmission electron microscopy to examine the microstructure near the fracture end, in order to analyse the improvement in ductility. In addition, the finite element method was used to simulate the roll-sample contact pressure and strain distribution as well as residual stress on the sheet surface during CSPR, and to better understand the mechanism leading to improvement of ductility of the sheets by the CSPR technique. 相似文献
