Chitosan, a biopolymer possessing numerous interesting bioactivities and excellent technological properties, has received great attention from scientists in different fields including the food industry, pharmacy, medicine, and environmental fields. A series of recent studies have reported exciting results about improvement of the properties of chitosan using the Maillard reaction. However, there is a lack of a systemic review about the preparation, bioactivities and applications in food industry of chitosan-based Maillard reaction products (CMRPs). The presence of free amino groups in chitosan allows it to acquire some stronger or new functional properties via the Maillard reaction. The present review aims to focus on the current research status of synthesis, optimization and structural identification of CMRPs. The applications of CMRPs in the food industry are also discussed according to their biological and technological properties such as antioxidant, antimicrobial activities and inducing conformational changes of allergens in food. Some promising directions for future research are proposed in this review, aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the further development of chitosan and its derivatives. 相似文献

Owing to the high specific capacity and energy density, metal oxides have become very promising electrodes for lithium‐ion batteries (LIBs). However, poor electrical conductivity accompanied with inferior cycling stability resulting from large volume changes are the main obstacles to achieve a high reversible capacity and stable cyclability. Herein, a facile and general approach to fabricate SnO2, Fe2O3 and Fe2O3/SnO2 fibers is proposed. The appealing structural features are favorable for offering a shortened lithium‐ion diffusion length, easy access for the electrolyte and reduced volume variation when used as anodes in LIBs. As a consequence, both single and hybrid oxides show satisfactory reversible capacities (1206 mAh g?1 for Fe2O3 and 1481 mAh g?1 for Fe2O3/SnO2 after 200 cycles at 200 mA g?1) and long lifespans. 相似文献

Fractional pyrolysis and one-step pyrolysis of natural algae Cyanobacteria from Taihu Lake were comparatively studied from 200 to 500 ℃. One-step pyrolysis produced bio-oil with complex composition and low high heating value (HHV〈30.9 MJ/kg). Fractional pyrolysis separated the degradation of different components in Cyanobacteria and improved the selectivity to products in bio-oil. That is, acids at 200 ℃, amides and acids at 300 ℃, phenols and nitriles at 400 ℃, and phenols at 500 ℃, were got as main products, respectively. HZSM-5 could promote the dehydration, cracking and aromatization of pyrolytic intermediates in fractional pyrolysis. At optimal HZSM-5 catalyst dosage of 1.0 g, the selectivity to products and the quality of bio-oil were improved obviously. The main products in bio-oil changed to nitriles (47.2%) at 300 ℃, indoles (51.3%) and phenols (36.3%) at 400 ℃. The oxygen content was reduced to 7.2 wt% and 9.4 wt%, and the HHV was raised to 38.1 and 37.3 MJ/kg at 300 and 400 ℃, respectively. Fractional catalytic pyrolysis was proposed to be an efficient method not only to provide a potential solution for alleviating environmental pressure from water blooms, but also to improve the selectivity to products and obtain high quality bio-oil. 相似文献

Tuning the secondary structure of polypeptide is an effective strategy to modulate the assembly behaviors of polypeptide‐based copolymers. In this study, ring‐opening polymerization of l ‐alanine (Ala) and γ‐benzyl‐l ‐glutamate (BLG) N‐carboxyanhydrides was adopted using mPEG‐NH2 as the initiator to prepare mPEG‐poly(l ‐alanine‐co‐γ‐benzyl‐l ‐glutamate) (PEAB) copolymers with various Ala to BLG ratios. 1H NMR spectra and GPC test confirmed their well‐defined chemical structures. FT‐IR spectra indicated that at the powder state, all copolymers adopted both β‐sheet and α‐helical conformations. With the content of PBLG increased, the crystallization temperature and melting points of PEAB copolymers first rose then fell indicated by DSC curves. The self‐assembly of PEAB copolymers in dilute aqueous solution studied by DLS, TEM and circular dichroism spectra showed that PEAB copolymers self‐assembled into nanostructures with diverse morphologies and sizes due to distinct polypeptide conformations. Rheological analysis indicated that the alteration of the polypeptide composition can effectively modulate the modulus of PEAB assemblies in concentrated solutions. In all, copolymerization of two hydrophobic amino acid N‐carboxyanhydrides into the polypeptide block maybe an effective approach for modulating the assembly properties of PEGylated polypeptide. Besides, nanosilver‐encapsulated PEA or PEAB hydrogel showed promising antibacterial effect against Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtillis. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Graphite nanosheets (GNs) doped with N, Fe, or Ni were synthesized by pyrolysis of metal tetrapyridinoporphyrazine (MPTpz, M=Fe2+, and Ni2+) and a mixture of MPTpzs in a chemical vapor deposition furnace. The products obtained were characterized by scanning and transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The magnetic properties of the GNs obtained were investigated at room temperature using a vibrating sample magnetometer with an applied field of −10 000-10 000 Gs. The results show the GNs obtained are terrace-like and ultra-thin, with very high aspect ratio. Fe, Ni and N atoms have been doped to the GNs successfully. There are two types of N atom that are introduced into pure carbon systems: pyrinidic and graphitic N atoms. The GNs obtained exhibit ferromagnetic behavior at room temperature. Sample S1, obtained by pyrolysis of a mixture of MPTpzs (M=Fe2+ and Ni2+), have the highest coercivity force. The saturation magnetization (Ms), remanent magnetization (Mr), and coercivity (Hc) values of sample S1 are 24.51 emu g−1, 3.95 emu g−1, and 207.34 Gs, respectively. 相似文献

Graph coloring is an important tool in the study of optimization, computer science, network design, e.g., file transferring in a computer network, pattern matching, computation of Hessians matrix and so on. In this paper, we consider one important coloring, vertex coloring of a total graph, which is familiar to us by the name of “total coloring”. Total coloring is a coloring of \(V\cup {E}\) such that no two adjacent or incident elements receive the same color. In other words, total chromatic number of \(G\) is the minimum number of disjoint vertex independent sets covering a total graph of \(G\) . Here, let \(G\) be a planar graph with \(\varDelta \ge 8\) . We proved that if for every vertex \(v\in V\) , there exists two integers \(i_{v},j_{v} \in \{3,4,5,6,7,8\}\) such that \(v\) is not incident with intersecting \(i_v\) -cycles and \(j_v\) -cycles, then the vertex chromatic number of total graph of \(G\) is \(\varDelta +1\) , i.e., the total chromatic number of \(G\) is \(\varDelta +1\) . 相似文献
