Mutation scanning-coupled analysis of haplotypic variability in mitochondrial DNA regions reveals low gene flow between human and porcine Ascaris in endemic regions of China

Haplotypic variation within and among the Ascaris populations representing six provinces in China was investigated. Mitochondrial DNA regions in the cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (cox1) and NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1 (nad1) genes were amplified by PCR from total genomic DNA samples (n > 720) from Ascaris individuals from humans and pigs, and subjected to mutation scanning and subsequent selective sequencing. For the cox1, ten different electrophoretic profiles were recorded for human Ascaris, and the same number for pig Ascaris, one of them being common to both host species. For the nad1, 11 different profiles were detected for human Ascaris, and 15 for pig Ascaris. Having defined all haplotypes (20 for pcox1 and 26 for pnad1) by sequencing, their frequencies were estimated in each of the two host species and each of the six provinces. For each mitochondrial region, the frequency of the different haplotypes varied considerably, depending on host species and geographical origin. Analysis of the sequence data (representing all haplotypes for each mitochondrial locus) by F-statistics indicated restricted gene flow between human Ascaris and pig Ascaris, and supported the conclusions from previous molecular epidemiological investigations that pigs are not a significant source of Ascaris infection in humans in endemic regions.     

微波诱导Fe2O3/Al2O3催化剂催化氧化处理水中苯酚

 以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍-焙烧法制备了Fe2O3/Al2O3催化剂,并将其应用于微波诱导催化氧化处理模拟含酚废水. X射线衍射和X射线荧光光谱测试结果表明,活性组分氧化铁在催化剂中以α-Fe2O3的形式存在,其含量为3.71%. 与载体氧化铝相比,Fe2O3/Al2O3催化剂的比表面积和平均孔径及平均孔容略有降低. 对于100 mg/L的模拟含酚废水,最佳的处理工艺条件为: 微波辐照功率400 W,辐照时间5 min,催化剂加入量60 g/L,H2O2浓度600 mg/L,体系pH＞4. 在此工艺条件下,水中苯酚的去除率达97.98%. 催化剂连续使用20次后苯酚去除率仍达96.34%. 表观反应动力学研究表明,在氧化铁催化剂存在的条件下,微波诱导H2O2产生氧化性极强的羟基自由基,整个反应过程可分为微波诱导阶段和催化氧化阶段,两个阶段的氧化过程均符合一级反应动力学规律.     

光动力化合物5-氨基乙酰丙酸的简便全合成

从γ-丁内酯出发, 首先发生醇解、氧化反应, 继而采用无溶剂法与硝基甲烷在KF/Al₂O₃催化下发生Henry反应, 再经湿Al₂O₃负载的CrO₃氧化得到5-硝基-4-羰基戊酸乙酯, 最后在Pd/C催化下还原得到5-氨基乙酰丙酸. 各步所合成化合物的结构经¹H NMR, IR, MS分析确证.     

芴与硒吩共聚物的光致发光与电致发光研究

采用不同共聚比例的9，9-二辛基芴和硒吩的共聚物制备了发光二极管。研究了不同硒吩含量对器件性能的影响。针对共聚物的特点和器件存在的问题，采用阴极界面修饰及高分子共混的方法。使器件的性能得以提高。     

First Total Synthesis of (±)-Aiphanol

Aiphanol was isolated from the seeds of Aiphanes aculeate Willd. (Arecaceae) collected in Peru and was reported to exhibit significant inhibitory activities against cyclooxyge- nases-1 and -2. 2-甲基-6-乙酰基萘结构的表征

2-甲基-6-乙酰基萘是一种有发展前景的化工产品。本实验在合成和精制的基础上,采用气相色谱、质谱、^1H、^13C及二维核磁共振技术表征了2-甲基-6-乙酰基萘的结构,首次给出了该化合物的化学位移数据。     

聚氯乙烯表面共价键合肝素及抗凝血性的研究

采用Ar等离子体引发聚乙二醇(PEG)在聚氯乙烯(PVC)表面固定化,进一步对固定PEG后的PVC进行肝素化处理,以改善PVC材料的抗凝血性能。探讨了PEG浓度对Ar等离子体固定化反应效果的影响。通过X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和接触角测定研究了固定PEG前后PVC的表面性能和表面形貌的变化。XPS分析证实肝素已成功地共价键合于PVC表面。采用体外凝血时间测定和血小板粘附实验对材料的抗凝血性能进行评价,结果表明,被修饰PVC材料的抗凝血性能显著提高。     

液相色谱-串联质谱联用法测定蜂蜜及水产品中硝基呋喃类抗生素代谢物残留量

采用微量化样品前处理技术,以邻硝基苯甲醛为衍生剂,电喷雾正离子多反应监测方式建立了蜂蜜及水产品中四种硝基呋喃类抗生素代谢物残留量同时测定的液相色谱-串联质谱联用法。方法的检出限为0.02～0.3 ng/g,线性范围均>10~2,线性方程的相关系数>0.997,回收率为79.0％～95.6％。     

通用型激光诱导荧光微流控芯片分析仪的研制与性能考察

设计和研制了一种通用型激光诱导荧光微流控芯片分析仪.检测部分按共聚焦检测原理设计,采用CCD(电荷耦合器件)监测通道,三维自动调节聚焦,发射波长滤光片可方便地更换以适应多种染料选择,能分别显示进样和分离通道2条电流-时间曲线.考察了该分析仪的检测灵敏度、检测极限和线性范围,显示了分析灵敏度高,检测限低和线性范围宽等特点,在自制注塑型PMMA塑料芯片上实现了φX174Haedi-gesT_dNA片段的分离测定和烟叶act基因PCR产物的分析     

Polylactide-based polyurethane and its shape-memory behavior

A series of polylactide polyurethanes (PLAUs) were synthesized from poly(l-lactide) diols, hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), and 1,4-butanediol (BDO). Their thermal and mechanical properties and shape-memory behavior were studied by infrared spectroscopy (IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), tensile testing, and thermal mechanical analysis (TMA). The T_gs of these polymers were in the range of 33-53 °C, and influenced by the M_n of the PLA diol and the ratio of the soft-segment to the hard-segment. These materials can restore their shapes almost completely after 150% elongation or twofold compression. By changing the M_n of the PLA diol and the ratio of the hard-to-soft-segment, their T_gs and shape-recovery temperatures can be adjusted to the neighborhood of the body temperature. Therefore, these PLAUs are expected to find practical medical applications.
