A large number of herb materials contain essential oils with extensive bioactivities. In this work, an integrated simultaneous distillation–extraction (ISDE) apparatus was developed. To demonstrate its feasibility, the performance of ISDE was evaluated for the extraction of essential oil from Flos Magnoliae and compared with conventional techniques including steam distillation (SD) and simultaneous distillation–extraction (SDE). According to the product yield, the time consumed and the composition of oil, the essential oils isolated by ISDE were better than that obtained by SD and similar to those obtained by SDE. A sensitive and selective liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of piracetam in rat plasma was developed and validated over the concentration range of 0.1–20 µg/mL. After addition of oxiracetam as internal standard, a simplified protein precipitation with trichloroacetic acid (5%) was employed for the sample preparation. Chromatographic separation was performed by a Zorbax SB‐Aq column (150 × 2.1 mm, 3.5 µm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile–1% formic acid in water (10:90 v/v) delivered at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. The MS data acquisition was accomplished in multiple reaction monitoring mode with a positive electrospray ionization interface. The lower limit of quantification was 0.1 µg/mL. For inter‐day and intra‐day tests, the precision (RSD) for the entire validation was less than 9%, and the accuracy was within the 94.6–103.2% range. The developed method was successfully applied to pharmacokinetic studies of piracetam in rats following single oral administration dose of 50 mg/kg. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Recently, slow light in metamaterials has been investigated based on the coupling between two quasi-bound states, in classic analogue of electromagnetically induced transparency in atomic systems. Here we demonstrate the feasibility in achieving slow light in metamaterials, based on the mechanism of coupling between a quasi-bound state and a continuum state. The theoretical prediction by a two-particle model is in good agreement with the experimental result in the metamaterial composed of the cut and continuous metal strips. The present work illustrates the versatility of metamaterials, implying the great potential in many applications. 相似文献

Nd:CaYAlO4 single crystal has been grown by the Czochralski technique. The cell parameters were analyzed with X-ray diffraction (XRD). The polarized absorption spectra, the polarized fluorescence spectra, and the fluorescence decay curve of the crystal were measured at room temperature. The spectroscopic parameters were determined by Judd–Ofelt theory and Fuchtbauer–Ladenburg formula. The effective intensity parameters Ω 2, Ω 4, and Ω 6 were obtained to be 2.19, 8.16, and 8.57×10?20 cm2, respectively. The calculated radiative probabilities, branching ratios, and radiative lifetime were also evaluated for the 4F3/2 excited state using the calculated intensity parameters. The results indicate Nd:CaYAlO4 has potential as a laser gain medium for ultrashort laser system. 相似文献

The phase-change characteristics of Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST) films for phase-change random access memory (PCM) devices were improved by incorporating HfO2 into GST film using cosputtering at room temperature. Phase separation (GST-rich nanocrystals were surrounded by HfO2-rich amorphous phase) has been observed in annealed GST-HfO2 composite films and the segregated domains exhibited a relatively uniform size. The reduced reset voltage of GST-HfO2 based cell was due to the reduced programming volume by incorporating HfO2 into GST. This work clearly reveals the highly promising potential of GST-HfO2 composite films for application in PCM. 相似文献

为了探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子和其受体作用的动力学特征,在3-氨基3-乙氧基硅烷修饰的光波导传感器芯片表面通过戊二醛将血管内皮细胞生长因子固定,用光波导光模光谱法对溶液中的血管内皮细胞生长因子受体与固定化血管内皮细胞生长因子作用的反应动力学进行了研究。通过对不同浓度的受体分子的在线结合、解离的光波导光模光谱数据的分析,拟合出相应的结合、解离反应速率常数分别为6.86×105L.(mol.s)-1和1.15×10-3s-1。结果表明,非标记的光波导光模光谱法适用于高效、准确的受体配体作用反应动力学特征测量,所建立的基于光波导光模光谱技术的体外研究模型,是相关药物的开发和作用机理研究的方便快捷的平台。 相似文献

In this paper, current-driven state-bistability and power-bistability in a distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser (LD) subject to external optical injection have been investigated experimentally. The results show that, by sweeping the bias current of slave LD along different routes nearby the threshold, both the power-bistability and the state-bistability between locking and bimodal regime can be observed under the suitable injection power, but these bistable phenomena will disappear under much large injection power. Additionally, the dependence of the width of the state-bistablility loop on the injection power has been discussed. 相似文献

Latest environmental regulations require a very deep desulfurization to meet the ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD, 15 ppm sulfur) specifications. Due to the disadvantages of hydrotreating technology on the slashing production conditions, costs and safety as well as environmental protection, the ultrasound-assisted oxidative desulfurization (UAOD) as an alternative technology has been developed. UAOD process selectively oxidizes sulfur in common thiophenes in diesel to sulfoxides and sulfones which can be removed via selective adsorption or extractant. SulphCo has successfully used a 5000 barrel/day mobile “Sonocracking” unit to duplicate on a commercial scale its proprietary process that applies ultrasonics at relatively low temperatures and pressures. The UAOD technology estimate capital costs less than half the cost of a new high-pressure hydrotreater. The physical and chemical mechanisms of UAOD process are illustrated, and the effective factors, such as ultrasonic frequency and power, oxidants, catalysts, phase-transfer agent, extractant and adsorbent, on reaction kinetics and product recovery are discussed in this review. 相似文献

Three novel complexes, Cd3tma2*13H2O (1), Cd3tma2*dabco*2H2O (2), and Cd3Htma3*8H2O (3) (tma = trimesate), of cadmium(II)-trimesate coordination polymers are obtained from hydrothermal reaction. 1 (C18H32O25Cd3) crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group [a = 18.985(2) A, b = 7.3872(6) A, c = 20.432(2) A, = 97.1660(10), and Z = 4]. 2 (C24H22N2O14Cd3) crystallizes in the monoclinic P2(1)/c space group [a = 10.1323(2) A, b = 19.5669(5) A, c = 13.15880(10) A, = 108.9810(10), and Z = 4]. 3 (C27H28O26Cd3) belongs to the trigonal P31c space group [a = 15.7547(3) A, b = 15.7547(3) A, c = 7.93160(10) A, and Z = 2]. The Cd(II) centers in the three complexes are bridged by tma ligands in the coordination fashion of unidentate, bridging unidentate, bidentate, chelating bis-bidentate, chelating/bridging bis-bidentate, or chelating/bridging bidentate to form the T-shaped molecular bilayer motif for 1, chicken-wire-like motif for 2, and honeycomb-like porous structure for 3, respectively, in which the T-shaped molecular bilayer motif and chicken-wire-like motif are further interlinked in interdigitating or alternating fashion to construct the different coordination architectures. These three complexes exhibit strong fluorescent emission bands at 355 nm (lambda(ex) = 220 nm) for 1, 437 nm (lambda(ex) = 365 nm) for 2, and 353 nm (lambda(ex) = 218 nm) for 3 in the solid state at room temperature. 相似文献
