Unphysical behavior in the QR algorithm based least squares determination of the expansion coefficients of the charge density obtained from limited information about the charge form factor occurs when the spread of the singular values in the matrix relating these quantities becomes too large. Setting the smallest singular values equal to zero in the singular value decomposition used in the minimum norm method yields a much more reasonable determination of the charge density. Increasing the size of the basis without increasing the range of the prior information about the charge form factor leads to ambiguities in the determination of the charge density. 运用第一性原理的密度泛函理论,结合非平衡格林函数,研究了氮原子取代掺杂手性单壁(6,3)碳纳米管的电子结构和输运特性.计算结果表明:不同构形和不同数目的氮原子取代掺杂对手性碳管的输运性质有很复杂的影响.研究发现,氮原子掺杂明显改变了碳管的电子结构,使金属型手性碳管的输运性能降低,电流-电压曲线呈非线性变化,而且输运性能随着杂质原子间间距的变化而发生显著改变.在一定条件下,金属型碳管向半导体型转变.

本文采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理对zigzag型石墨烯纳米带中含有不同Stone-Wales缺陷的电子结构特性和光学性能进行研究. 考虑了两种模型:不计电子自旋和考虑电子自旋的情况.研究发现:不计电子自旋情况下,含对称Stone-Wales缺陷的石墨烯纳米带在缺陷区域出现了凹凸不平的折皱构型,两种不同的Stone-Wales缺陷都引起了电荷的重新分布.考虑电子自旋时,Stone-Wales缺陷的引入对石墨烯纳米带自旋密度有显著影响,也引起了不同自旋的电子态密度的变化.进一步研究了纳米带的光学性能,发现

Improved performances of bit error rate (BER) and carrier-to-noise ratio/composite second order/composite triple beat (CNR/CSO/CTB) were observed in our proposed bidirectional hybrid DWDM-PON. A Ni80Fe20/(Ni,Fe)O thin film exhibits a positive exchange bias when cooled in a zero field and a negative exchange bias when field cooled. With transmission electron microscopy and electron energy loss spectrometry, the composition and magnetic structure has been ascertained and a distribution of magnetization easy axes about the interface extrapolated. The results indicate that the positive exchange bias is from antiferromagnetic interface moments perpendicular to their ferromagnetic counterparts. that filled with sintered copper beads of three average diameters (
0.830, and 1.163 mm). The pressure drop and the local temperature measurements can be applied to figure out the distributions

建立了含N-乙酰化肝素寡糖的分离提纯及其序列结构分析方法.首先应用肝素酶Ⅰ深度酶解低分子量肝素来富集含N-乙酰化结构寡糖,通过Bio-Gel P10凝胶色谱法分离制备了包括二糖至十四糖的系列肝素寡糖粗样品,ProPac PA-1强阴离子高效液相色谱(SAX-HPLC)等方法对粗样品进一步分离,提纯得到4种六糖和3种八糖片段.其次应用肝素酶Ⅰ,Ⅱ和Ⅲ复合酶解与HPLC法分析各纯化寡糖的二糖组分,并结合肝素酶Ⅰ底物特异性,初步推断4种六糖和3种八糖的序列结构.在寡糖的糖链两端均含有N-硫酸化二糖,而N-乙酰化二糖分布在糖链当中.应用电喷雾离子阱-飞行时间质谱(ESI-IT-TOF-MS)在负离子模式下进一步表征寡糖并分析其裂解规律.结果表明,各寡糖中均出现大量因SO32-丢失形成的碎片离子峰,六糖中主要有双电荷和三电荷碎片离子峰;在八糖中出现了一系列从双电荷至五电荷的离子峰.各寡糖的双电荷离子峰质荷比进一步确定了上述寡糖的序列结构.六糖的裂解规律表明,裂解主要存在于糖苷键,N-乙酰葡糖胺和糖醛酸上的裂解方式分别为0,2X和0,2Z.本研究提供了切实有效的分离、分析未知结构肝素寡糖序列的新方法. 相似文献

This study analyzed variations of tribological behaviors that depend on the injection molding techniques during the blending of short glass fiber (SGF) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) reinforced polycarbonate (PC) composites. The proposed planning of blending experiments is to use a D‐optimal mixture design (DMD). The tribological behaviors of friction coefficient and wear mass loss were selected for discussion. Nine experimental runs, based on a DMD method, utilized to train the back‐propagation neural network (BPNN) and then the simulated annealing algorithm (SAA) approach is applied to search for an optimal mixture ratio setting. In addition, the result of BPNN integrating SAA was also compared with response surface methodology (RSM) approach. The results of confirmation experiment show that DMD, RSM, and BPNN integrating SAA method are effective tools for the optimization of reinforced process. Furthermore, the scanning electron microscope (SEM) images show that the abundant debris are peeled off from the matrix materials and predominant delamination mechanisms and plastic deformation are shown on the worn surface after tribological behavior tests. A number of 2,3-diarylquinoline derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for antiproliferative activities against the growth of six cancer cell lines including human hepatocellular carcinoma (Hep G2 and Hep 3B), non-small cell lung cancer (A549 and H1299), and breast cancer (MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231) cell lines. The preliminary results indicated that 6-fluoro-2,3-bis{4-[2-(piperidin-1-yl)ethoxy]phenyl}quinoline (16b) was one of the most active compounds against the growth of Hep 3B, H1299, and MDA-MB-231 with a GI(50) value of 0.71, 1.46, and 0.72 μM respectively which was more active than tamoxifen. Further investigations have shown that 16b induced cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase followed by DNA fragmentation via an increase in the protein expression of Bad, Bax and decrease in Bcl-2, and PARP which consequently cause cell death. 相似文献
