24-亚甲基-胆甾-3β,5α,6β,19-四醇——一种罕见的含19-羟基的多羟基甾醇

从我国西沙群岛采集的软珊瑚Nephthea albida和南沙群岛采集的N.tixiexae uer seueldt的乙醇,抽提物中,通过硅胶层析分离出一种罕见的含19-羟基的多羟基甾醇——Nephalsterol-A(1),该物质为无色针状结晶,m.p.242～243℃,[a]_D~(20)=O(C 0.053,CH_3OH),为一新化合物。 (1)的ELMS显示分子离子峰m/z 448,结合~(13) NMR DEPT谱确定(1)的分子式为C_(28)H_(48)     

微乳液介质—1—（2—吡啶偶氮）—2—萘酚光度法测定汽油中环烷酸铁的含量

本研究了微乳液为介质时，铁与１－（２－吡啶偶氮）－２－萘酚（ＰＡＮ）的显色反应。选择７３０ｎｍ处为测定波长，ε为１．４×１０＾４Ｌ．ｍｏｌ＾－＾１．ｃｍ＾－＾１，铁量在０－５０μｇ／２５ｍｌ范围内符合比耳定律，该法适用于汽油中环烷酸铁的测定。     

聚醚醚酮酮和含联苯聚醚醚酮酮共聚物的熔融热

根据Ｆｌｏｒｙ热力学统计理论和比容－熔融热作国法，由ＤＳＣ结果得到了不同联苯含量的聚醚醚酮酮－含联苯聚醚醚酮酮（ＰＥＥＫＫ－ＰＥＢＥＫＫ）共聚物的熔融热，两种方法获得的结果吻合。在此基础上给出了ＰＥＥＫＫ－ＰＥＢＥＫＫ共聚物不同联苯含量的熔点计算表达式。结果还表明，随着联苯含量ｎＢ，的变化，明显改变；当ｎＢ＝０．３５时，ＰＥＥＫＫＰＥＢＥＫＫ共聚物的值最小。     

Separation of alkylaminonaphthylenesulfonyl peptides and amin acids by high-performance liquid chromatography. Methods for measuring melanotropin inhibiting factor breakdown

N,N-Dimethyl diethyl, dipropyl, dibutyl, and N-monoisopropylaminoaphthylenesulfonyl derivatives of melanotropin inhibiting factor (MIF) and its metabolites were prepared, and their chromatographic behavior was investigated with thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), using five solvent systems on polyamide layers and ten solvent systems on muBondapak C18 and muBondapak phenyl columns. A mixture of MIF and its metabolites derivatized with Dns chloride was adequately resolved by two-dimensional chromatography on polyamide layer with solvent systems, formic acid-water (3:97) and benzene-acetic acid (9:1). Bns-MIF and its metabolites were separated with muBondapak C18 column with the solvent system acetonitrile-0.01 M sodium sulphate buffer, pH 7 (50:50). They were separated into five groups: Gly and Bns acid; Pro-Leu, Leu-Gly and Leu; Pro; Gly-NH2; and MIF. The alkylaminonaphthylenesulfonyl derivates had strong fluorescence, which permitted their detection at the level of 10(-11) to 10(-9) mol. Dns-MIF and its derivatives had the lowest detectable amounts. HPLC with the aid of the Dns derivation is reliable and fast, and is the preferable method for study of neuropeptide breakdown.     

在肽库中进行小肽筛选的初步研究

以合成六肽ＤＧＧＳＡＡ为模型对在噬菌体肽库中进行小肽筛选做了初步研究。结果表明，含有可形成氢键和离子键残基的小肽能够在噬菌体肽库中进行筛选。并用明显提高了筛选的专一性。     

Hydrothermal Synthesis and Structural Characterization of a Tubular Arsenic-Vanadate: [CoII(2,2′-bpy)2]2[AsIII8VIV14O42(H2O)]·H2O

The hydrothermal reaction of VOSO₄, As₂O₃, CoC₂O₄·2H₂O and 2,2-bipy yields a novel arsenic-vanadate [Co^II(2,2-bpy)₂]₂[As^III₈V^IV ₁₄O₄₂(H₂O)]·H₂O (1), which is characterized by IR, elemental analysis, TGA, magnetic susceptibility and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. X-ray diffraction shows that compound 1 is the first example of tubular arsenic–vanadium cluster containing infinite {[Co(2,2-bpy)₂]₂[As₈V₁₄O₄₂(H₂O)]} chain constructed from [As₈V₁₄O₄₂(H₂O)] clusters interconnected through [Co(2,2-bpy)]²⁺ units. Crystal data: 1, orthorhombic, P 2₁2₁2₁, a=12.1401(2) Å, b=15.8722(1) Å, c=39.9533(5) Å, Z=4.Graphical Abstract: A novel polyoxoarsenicvanadate, [Co^II(2,2-bipy)₂]₂ [As^III₈V^IV ₁₄O₄₂(H₂O)]·H₂O, is depicted along with a tubular hybrid solid with a rhombic tube formed within the chain.     

米非司酮的吸附伏安特性

在ＰＨ７．０Ｂｒｉｔｔｏｎ－Ｒｏｂｉｎｓｏｎ缓冲溶液中，米非司酮（Ｍｉｆｅｐｒｉｓｔｏｎｅ，ＲＵ４８６）在汞电极上有２个不可逆的线性扫描还原峰，峰电位分别为－１．２３Ｖ和－１．６８Ｖ。本文探讨了第一峰的电化学行为。     

四氟乙烯-乙烯溶液沉淀聚合

本文编制了一个简易计算机程序,测定了氟氯烷溶液沉淀聚合体系中四氟乙烯-乙烯共聚竞聚率:40℃:γC_2H_4=0.156±0.001,γC_2F_4=0.022±0.01670℃:γC_2H_4=0.197±0.001,γC_2F_4=0.055±0.020在此聚合体系中,聚合温度和共聚物组成比对链的规整性都有明显影响。当乙烯在45～55mol%范围内时,共聚物的IR随组成比而变化,利用此规律可简便地测定共聚物的组成比。     

聚氯乙烯复合热稳定剂中铅镉钡的同时测定

聚氯乙烯（PVC）材料广泛应用于建筑、电讯、交通、电子、化工、包装等行业。然而，PVC加工时存在着一个致命的弱点，就是其流动温度为136℃，分解温度为140℃，两者相差仅4℃，给加工带来很大难度，为了能顺利加工就必须加入热稳定剂，热稳定剂是PVC加工不可缺少的主要助剂之一。热稳定剂种类繁多，我国目前大量使用的稳定剂为铅盐及金属皂等稳定剂，产量高达4．5万吨。由于铅、镉、钡等金属元素具有一定的毒性，使用中易造成环境污染，有害于人体健康，因此必须严格加以控制。
