La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线的制备及表征

利用Sol-gel法结合氧化铝模板技术制备了La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线, 并研究了两种热处理方法对 La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线结构和形貌的影响. 快速升温到800 ℃得到的La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线较粗, 其直径大于氧化铝模板的孔径, 而经过缓慢升温到400 ℃预处理再升温到800 ℃得到的La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线, 其直径和氧化铝模板的孔径相当, 都约为35 nm. X射线衍射和透射电镜分析结果表明, 两种方法得到的 La0.8Ca0.2MnO3纳米线都是具有钙钛矿结构的属于单斜晶系的多晶材料.     

Sensitive Determination of DNA by Resonance Light Scattering with Pentamethoxyl Red

A novel sensitive method for the determination of nucleic acid (DNA) using the resonance light scattering (RLS) spectra of pentamethoxyl red has been developed. It is based on the effects on the resonance light scattering of Pentamethoxyl Red. The effective factors and the optimum conditions were studied, and the enhanced intensity of RLS is in proportion to the concentration of nucleic acids in the range of 0–2.54 µg mL⁻¹ for ct-DNA, 0–4.54 µg mL⁻¹ for hs-DNA. The limits of detection are 1.1 and 2.1 ng mL⁻¹, respectively. Most foreign substances do not interfere in the determination, and the method has good selectivity and high sensitivity. It has been applied to the determination of DNA in synthetic samples and in real samples with satisfactory results.     

Nitration Reaction Catalyzed by Horseradish Peroxidase in the Presence of H2O2 and NaNO2

The enzymatic nitration of phenol and m-cresol catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase was studied in the presence of H2O2 and NaNO2. The results showed that the nitration products of phenol were 2-nitro and 4-nitrophenols. There was also a small amount of by-products of hydroquinone and catechol. The influences of various reaction parameters, including pH, organic solvent type, and concentrations of NaNO2 and H2O2, on the nitration products were investigated. The yields of 4-nitrophenol and 2-nitrophenol were 14% and 12%, respectively. The nitration products of m-cresol were 4-nitro-m-cresol and 6-nitro-m-cresol, and the yields of 4-nitro-m-cresol and 6-nitro-m-cresol were 19% and 30%, respectively.     

纳米晶La_（1－_x）Sr_xFeO_3的合成及气敏特性的研究

用柠檬酸盐法合成出Ｌａ_（１－_ｘ）Ｓｒ_ｘＦｅＯ_３（ｘ＝０．１，０．２，０．３，０．４）原粉，再经固相反应得到纳米晶粉末，用ＴＧ、ＤＴＡ、ＸＲＤ、ＩＲ进行了表征，确证复合氧化物Ｌａ_（１－_ｘ）Ｓｒ_ｘＦｅＯ_３为钙钛矿型结构，粒径在１０～２５ｎｍ之间。实验结果表明，随着固相反应条件不同，产物粒径呈规律性变化．气敏特性研究表明，该纳米晶材料对乙醇有较高的选择性和灵敏度，其选择性顺序为Ｌａ_（０．９）Ｓｒ_（０．１）ＦｅＯ_３＞ＬａＦｅＯ_３＞ＬａＦｅＯ_３（大晶粒）。     

一些烷氯代烃标准蒸发焓的测定

在进行有机氯化物分子内非键合相互作用的热化学研究中, 为了排除分子间的相互作用, 需要准确的标准蒸发焓或升华焓, 以便把凝聚态的标准生成焓转变为气态的数据。文献中多氯代烷烃的蒸发焓数据不多, 其中由直接量热法得到的准确数据更少, 因此我们测量了一些多氯代烷烃的标准蒸发焓, 并对其规律作了一些探讨。     

Effect of diluting agent on sensitivity in capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection

Besides the running buffer, pH of buffer, separation voltage and sampling time, the diluting agent was studied in this paper as one of the important factors influencing the sensitivity in capillary electrophoresis (CE) with amperometric detection (AD) when electrokinectic sampling was used. Clonidine hydrochloride, hydrochlorothiazide and rutin, which are positively charged, neutral and negatively charged, respectively, in aqueous solutions, could be perfectly separated by CE with 25 mmol x L(-1) Na(2)B(4)O(7) - 50 mmol x L(-1) NaH(2)PO(4) as running buffer and detected by measuring their current responses with AD. Before CE running, some kinds of diluents including water, methanol, formamide, running buffer, hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide were, respectively, applied to dilute the stock solutions of above three analytes and their effects on the sensitivity of CE-AD were investigated. The results showed that for electrokinetic injection, the current responses of these three analytes were greatly affected in different ways when different diluting agents were used. This method was applied to simultaneously determine the active ingredients in one Chinese compound hypotensor named Zhen Ju Jiang Ya Pian, in which the contents of clonidine hydrochloride, hydrochlorothiazide and rutin is very different as 0.03 mg : 5 mg : 20 mg per tablet, and satisfactory results were obtained by adjusting their sensitivity by selecting the suitable diluting agent.     

Exploring the optimal site for modifications of pyranmycins with the extended arm approach

[reaction: see text] Continuing from the syntheses and the antibacterial studies of a library of pyranmycins, we further probed the proximity around ring III of pyranmycin by introducing an "extended arm" that has hydroxyethyl or aminoethyl groups at the O-2' ', O-3' ', or O-4' ' positions. The results from the antibacterial studies reveal the optimal structural motif is the attachment of an extended arm with a terminal hydroxyl group at the O-3' ' position.     

Coating Carbon Nanotubes with Europium Oxide

Carbon nanotubes (CNTS) coating with europium oxide by a simple method is reported in this letter for the first time. The CNTS were refluxed in a solution of nitric acid containing europium nitrate, and the pH value was subsequently ajusted with ammonia solution. At last, the mixture was filtered and annealed. The TEM micrograph showed that the CNTS were covered with a uniform thin layer with thickness of about 15 nm. The XRD results revealed that the CNTS were coated with europium oxide.     

丙酮中除虫脲溶液标准物质研制

采用重量-容量法制备丙酮中除虫脲溶液标准物质。准确称量国家二级标准物质除虫脲溶解到色谱纯丙酮中,通过A级容量瓶定容至500 mL,摇匀后分装到2 mL安瓿瓶内共460瓶,每瓶为1 mL,保持低温迅速封口,配制过程中室温保持在(20±2)℃。采用液相色谱法进行均匀性、稳定性检验和定值结果验证。从样品中随机抽取16瓶进行均匀性检验,经F检验表明,在95%的置信区间范围内该标准物质均匀性良好;采用t检验对标准物质稳定性进行检验,标准物质在12月内稳定性良好。对该标准物质的不确定度进行了评定,研制的丙酮中除虫脲溶液标准物质定值结果为100μg/mL,相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2)。结果表明,该标准物质均匀性与稳定性良好,量值准确,可用于日常分析检测中的方法评价和仪器校准。     

甲基丙烯酸—磷脂酰乙醇甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物LB膜的研究

制备了不同摩尔比的甲基丙烯酸-磷脂酰乙醇甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物,研究了这种共聚物在水面的表面压力(π)-分子面积(A)曲线、共聚物制成的MOS LB膜的电容(C)-电压(V)特性及此LB膜的相变温度。
