Summary The thiolato-bridged dinuclear compounds [Rh(-SR)-(COD)]2, where R=p-C6HF4 (1),p-C6H4F (2) and CF3 (3), are obtained from the chloro-bridged analogue by ligand exchange.Compound (1) crystallizes in the space group P1 with a=9.740(3)Å, b=11.642(4)Å, c=13.997(6)Å, =103.87(3)°, =106.98(3)° and =105.10(2)°; z=2. In this dinuclear molecule both Rh atoms have a square planar coordination sharing one edge, namely the two sulphur bridging atoms. The Rh—Rh separation of 2.96 Å is consistent with at most a very weak metal-metal interaction. Upon addition of CO the dimeric [Rh(-SR)(CO)2]2 (4), (5) and (6) are obtained, but addition of PPh3 affords the monomeric species [Rh(SR)(PPh3)-(COD)] (7), (8) and (9). Reactions of the dimeric tetracarbonyl derivatives with PPh3 vary with the nature of R; [Rh(-SR)(PPh3)(CO)]2 is obtained when R=p-C6H4F (10) and CF3 (11) but monomeric [Rh(SR)-(PPh3)(CO)2] (12) is produced when R=p-C6HF4. The latter mononuclear compounds, with R=p-C6H4F (13) and CF3 (14), are also formed by reaction of [Rh(SR)-(PPh3)(COD)] with CO. 相似文献

Nb6.74Ta5.26S4 has been prepared by high temperature techniques. The crystal structure has been determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data (R/Rw = 0.0588/0.0655). The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with unit cell dimensions a = 959.11 (26) pm, b = 336.37 (10) pm, and c = 3282.51 (74) pm. The orthorhombic cell contains four formula units. Its structure is similar to that of Nb-rich sulfides, rather than to that of Ta-rich sulfides. The metal coordinations are capped distorted cubic prisms and pentagonal prisms while the coordinations of sulfur are capped trigonal prisms. 相似文献

Dehydroluciferyl-coenzyme A (L-CoA) was chemically synthesized and characterized by MS, UV-vis spectrometry and RP-HPLC. The identity of the chemically synthesized compound with the one that was produced by firefly luciferase was confirmed. Moreover, the reversibility of the enzymatic conversion of dehydroluciferin ? dehydroluciferyl-adenylate ? L-CoA was also confirmed. The chemical synthesis of L-CoA, described here, may help the clarification of the activator effect of CoA on luciferase bioluminescent assays, in which the enzyme catalyzed formation of L-CoA and the consequent destruction of L-AMP is one of the possible explanations for that effect. 相似文献

Syntheses and Thermal Properties of Cluster Molecules, formed from Groups 11‐13‐16 Elements In the presence of PPh3, CuX (X = Cl, CH3COO) or AgOC(O)C6H5 and GaCl3 react in THF with S(SiMe3)2 or Se(SiMe3)2 to yield [Cu6Ga8Cl4S13(PPh3)6] ( 1 ), [Cu6Ga8Cl4Se13(PPh3)6] ( 2 ), [Ag6Ga8Cl4S13(PPh3)6] ( 4 ) and [Ag6Ga8Cl4Se13(PPh3)6] ( 5 ). The use of PnPr2Ph instead of PPh3 and subsequent layering with n‐hexane leads to the formation of the cluster [Cu6Ga8Cl4Se13(PnPr2Ph)12] ( 3a , 3b ). Reaction of CuCl, GaCl3 and PnPr3 with Se(SiMe3)2 in THF results in the crystallisation of the ionic cluster (HPnPr3)2[Cu2Ga4Cl4Se6(PnPr3)4] ( 6 ). The structures of 1 — 6 were determined by X‐ray single crystal structure analysis. Thermogravimetric measurements of the cluster molecules and powder diffraction patterns of the remaining powders reveal the potential use of them as single source precursor compounds for the synthesis of the related ternary solid state materials. 相似文献

1-Carbomethoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrocarbazole (1) and its 7-methoxy derivative (2) were oxidized at carbon felt anodes in acetonitrile containing 0.2 M LiClO4 and 2-17 M water at potentials on the rising portion of the primary oxidation peak to yield products formed by formal substitution of the C-1 H atom with hydroxide. The resulting 1-hydroxy-l-carbomethoxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydrocarbazole and its 7-methoxy derivative were isolated in 44 and 22% yields, respectively, when sodium bicarbonate was used to control acidity of the medium. Structures were elucidated by NMR, IR, elemental analysis, and mass spectrometry. Voltammetry at carbon-paste and glassy carbon electrodes showed that the oxidations proceed by an ECE or DISPI pathway. The rate-determining step is the reaction of water with a cation radical electrochemically generated from 1 or 2, involving either proton abstraction or nucleophilic addition. 相似文献

The synthesis of novel magnesium, copper, and metal-free porphyrazines, peripherally substituted with dithia-7-crown-2 (MPz(7)), dithia-15-crown-5 (MPz(15)), and dithia-18-crown-6 (MPz(18)) macrocycles is reported. These compounds are prepared starting from dicyanoethylene containing crown ethers 3, 2(1), and 2(2), respectively, which contain sulfur as well as oxygen heteroatoms. The "crowned" porphyrazines bind silver(I) and mercury(II) perchlorates. UV/vis spectroscopy and electron paramagnetic resonance measurements reveal that addition of the transition-metal ions leads to dimerization of the porphyrazine complexes. In the case of the dithia-18-crown-6-substituted porphyrazines, the dimers break up to form monomeric 6:1 guest-host complexes when more than 2 equiv of the metal ion is added. The single-crystal structures of the crown ether 2(2) and the porphyrazine MgPz(18) are presented. Compound C(14)H(20)N(2)O(4)S(2) (2(2)) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with a = 10.9310(13) ?, b = 19.383(3) ?, c = 8.6976(14) ?, beta = 108.898(11) degrees, V = 1743.5(5) ?(3), and Z = 4. The structure refinement converged to R = 0.0366 and R(w) = 0.0504. Compound C(56)H(82)MgN(8)O(17)S(8) (MgPz(18)) crystallizes in the triclinic space group P&onemacr; with a = 9.584(3) ?, b = 17.672(2) ?, c = 19.620(4) ?, alpha = 84.904(14) degrees, beta = 85.21(2) degrees, gamma = 89.29(2) degrees, V = 3298.4(13) ?(3), and Z = 2. The structure refinement converged to R1 = 0.0839 and wR2 = 0.2196. The electrical properties of H(2)Pz(18) have been studied by complex impedance spectroscopy. The bulk electrical conductivity of this compound is approximately 1 order of magnitude higher than that of the corresponding 18-crown-6 phthalocyanine. 相似文献
