Optical properties of surface-modified Bi2O3 nanoparticles

Stearic acid coated Bi₂O₃ nanoparticles in the size range of 5-13 nm were synthesized by the microemulsion method. HRTEM showed that the morphology of Bi₂O₃ nanoparticles was ellipsoidal. The absorption edge of Bi₂O₃ nanoparticles showed a blue shift of ∼0.45 eV, comparing with that of the bulk Bi₂O₃. At room temperature, Bi₂O₃ nanoparticles also showed a strong luminescence at 397 and 420 nm, depending on the excitation wavelength.     

Classical Limit of Expectation Values in a Wave Packet Involving Few Stationary States

Expectation values of physical quantities in a wave packet involving few stationary states in an infinite square well are calculated. Explicit results show that the expectation values in the classical limit go over to the corresponding classical quantity in the form of the arithmetic mean (in mathematical term, the Fejér's average) of the partial Fourier series converging to the classical quantity. The number of the stationary states is that of the partial Fourer series in the Fejér's average. The quantum uncertainty is then demonstrated to have a classical counterpart.     

小阶跃反应性输入时点堆中子动力学方程的解析解

对小阶跃反应性输入（0<ρ,０<β）且有温度反馈时点堆中子动力学方程进行了研究. 导出任意初始功率条件下核反应堆功率、反应性与时间的解析表达式. 分析和讨论了初始功率与输入小阶跃反应性的大小对功率、反应性变化规律的影响，得到了一些新的结果. 关键词： 中子动力学 反应性 点堆 温度反馈     

First observation of yrast band in odd-odd162Lu

High spin states of the odd-odd¹⁶²Lu nucleus have been studied via¹⁴⁷Sm(¹⁹F,4nγ)¹⁶²Lu reaction at 95 MeV beam energy. Level scheme for yrast band based onπ[h_11/2 v[i_13/2] quasiparticle configuration was established up to I ^π = (23^?) for the first time. This band shows the signature inversion in energy before backbending generally appeared in this mass region. It is stressed that the signature splitting in¹⁶²Lu is larger than that in the¹⁶⁰Tm nucleus.     

红外光谱法测定高碱性磺酸盐的碱值

采用简单、快速且有选择性的红外光谱法测定高碱性磺酸盐添加剂的碱值。在高碱性磺酸盐同一张谱图上,可以测定到在865厘米～(-1),1180厘米～(-1)分别属于δco_3～(2-),v_(asso)振动的吸收强度,由于样品厚度未知,而采用了吸收比的方法。     

四个麦芽品质性状的杂种优势和相关分析

本文对四个主要麦芽品质性状—a一淀粉酶活力、麦芽汁粘度、麦芽汁色度和搪化力进行了杂种优势和相关分析.(1)相对优势结果表明，在84个组合次中，呈正向优势的46个，占54.76男，负向优势34个，占40.48男，无显性4个，占4.75男;(2)四个品质性状的中亲优势平均值分别为一6.117、一9.965 40.452和一。.545s a-淀粉酶活力和糖化力的超高亲优势分别为一14.578和一8.201,麦芽汁粘度和色度的超低亲优势分别为5.442和70.455.四个性状杂种优势的变异系数均很大.(3)麦芽汁色度的F，对MP的回归系数(B)和相关系数(r)均达显著水平，分别为。..43和0.50，麦芽汁粘度的相关系数达显著水平，为一。.45,其余均未达显著水平，(4)除麦芽汁色度性状外，另三个性状的中亲优势、超亲优势和特殊配合力的相关均达显著或极显著水平.(5)四个麦芽品质性状间的相关结果表明，仅有a-淀粉酶活力和麦芽汁粘度间呈极显著负相关(r=一0.56').最后，文章根据实验结果，就啤酒大麦麦芽品质改良的遗传育种及其杂种优势应用进行了初步讨论.     

GaAs／AlGaAs发光二极管列阵场分布特性的电光测量

应用一种新颖的无损伤测量技术－连续波电光检测法（ＣＷＥＯＰ）对ＧａＡｓ／ＧａＡｌＡｓ单异质结发光管列阵电场分布进行了扫描测量。实验结果反映了器件内电流注入的方向和载流子扩展情况；通过比较各单元电场分布，反映器件发光均匀性。文中详细介绍了测量原理、实验装置和实验结果及讨论，最后用计算机对电场分布作了模拟计算并与实验结果进行了对照。     

The Equivalence of Several Basic Theorems for Subdifferentials

Several different basic tools are used for studying subdifferentials. They are a nonlocal fuzzy sum rule in (Borwein et al., 1996; Zhu, 1996), a multidirectional mean value theorem in (Clarke and Ledyaev, 1994; Clarke et al., 1998), local fuzzy sum rules in (Ioffe, 1984, 1990) and an extremal principle in (Kruger and Mordukhovich, 1980; Mordukhovich, 1976, 1980, 1994). We show that all these basic results are equivalent and discuss some interesting consequences of this equivalence.     

A NOTE ON FULLER'S THEOREM

In 1972, Fuller proved that a complete additive subeategory _RC of R-Mod isequivalent to amodule category ⊿-Mod if and only if _RC=Gen(_RU)for some quasiprogenerator _RU and ⊿≌End _RU canonically. In this note the author gives a characterization of _RC which makes _RU a projective R-module in the case when R is a right perfect ring with identity, and shows that R-Mod is the unique complete additive subcategory of R-Mod which is equivalent to R-Mod for a left Artinian ring R.     

Characterization of heat-assisted magnetic probe recording on CoNi/Pt multilayers

A method of heat-assisted magnetic recording (HAMR) potentially suitable for probe-based storage systems is characterized. In this work, field emission current from a scanning tunneling microscope (STM) tip is used as the heating source. Pulse voltages of 2–7 V were applied to a CoNi/Pt multilayered film fabricated on either bare silicon or oxidized silicon substrates. Different types of Ir/Pt and W STM tips were used in the experiment. The results show that thermally recorded magnetic marks are formed with a nearly uniform mark size of 170 nm on the film fabricated on bare silicon substrate when the pulse voltage is above a threshold voltage. The mark size becomes 260 nm when they are written on the identical film fabricated on an oxidized silicon substrate. The threshold voltage depends on the material work function of the tip, with W having a threshold voltage about 1 V lower than Pt. A synthesized model, which contains the calculation of the emission current, the simulation of heat transfer during heating, and the study of magnetic domain formation, was introduced to explain experimental results. The simulation agrees well with the experiments.
