Isolation and purification of honokiol and magnolol from cortex Magnoliae officinalis by high-speed counter-current chromatography

High-speed counter-current chromatography was used to isolate and purify honokiol and magnolol from cortex Magnoliae Officinalis (Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils.), a plant used in the traditional Chinese medicine. A crude sample, 150 mg, was successfully separated with a two-phase solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (1:0.4:1:0.4, v/v), and the fractions were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. The separation produced 80 and 45 mg of honokiol and magnolol with purities of 99.2 and 98.2%, respectively, in 2.5 h.     

Quantitative analysis of estrogens in human urine using gas chromatography/negative chemical ionisation mass spectrometry

A sensitive procedure for the determination of estrogens in urine has been developed, using enzymatic hydrolysis and ether extraction followed by capillary gas chromatography with negative chemical ionisation mass spectrometry (GC/NCI-MS) of the pentafluorobenzoyl derivatives. These derivatives were superior for GC/NCI-MS to trifluoroacetyl, heptafluorobutyl, pentadecafluorooctanoyl and perfluorotolyl derivatives, giving characteristic negative molecular ions as the base peak for each of the naturally occurring estrogens estrone, estradiol and estriol, and for the synthetic estrogen ethynylestradiol used in contraceptive pills. The method was also suitable for determination of some metabolites of estrone and estradiol. The specificity and sensitivity of the GC/NCI-MS method simplifies sample preparation. Recovery of spiked samples was in the range 84-101% for the natural estrogens based on additions to increase the concentration by 5 and 1 microg L(-1). The repeatability of the method was 1-8% for all estrogens.

微分脉冲极谱同时测定三种碱性氨基酸的研究

应用微分脉冲极谱，在ｐＨ９．０ ＮａＢ４Ｏ７－ ＣＨ３ＣＨＯ－Ｃｏ２＋－ ＮａＯＨ组成的极谱底液，扫描电位－ ０．８０～－ １．６０ Ｖ、振幅 ２０ｍＶ、扫描速度５ｍＶ／ｓ、一滴汞周期２ｓ的条件下进行连续扫描测量三种碱性氨基酸，获得三个灵敏 度和分辨率均较高的极谱峰图。该法简便快速，稳定可靠，为测量各种蛋白质中的三种磁性氨基酸提供一种新途 径。     

New Facile Synthesis of 2-Aryloxy-5-(2-furfurylidene)- 4H-imidazolin-4-ones

Many N-heterocycles including 4H-imidazolin-4-ones exhibit biological activities1-3. Some derivatives of 5-(2-furfurylidene)-4H-imidazolin-4-one were found to show good antiinflammatory activity4. A new ruthenium-catalyzed hydrogen-transfer reaction: transformation of 3-benzyl but-1-ynyl ethers into 1,3-dienes and benzaldehyde

We report a ruthenium-catalyzed reaction for various 3-benzyl but-1-ynyl ethers with suitable functionalities. Treatment of these substrates with TpRu(PPh3)(CH3CN)2PF6 (8.0 mol %) catalyst in 1,2-dichloroethane (80 degrees C, 12 h) afforded functionalized 1,3-dienes and benzyl aldehyde in good yields. This process is considered to be a tandem dealkoxylation and transfer hydrogenation. Deuterium-labeling experiments reveal that the migration of different hydrogen atoms proceeds regiospecifically. A plausible mechanism is proposed on the basis of the results of isotope experiment.     

基于溶胶-凝胶技术的丁氯喘电极

报导了一种以硅钨酸为活性物质 ,用溶胶 凝胶技术制做的新型丁氯喘电极。电极有良好的能斯特响应。斜率为 5 5mV以上 ,线性范围为 1 .0× 1 0 -1～5 .0× 1 0 -5mol L ,检测下限为 2 .0× 1 0 -5mol L ,适宜的pH为 4.2～ 8.7。     

高配位双环氮氧杂有机锡化合物在二甲亚砜溶剂中的酸性解离常数

本文报道了在DMSO溶剂中利用Bordwell指示剂重迭法测定六种高配位双环氮氧杂有机锡化合物的α-CH的酸性离解常数(pKa)的方法, 并对配合物的结构与其α-CH酸性的关系进行了讨论。     

C_（60）化学修饰的PNVC材料的UV－VIS谱研究

本实验采用金属有机化学方法成功地将富勒烯分子引入到ＰＮＶＣ侧链形成ＣＢＰ（ＣｈａｒｍＢｒａｃｅｌｅｔＰｏｌｙｍｅｒ）型共聚功能材料，研究了其ＵＶ－ＶＩｓ谱行为。结果表明，Ｃ_（６０）或Ｃ_（６０）／Ｃ_（７０）混合物化学修饰的产物其紫外可见谱明显向长波方向移动，谱峰范围由２８０ｎｍ扩展至８７０ｎｍ。Ｃ_（６０）含量增加，红移程度增大，在可见区域的吸收程度亦增加。产物主要存在５个特征峰，分别位于２１５ｎｍ、２６５ｎｍ、２９８ｎｍ、３３５ｎｍ、３４５ｎｍ处，其中２１５ｎｍ峰为Ｃ_（６０）仅存的特征峰。最后讨论了不同合成条件与产物硝化处理对其ＵＶ－ＶＩＳ谱行为的影响。
