EQCM技术对电子传递促进机制的研究

本文报道了腺嘌呤存在时对超氧化物歧化酶在金丝电极上电化学行为的影响。并从电化学石英晶体微天平技术的测量结果，初步讨论了腺嘌呤对促进超氧化物歧化酶电子传递过程的作用机制。     

Molecular dynamics simulation of room-temperature ionic liquid mixture of [bmim][BF4] and acetonitrile by a refined force field

1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim][BF4]) is one of the promising room-temperature ionic liquids. To test the refined force field for [bmim][BF4] proposed in our previously work (J. Phys. Chem. B, 2004, 108, 12978-12989), thermodynamic properties of mixtures of [bmim][BF4](1)+ acetonitrile (2) are presented by using molecular dynamics over the whole concentration range. The calculated densities are in good agreement with the experimental data with deviations less than 2%, indicating the force field is applicable to the mixtures. In addition, the diffusion constants, viscosities, heats of vaporization, cohesive energy densities and excess properties of the mixtures are reported. The microscopic structures are discussed in detail, corresponding to the thermodynamic properties.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Organosoluble Methyl Substituted Poly(aryl Ether Ketone)s Containing Sulfone Linkage

Several new methyl substituted poly(aryl ether ketone)s containing sulfone linkage with inherent viscosities of 0.62–0.84 dL/g have been prepared from 4,4′‐bis(2‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone and 4,4′‐bis(3‐methylphenoxy)diphenylsulfone with terephthaloyl chloride and isophthaloyl chloride by electrophilic Friedel‐Crafts acylation in the presence of DMF with anhydrous AlCl₃ as a catalyst in 1,2‐dichloroethane, respectively. These polymers having weight‐average molecular weight in the range of 71,000–49,000 are all amorphous and show high glass transition temperatures ranging from 167 °C to 191 °C, excellent thermal stability at temperatures over 400 °C in air or nitrogen, high char yields of 51–58% in nitrogen and good solubility in CHCl₃ and polar solvents such as DMF, DMSO and NMP at room temperature.     

Tb3+离子发光探针研究Ca2+,La3+和Al3+与拟南芥钙调素的竞争结合

利用Tb3 离子的发光, 研究了Tb3 与拟南芥钙调素 (CaM)结合的荧光光谱及荧光滴定曲线特点, 然后利用Tb3 4*CaM系统在221 nm直接激发和280 nm敏化激发的光谱变化研究了Ca2 , La3 和Al3 与拟南芥钙调素 (CaM) 的竞争结合作用. 结果表明: Tb3 , La3 与钙调素的竞争结合能力强于Ca2 , 而Tb3 的竞争结合力又大于La3 , Ca2 与钙调素的结合力远大于Al3 . 竞争实验的结果从分子水平上揭示了Tb3 , La3 和Al3 等金属离子生物效应可能的分子机制.     

冠心病微量元素谱的计算机模式识别

用计算机多元分析研究冠心病微量元素谱，识别冠心病患者与健康者；非线性映射法判别率男性８６．６％，女性９６．２％；ＳＩＭＣＡ差别法正确回判率男性８５．０％，女性８８．３％。     

SAPO-34分子筛骨架稳定性的研究

利用差热分析，原位ＸＲＤ技术，高温条件下的焙烧和水蒸气处理并关联其催化性能变化，研究了ＳＡＰＯ－３４分子筛的热及水热稳定性，差热分析结果表明，ＳＡＰＯ－３４的骨架破坏温度高于１３００Ｋ，原位ＸＲＤ跟踪研究证实，ＳＡＰＯ－３４分子筛原粉在高温焙烧以除掉有机胺及随后的降温过程中无明显的骨架破坏；而焙烧型ＳＡＰＯ－３４在空气中放置一定时间后，水分子吸附微孔中明业降低样品的ＸＲＤ峰强度，且降低幅度随放置时     

有机钛化学——Ⅳ.二氯二取代茂钛衍生物的~(13)C核磁共振谱

本文报道了烷基,烯基,四氢呋喃甲基等取代的二氯二茂钛的(13)~C 核磁共振谱,并鉴别了非对映异构体的不同化学位移。     

聚醚氨酯薄膜表面性质的反相色谱法研究

本文报道了用反相色谱法研究多嵌段聚醚氨酯与几种低分子化合物的相互作用,测定了表征相互作用的热力学参数。结果表明,由ESCA证明表面软段富集的聚醚氨酯的反相色谱行为主要决定于富集层与探针分子的相互作用;苯及几种烷烃和聚醚氨酯的偏摩尔混合热和它的溶度参数与软段组分的溶度参数差值有关。     

Determination of surface charge properties of PC-12 cells by electrophoresis

The electrophoretic behavior of pheochromocytoma (PC-12) cells was investigated both experimentally and theoretically. Cell mobility in aqueous media at different pHs and ionic concentrations was measured, and a model, which assumed that the cell surface contains both acidic and basic functional groups, was proposed. As a result, it was revealed that the experimental data gathered can be described satisfactorily by assuming that the cell surface contains two types of monovalent acidic functional groups and one basic functional group. The values of the dissociation constants of the acidic and basic groups are found to be close to those of acidic amino acids, which indicates that the acidic amino acids may play an important role in the surface electrical properties of PC-12 cells.     

Interaction of gas phase atomic hydrogen with Pt(111):Direct evidence for the formation of bulk hydrogen species

Employing hot tungsten filament to thermal dissociate molecular hydrogen,we generated gas phase atomic hydrogen under ultra-high vacuum(UHV)conditions and investigated its interaction with Pt(111) surface.Thermal desorption spectroscopy(TDS)results demonstrate that adsorption of molecular hy- drogen on Pt(111)forms surface Had species whereas adsorption of atomic hydrogen forms not only surface Had species but also bulk Had species.Bulk Had species is more thermal-unstable than surface Had species on Pt(111),suggesting that bulk Had species is more energetic.This kind of weakly- adsorbed bulk Had species might be the active hydrogen species in the Pt-catalyzed hydrogenation reactions.
